“You will not find a better caregiver for your pets. We were desperate to find someone to care for our Corgi and kitties, and we found Rebecca on Rover. We met prior to the needed dates and we had an instant connection but more importantly Odin loved her. Watching them together made us feel comfortable, confident and warmed our hearts. She also truly knows and understands cats. Her passion and love for animals is so evident. It’s great to see. Rebecca is an expert caregiver and she impressed us with her knowledge and caring attitude. She’s a true professional. I felt so confident in her ability to care for our fur babies, moreso than I trust myself, to be honest. She was very in touch with Odins insecurities and excitability and knew exactly what to do to comfort him. She even tried a ramp for him to walk up to the couch instead of attempting to jump multiple times before being successful. That blew me away. Rebecca kept me so very well informed and sent pictures. It was blatantly obvious as to how well she cared for Odin! When my daughter and husband returned home Odin greeted them gently and then went back to doing what he was doing. He was so content and chill. Rebecca is a very calming influence on him and it showed. My daughter couldn’t believe it. As for Freddy and Jason, Freddy was social but Jason was not as expected. She gave Freddy face and whisker rubs which he loves and she’s a master at. The litter boxes were clean and they had fresh water twice daily. Additionally the house was left in better shape than they left it. And it smelled amazing. She also stripped the bed down. I cannot speak more highly of Rebecca! She is our person and it’s like trusting a close family member. ??”

“This was our second time requesting Janet watch over our pups and she did an amazing job just as she had done the first time. She not only catered her care toward each dog but also was kind enough to grab all our packages while we were gone. “We were on the road to Florida and our pet care fell through. I have never used this service, but my daughter told me about it as we were driving. Rather than turning around and canceling our trip, i began digging in to find care. But, a complete stranger in my home for 10 days!?!? The search was on!! It was reassuring that Rover completes background checks on all care givers. After searching, and contacting many employees, I reached out to Gabriella, and she responded so timely. She was on board and available to help me with our Boxer. Galadriel (Ellie), who is truly a love but not good with other dogs. This service and Gabriella, saved our trip!! She was very responsible, trustworthy, and went over and beyond what her responsibilities were. She brought in packages without being asked. She also cared for our Bearded Dragon, Ozzy, because she saw the need. She stayed the night, and basically took care of the house in our absence. I will definitely be referring this service and reserving Gabriella in the future!!! Thank you Gabriella, truly you took a weight off my shoulders at the start of our trip, and kept it off by taking such great care of our Ellie!!”

“This was the second time we used Tiaana and could not be happier. Our dog required numerous medications that he was not previously on. Tiaana came over a second time and went through all the medication instructions with us before we left. This made me feel much better about leaving him for a week. While we were gone I got at least two updates a day and some pictures. When we arrived home the house was just as it was when we left nice and clean, bed was made and all the dishes were done! The pets were very happy and we could tell well cared for! Tiaana really went above and beyond and help give us a piece of mind while we were on a week-long vacation that our pet-boys were very well cared for and loved. She is officially my go-to pet and house sitter!”
