About: I've been around dogs all my life. My grandparents were breeders for Scotties, Cocker Spaniels and Terriers. My personal pets have been Velvet a cooker spaniel, Tobby a shepherd/lab mix, Doobee a shepherd/collie mix and my current cohort is Harley a 50 lb mixed breed rescue from texas. I have completed over 18 months of weekly training with Harley culminating with AKC canine good citizen certificate. What i learned from that experience was the importance and significance of consistency. Additionally that I am trained to be as consistent as possible in providing the type of care that you prefer for your pet. I'm retired so I am usually available anytime and can do same day appointments. I'm usually up before 6am and keep late night hours also so please feel free to contact me anytime. I have a fenced yard and can easily crate your pet if needed. I have one pet friendly dog at home if your pet likes company. I do not have any children living at my home.
About: I provide reliable, loving pet care tailored to each pet’s needs. I’m experienced with puppies, senior dogs, and anxious pets, and I always prioritize safety, routine, and plenty of attention while keeping owners updated with photos and messages. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine, allowing me plenty of time for walks, playtime, feeding, and one-on-one attention. I keep a flexible schedule to make sure pets stay comfortable, cared for, and on their normal routine. On weekends, I typically enjoy taking long walks, which is perfect for active dogs who love extra exercise and outdoor time. I always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for whether they’re in my home or their own. I follow each pet’s routine closely, including feeding schedules, walks, medications, and any special instructions from the owner. I provide a clean, calm environment with plenty of attention, playtime, and supervision to help pets feel relaxed and at home.
About: I grew up with both a dog and a cat, so I’ve had plenty of experience taking care of pets. I know how to keep them fed, exercised, and safe. You can trust that your pet will be safe and well cared for with me!❤️ I currently work remote and don’t own any pets myself, so I have plenty of time and schedule flexibility to give your the attention they deserve🐕🐾 The pets I’m responsible for get plenty of attention, regular walks, and playtime based on their energy level. I follow their usual feeding and potty schedules to keep their routine consistent.
“Alexis did a great job of caring for our kitties, Nala and Adelaide, while we were away for a week. Although Alexis had never been to our home, she easily followed the provided directions to ensure that our girls had clean litter and fresh water, and that our home was secure. She was very professional in communications as well. We will look forward to hiring her for future trips.”

About: I've cared for a variety of pets over the years. Family, friends, neighbors, and strangers have trusted me to care for their dogs, cats, fish, and even horses. My work at a pet boarding facility has provided me with professional animal care training. I know how to handle aggressive, nervous, sickly, and elderly animals. It's all part of the job! I have work experience at a pet boarding facility, which provided me with plenty of on-hands training for animal care. It gives me both the time and the experience necessary to provide stellar care for your pets! I'm willing to work with just about any animal, even if they're not the friendliest! Though I'm unable to board pets in my own home, I give quality care per the owner's instructions. I'm responsible and have my own vehicle, so I can take them to the hospital should something happen. I took a (furry) client to the hospital after she tore her stitches, and kept her mom informed the entire time! My promise is to give your pets the best care possible.

About: I’m a huge animal lover 🥰 and have about 14 years of experience caring for dogs. I’ve worked with dogs of all sizes, but mostly smaller breeds. I’ve been around dogs and helping take care of them since I was 11, and I enjoy giving the love, attention, and care they need. I also volunteered at an animals shelter for about 6 months, giving me the chance to work with dogs in need. We have about 4 dogs total in my family, so sometimes I will have 1, or 2, or none at home with me I am new to the city so as of right now, I am not employed. I have open availability to care for all of your pets needs. My weekly routine is pretty simple. I do computer work, play the game, call my family (literally almost every day) and work out from time to time. Animals tend to be pretty comfortable with me. I would love to hang out and spend some time with your pet, maybe watch a series together or go for a walk if the weather is right. I’m a Starbucks type of a girl, so pup cups are always an option
About: Hi! I am new to Rover but not new to dogs! I used to run a sled dog team in Alaska and now my own rescue crew (and fosters) has included pretty pibbles, barky beagles, high energy huskies, special care seniors, and cool cats & kittens, too. I've fostered for different rescues and volunteer to walk big dogs at the shelter. Let's chat about your pets and what they each need to thrive! Weekdays: I work remotely in the afternoons, so morning care is best for longer visits and field trips! Dinner/bedtime care available in evenings. Overnights and weekends available. I'm happy to care for pets at your home, and take them out for adventures if they'd like. I currently rent and am not able to board pets here. I'm experienced with crate and rotate scenarios (to keep certain dogs separate), helping seniors with mobility, and supporting dogs while on medical restrictions. I am used to extra steps for escape artists or separation anxiety pups, so don't be shy in letting me know your routines.

