About: I started dog and cat sitting when I was 16 as a side hustle while I was in school, and it quickly became something I genuinely love. I grew up in a house full of animals — dogs, cats, chickens, bunnies, even hermit crabs — so caring for pets has always been second nature to me. I’m comfortable with high-energy pups, shy kitties, and multi-pet households. As a pet owner myself, I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your babies, and I treat every animal like they’re my own. As a stay at home wife, I have a very flexible schedule and am available throughout the day for walks and drop-ins. Early mornings, midday check-ins, or late evenings are no problem. I’m happy to work around your pet’s routine! I love keeping my own pets on a consistent schedule, and I can definitely be a little picky about how things are done — so I completely understand wanting things done a certain way. I’ll follow your instructions exactly as written, stick to your pet’s normal routine, and respect your home like it’s my own. My goal is to make your time away as stress-free as possible for both you and your pets.

“She responded quickly to request on sitting. Also meet and greet. She took time to try to get my girl to interact with her. My girl is a Mommy's girl. So tends to hide and sulk with others. I was so happy when some of the pics showed she was interacting with Kaleigh. My only negative feedback is that she came quite bit earlier at times for the bedtime feeding. I feed my girl more often actually. So was concerned about only having set feedings with other's. But I know this couldn't be done when I was gone. I hate my girl going like 12 hours til next morning feeding. To she's starved acting by then. So scarfs it down. Has thrown up to this before. But I know Kaleigh had others to care for too. Was pretty busy, and tired I'm sure. I trusted she would not only be good with my girl but reliable when did meet and greet. I'm very shocked (rather upset tbh) so many other sitters aren't being cooperative with meet at greets these days. Many seem to be difficult with the schedule needed too. Meaning they say won't know if available until later. This obviously doesn't work! Kaleigh knows you gotta plan ahead.”

About: I have cared for multiple different breeds of dogs through out my life. I love animals and treat them as my own. No dog is to big or to wild to be cared for and loved for and duration of time I am comfortable with giving medication when needed, and have experience with basic obedience in animals. All ages are welcome I do work so drop in sitting would only be on the weekends. I can care for pets over night and pet sit cats as much as needed. Over nights are more than welcome at anytime, as well as checking on pets in their own home I have a fenced in yard. I also walk daily when pet sitting and the pets have full access to my home as if they were part of our own family.

My experience includes walking dogs who think they’re training for a marathon, giving pets their meds without losing a finger, and making sure your dog gets it all the love it needs! I specialize in cuddles, playtime, and convincing pets that bath time isn’t the end of the world. Whether your furry friend needs a walk, a snuggle, or someone to talk to about their feelings, I’ve got it covered! I am available to watch your dog in my home as long as they are good with other dogs and children as I have 1 dog of my own and a toddler! I am also available for drop in visits as needed. Your dog will be allowed anywhere in my home! I can crate if need be as well! I have 1 dog of my own that your dogs can also play with to get all their energy out!

“Megan is AWESOME! She was able to do several drop-ins for our 4 month old puppy over the past couple of days on short notice (a plus considering our schedules)! INITIAL MEET AND GREET: During the initial meet and greet, Megan was very personable and had good energy. She was also very interactive with our dogs. By the end of the meet and greet, we were comfortable enough to hand over the house keys so that she could do several drop-ins for us while we were entertaining out of town guests (and that is saying a ton!). DROP-INs: During the drop-ins, not only did she show up on time to let our three dogs out, she helped by cleaning up after the puppy who is house trained (but sometimes misses his mark and feeding the dogs at their regular time). The dogs seemed to be really excited to see her and enjoyed her company. We're grateful that Megan is reliable so that our dogs could maintain their normal schedule for potty and eating. OVERALL IMPRESSION: When we came home, our dogs were relaxed, calm and just their healthy and happy go lucky selves. Megan helped us maintain consistency in our dog-centered household. She is first rate and we will be calling on her services again and again. (And now that we think about it...Not sure if we want to share her with others! LOL! )”
