About: I’ve cared for dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, and personalities—including senior pets and those with special needs or medications. I take the time to understand each pet’s unique quirks and routines to make them feel safe and loved. My own pets—Arizona, Aspen, and Dallas—are well-socialized and love making new friends, which helps your pet feel more at home when they stay with us. What sets me apart? I don’t just “watch” pets—I bond with them. Whether it’s extra belly rubs, long walks, or just quiet company, I’m here to give your pet the kind of care I’d want for my own. As a mom, I’m used to juggling schedules. I do work part-time, but I’m still able to provide consistent care, affection, and attention throughout the day. I make it a priority to keep your pet’s routine on track and ensure they’re happy, safe, and well-loved while you’re away. Whether your pet is staying with me or I’m caring for them in your home, I focus on making them feel safe, loved, and comfortable—just like they would with you. In My Home: I provide a clean, pet-friendly space where your dog or cat can relax, play, and be part of the family. I stick to your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible—feeding times, potty breaks, walks, and playtime. I supervise all interactions with my own pets, who are friendly and well-socialized, and I create a calm, welcoming environment. There’s always time for cuddles, enrichment, and quiet rest when they need it. In Your Home: I treat your home and your pet with the utmost respect and care. I make sure your pet feels secure by maintaining their usual schedule and habits. Whether it’s feeding, administering medication, or simply giving companionship, I provide personalized care based on your instructions. I’m happy to send regular updates and photos, so you know your pet is doing great while you’re away. Every pet is different, and I take the time to get to know their personality and needs so I can give them the love and attention they deserve.

About: I have had the pleasure of caring for various pets throughout my life. Over the past four years, I have been entrusted with the responsibility of looking after my neighbors' dogs, cats, reptiles, and bunnies when they have been away. I have a deep love for animals and find great joy in nurturing and caring for them. My utmost priority is to provide a nurturing and secure environment for your beloved pets while they are in my care. Please ensure that pets are suitable for children. At the moment, I am a stay-at-home mom available to watch your pets and to give the pet the attention and love that they need while you're gone. I have a secure fenced yard and two friendly dogs that would love to keep your pets company. I am happy to follow any specific instructions you may have.

About: When I was younger I took care of my parents 2 dogs, one was a golden retriever, a labrador. The lab actually had kidney cancer and I helped my parents take care of her medically, I changed her puppy pad a lot and fed her. The dogs that we had over a lifetime, loved playing outside with them. They were very energetic type dogs and loved to play fetch. Currently, I'm helping my niece take care of her pets, and recently one of her cats just had kittens so I also know how to take care of smaller and younger animals as well. I also know how to give medication to any dog or cat that may need it. I love going outside (depending on the weather and my allergies) so your dog would be in very good hands with me. I love to play fetch or tug of war with them and spoil them to death and treat them like they were my own. You'd find nothing but love and care for your pets when you book with me. Plus I respond promptly and love working with new clients. I work from home 24/7 now, so I can fit pet care in at any time needed. But scheduling should be from 9 am to 7 pm so that way I can respond back quickly and efficiently. I have a fenced-in backyard, I can take them out whenever they need to go for a walk or a potty break. Also, any pet I'm taking care of I treat as my own so that means they get plenty of care and love from me. Also, I live in a really decent neighborhood, so when we go on walks they won't get hurt at all I would protect them with my life. And if it's too hot of a day or rainy we'll play inside instead of outside so they don't get sick.

About: As long as I can remember I have been surronded by animals. From childhood to now I have worked in many animal environments including pet grooming facilities and even dog walking and boarding on my own. My experience doesn’t just stop there though. I have experience with dogs, cats, rodents, reptiles, and amphibians! My husband is active duty and I am here to hold down the fort. With that being said, I have plenty of free time. My days are usually spent at home and the company of furry friends makes home much more lively. I believe that owning a pet is like having a child and we all have different wants and needs for our pets. I plan to follow guidelines that are set up for me to have the most success with your pets. This includes: feeding and feeding times, crating or free roaming, lots of activities or just lazy day. I want the best for both the pet and the pet parent.

About: I have about 7 years experience with pet sitting and walking dogs and I’ve owned dogs my whole life. I’ve taken care of all types of breeds. I rescued my puppy because he got dumped on the side of the road and ran into oncoming traffic. This inspired me to take care of other peoples dogs because of the love I have for them 🥰 I have a very flexible schedule because this is one of my only jobs at the moment. I’m a stay at home dog mom of my two dogs while I’m working on my business on the side 😊 it’s the perfect job for me at the moment. I am in the middle of training my rescue puppy at the moment and have very fresh knowledge about raising a new puppy. I have grown up with many dogs and have a lot of experience with all dog breeds. My current dogs are a 7 month old pitbull/stuffy and a 7 year old maltipoo/shih tzu. They are completely different breeds but absolutely love each other.

“Melissa is such a great choice of sitter for your baby! It was my first time using Rover for a dog walker and Melissa was a great first walker! She did amazing with my Chimmy and if I need a walker again she’d be my first choice!!”