About: 🐾 Hello there, fellow pet lovers! My name is Clayton, and I’m here to give you peace of mind when it comes to caring for your furry family members. 🐶 I recently moved to Fayetteville, NC to begin my Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program at Methodist University, but I’ve been pet sitting for over 10 years — ever since I was 14! My mom used to drive me to my first clients before I even had my license, and I’ve been caring for dogs and cats of all breeds, sizes, and personalities ever since. I have a toy Pomeranian named Dakota, so I know firsthand how important it is to find someone you can trust to look after your pets like their own. Whether your pup loves long walks, belly rubs, or just relaxing company, I make sure every pet feels safe, loved, and happy while you’re away. ⸻ 🕓 My Schedule As a DPT student, I keep a structured but flexible schedule that allows me plenty of time to care for pets throughout the week: • Monday: Class from 8 AM–1 PM and 2–5:45 PM, but I always come home for lunch in between. • Tuesday: No classes — available all day for walks, drop-ins, or house sitting. • Wednesday: Class 8–11 AM & 2–6 PM, free midday. • Thursday: Class 8–11 AM & 12–2 PM, free afternoons. • Friday: Class 8–12 PM, free after lunch. • Weekends: Fully available! I live just 4 minutes from campus, which makes coming home during the day easy. I already go home daily to take Dakota out, so I’m used to keeping a consistent and reliable routine for pets. ⸻ ❤️ What You Can Expect 🌞 Regular walks, playtime, and plenty of attention to keep tails wagging 🍽️ Feeding and medication schedules carefully followed 🐾 Updates, photos, and open communication so you’re always in the loop 🤗 Genuine love and affection for every animal in my care Every pet is unique, and I take time to learn what makes them happiest — whether it’s playtime, cuddles, or calm company. ⸻ If you’re looking for a trustworthy, experienced sitter who treats your pets like family, I’d love to help. Let’s set up a meet and greet so I can meet your furry friends! 🐕❤️ First time booking? Current Schedule with Midday Flexibility: I’m currently a Doctor of Physical Therapy student at Methodist University, living just 4 minutes from campus, which makes it easy for me to come home during the day. My weekly class schedule is: • Monday: 8 AM–1 PM & 2–5:45 PM (home for lunch in between) • Tuesday: No classes — fully available all day • Wednesday: 8–11 AM & 2–6 PM (free midday) • Thursday: 8–11 AM & 12–2 PM (free afternoons) • Friday: 8–12 PM (free after lunch) Early-Morning Routine: I’m an early riser and wake up around 5 AM every weekday to work out before class. My dog usually sleeps in until I get back, shower, and put food in her bowl — but if your dog prefers an early start, I’m more than happy to accommodate! If they like to sleep in, that’s fine too — I can match their pace. Mornings, Afternoons & Weekends: I’m available most mornings before class, afternoons after class, and have full availability on Tuesdays and weekends for boarding, drop-ins, or longer stays. On weekends, I usually wake up a little later (6:30–7:30 AM), so the routine just shifts slightly later to match a more relaxed pace. I already go home daily to care for my own toy Pomeranian, so maintaining a reliable and consistent routine for pets is second nature to me. Even with a busy school schedule, I make the most of every moment spent with your pets—treating them like family every step of the way. Feel free to reach out, and we can chat about what works best for you and your furry companion! 🐾 🏡 Safety, Trust & Environment 🏡 I provide a safe, loving, and comfortable environment for every pet in my care. My home is calm, clean, and pet-friendly — a cozy space where animals can relax and feel right at home. I share my apartment with my 8-year-old Toy Pomeranian, Dakota, who’s friendly, gentle, and used to being around other dogs once acclimated (she’s usually a little afraid of other dogs but makes friends quickly in her own space). She enjoys daily walks, playtime, and plenty of snuggles, so visiting pets always have good company. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I bring that same level of attention and reliability. I make sure each pet feels secure, respected, and loved in their familiar environment — following your routines closely to keep things as stress-free and consistent as possible.
