Rather than turning around and canceling our trip, i began digging in to find care. But, a complete stranger in my home for 10 days!?!? The search was on!! It was reassuring that Rover completes background checks on all care givers. After searching, and contacting many employees, I reached out to Gabriella, and she responded so timely. She was on board and available to help me with our Boxer. Galadriel (Ellie), who is truly a love but not good with other dogs. This service and Gabriella, saved our trip!! She was very responsible, trustworthy, and went over and beyond what her responsibilities were. She brought in packages without being asked. She also cared for our Bearded Dragon, Ozzy, because she saw the need. She stayed the night, and basically took care of the house in our absence. I will definitely be referring this service and reserving Gabriella in the future!!! Thank you Gabriella, truly you took a weight off my shoulders at the start of our trip, and kept it off by taking such great care of our Ellie!!”

About: I have grown up with pets throughout my whole life! My family has always chosen to adopt rescues so we have had a variety of animals. I am proficient in puppy care along with administering medication to animals. I am a recent graduate of UW-Madison and would love to start building a client-base in my hometown area! I have a lifetime of experience with pets, specifically dogs and cats. I also live on a 5 acre hobby farm where I have taken care of chickens, ducks, and miniature horses. Growing up, my family always had 3 dogs (big, little, and everything in between), and they became my absolute best friends along with teaching me the importance of caretaking at a young age! My family has always chosen to adopt rescues so I have a diverse understanding of caring for animals of various ages and medical needs. I provide personal care, ensuring each dog feels safe and loved. I completely understand that trusting your best friend to someone requires trust and I am sensitive to both the physical and emotional well-being of your pet. Whether it consists of walks, playing, or snuggling during those relaxing moments, I will ensure your pet has the best level of care! When caring for pets in your home, I guarantee that they will feel safe and comfortable in an environment they know well! I will make sure to follow your pet's routine, providing playtime, walks, feeding, and any other special care they may need (specifically medication schedules). I will also respect your home as if it is my own by keeping it tidy. I will give daily updates and pictures because I know, from experience, how much that can relieve a person while away from their fur-babies:) Currently, my schedule is very open so I would be able to care for your pet as much as you would prefer! If I have a heads up on the requirements for sitting your pet, I would be able to move around my schedule as necessary to fit your expectations. I currently live with three dogs (big, medium, small) and a cat! I am consistent with potty/play breaks outside as well as sticking to a specific feeding/medication time! I believe all pets need and deserve attention so I find it incredibly important to give them that needed love and affection throughout the day.

About: I grew up around dogs and now own two of my own and understand how to take care of them in a way that fun and gives the parents peace at mind when they are with me. I currently work full time for Aurora health care Friday - Sunday 6am-6pm. I love doing drop ins during the week and can also house sit during the weekends as long as it’s okay for pets to be left alone for 12 hours. I have a fenced in yard and also have a crate if needed. I also don't give treats unless approved before hand and will provide close care and watch over them while im watching them.

About: I’ve taken care of pets since I was 8 years old ! I just love spread love to each and every pet and they deserve it !!! Full time. Mondays- saturdays . Preferred in the mornings to evenings but open to anytime in the evening to at night but not to late How i care for pets is making sure they are taken care of and have the love they need and making sure there not bored

About: I’ve been around and taken care of dogs as long as I could remember. From pit bulls to labs, afghan hounds, mutts. Most recently a pit bull named Bentley that I look after for my brother when he’s away at work all week. I work part time! So usually in the mornings or before 5 I have all the time. My schedule varies so I’ll try and keep this updated as much as possible. Taking dogs for walks is my favorite part of having one. Making sure they get the exercise they need and making sure they are fed at the right times and have water!