About: I love all animals big or small. I volunteer at FAPS. I grew up with always at least 2 dogs in the house. I believe all animals deserve love and I will make time out of my day to ensure that they receive it. :) If I’m walking a dog I will make sure to bring doggie bags and extra water just in case. If I’m dog sitting I will give your animal my full attention as they need it. After all that’s why I’m there. :)

About: BASE ACCESS :) my name is Victoria, I am currently working toward my bachelor’s in Animal Health and Behavior, so I know a thing or two about the importance of safe, and positive animal care. I take my own dog (Drizzy) out for daily walks and plenty of time to run and get his energy out before it regenerates. If you’re looking for someone you can trust to care for your pets exactly the way you would, you’re on the right profile! I have a very laid back schedule on the weekends. Due to working during week days, I love to wind down on the weekends and spend time with my own fur baby, giving him the love he deserves! Whatever Drizzy wants, Drizzy gets.. from pup cups to multiple pup cups and the last bite of all of my meals ( if safe ofc, I’m not a monster ). Our current favorite is sweet potato fries. I take Drizzy out every couple of hours ( or when he waits patiently by the door). I always pick up after him when he does his business to ensure to keep a clean environment. I consistently work with Drizzy to keep him enriched and happy throughout the day! He sticks to his own strict schedule that I follow closely. In the case there ever is a dog that he is not fond of, there is plenty of space to separate them to avoid any accidents.

School’s out for the summer! I’ll be available during daytime and evenings to let your doggy get outside and stretch their legs. I can throw a tennis ball like 30 feet. I will respect your home and your pet. I’m a guest. I will follow your directions on how to care for your pet in their home.

About: I have over 7 years of animal care experience. I have been pet sitting for years. I also have grooming experience and can complete grooms while they stay with me for an extra fee. This is my full time job! I have my own furbabies who are my life. 3 are rescues one is a 11 year old Chihuahua mix, a 8 year old beagle mix, and a 4 year old siamese cat. I also have a 6 year old bloodhound. I love all animals and do NOT breed discriminate. I will watch and care for any type of dog. I even have experience with senior and special needs dogs, as my recently passed pup Patches was 11 and I did hospice care for him for around 6 months while he was fighting cancer.. he also used a wheelchair so I'm used to those as well. I'll even watch cats, small animals/rodents, chickens, and reptiles! So hopefuly I'm good for what ever you need me to do! I enjoy talking my pets to 'sniffspots' and even dock diving. If you think that is something your pet would enjoy let me know and we can discuss pricing options! All I have done for years is take care of peoples fur children. And now I want to get back into doing it on my own. This is my full time job and my lifestyle. I follow all instructions to a T. Whatever you say your pet needs is what your pets get! I’m no stranger to going above and beyond!

About: I have helped friends and family take care of their animals while they may be at work or on vacation. I love animals & so does my little one so she will always come with me. We walk every day together & would love to have your fur baby join us! I am a stay at home mom & we go for walks every single day. Our early mornings & afternoons are completely free. I’d love to take a little bit of stress off of your plate by helping care for your fur baby! At this time I do not have the space for pets in my home but if I am doing a drop in at your home I always respect your house by removing my shoes & ensuring I do not dirty the home while I’m caring for your pet. I am very focused on making sure you feel respected, especially if I am in your home.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs on and off since I was a teen. I’m good with walking, feeding, and bathing dogs and I’m a big fan of cats too. I’m usually home by 1130 on the week days so I’ll have plenty of time to care for your doggie. I’m also at home most weekends so boarding is not a problem if you want to take a weekend getaway without having to worry about your fur baby. I currently have an unfenced yard for your dogs to explore while on a leash and a field near by for them to run freely while supervised. They’ll have my sweet dog to play with too so they definitely won’t be bored while in my care.

About: I have a big heart for all animals! My husband and I have an English Golden Retriever, a little Shih Tzu-Poodle mix, & rescue kitties. I grew up in a dog loving home and have lots of pups in my immediate family. I am often elected to care for family dogs and friend’s animals while they’re away. I am a certified pet groomer with Animal Behavioral College, with a goal to eventually run my own pet grooming business. I also have experience working at a veterinary clinic, during which I was able to assist veterinarians and technicians. I am well rehearsed in first-aid and administering various medications. I spend most of my time right now in school and caring for my child. My husband is active duty deployed, so I am in Iowa for the immediate future. When my husband is not away, he often tags along for any of my pet sitting responsibilities as extra help giving your pets love and attention. However, rest assured we are respectful, and treat every household like our own. I would love to meet your K9/Feline friends!! I like to keep dogs active with walks, playtime, and time to run at the local dog park. I am confident around dogs of all sizes and nature. Fully detailed instruction on your pets preferences, routine and personality is helpful, but not required for services. I can’t wait to hear from you! Drop in visits, short length overnight stays, and boarding in home are all the best options for my services. Since I have pets of my own, I only accept house sitting reservations for a maximum of 4 days so as to not neglect my own animals, as my husband tends to work long hours. Drop in visits work the best for me. I do accept boarding on a case by case basis, two week maximum stay. When caring for pets in my home, I try to stick to a routine every day. Breakfast is at 7am followed by walks and playtime. Quiet time roughly 12-3pm. Then, more outdoor time before 5pm dinner, followed by one evening walk. When I am house sitting, I stick to the pet parents schedule as closely as possible and can provide pampering such as grooming and lots of walks/playtime.
