About: I've grown up with dogs all my life. My dog is now a senior but we adopted her as a puppy. Due to my dogs age and health complications that come with it, I've gained experience with senior care. This includes light stretches, red light therapy, medication, etc. Watching her grow up gave me the incentive to support other pet parents by making sure their pets are taken care of while they're away. I've watched a family friend's 4 cats for the past 4 years, as well as 2 others. I enjoy what I do, and I'd love to extend my services to you! I'm currently working part-time, so outside of work, your pet will be my number one priority! I can stop by in the morning and afternoon for at least 1 hour each, spend quality time with them, clean up if necessary, and make sure they're comfortable for the evening before heading out. When I arrive, I'll greet your pet at the door or, if applicable, at their kennel. I'll look around and do any easy clean up, let them outside to potty or clean up litter boxes, make sure food and water are good, and then spend some quality time with your baby. I like to be active, so I'll take him/her on walks, play in the yard, or just chill about if they aren't keen on the sweat. Either way, I'll engage and make sure they're ok!

About: Hi! I’m Gabriel, a veteran, teacher, and lifelong animal lover with plenty of experience caring for dogs. I’m dependable, attentive, and treat every pet like my own, making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and happy while you’re away. I live in an apartment but only board one dog at a time, so your pet gets plenty of individual attention. I’m very active and enjoy long walks, and there’s a dog park nearby where I can take your dog to run and play. As a teacher in a year-round district, I also have extended breaks when I’m available for full-time pet care, which works well for longer trips or vacations. I look forward to giving your pet great care and giving you peace of mind. I’m available to board most weekends and especially during my school breaks since I work on a year-round schedule. On workdays I’m off by 3:00 PM, which allows me to stop by homes in the afternoon and evening to care for pets. My Home: I have one dog named Libby who can keep your pup company. I only take one additional dog at a time, so your pet will receive plenty of individual attention. I also live near the Cape Fear River Trail and walk it regularly, so your dog will get plenty of outdoor time and exercise. Client’s Home: When caring for pets in a client’s home, I’m respectful, attentive, and professional. I always follow the owner’s instructions carefully to make sure your pet stays comfortable and in their normal routine.

About: I had a high-energy pointer/setter mix growing up and have always defaulted to caring for dogs as I did Jazzie--getting their energy out but knowing when they're tuckered. I commonly pet sit for my cousin and coworkers in Alaska where leashes were important to protect against wild animal encounters, so I can assure you I will be careful to get your pet home safe and happy! I currently work a mix of seasonal and rotational geology jobs in remote Alaska. My husband and I just moved here, so I'm finding a meaningful way to spend free time while staying active whenever I can! Happy to get out of the house when pets need! About: Puppies need time, patience, and most of all fun! Most of the time, puppies are stripped away from their families and are just looking for their pack. It is very important to create a safe environment and show love towards dogs. They are our protectors, and we are their caregivers I am retired. Although my husband is in the military, I do have free time most of the week. I am more than willing to be flexible and to also be a routine caregiver. For both dogs and cats, I do have two cats and one dog. I understand that while my pets are family, they are all individuals. I will take the time to learn each pet as an individual and not generalize their species.
