You can tell upon meeting Don animals are drawn to him. Love that my fur baby is in great hands when I am on vacation or need to have someone walk her! He is reliable (always on time), great communicator (sends me the map of the walk/picture), and spoils my Husky like she is his dog!”

About: I’ve been pet sitting for neighbors and friends for the past 10 years. I’ve handled senior pets and given them their medicine. I’ve also watched pets that have had surgery and need extra care. I currently am on summer break so I have lots of time to help out. During the school year, I’m open to afternoons after 4 and pet sitting throughout the week. I will be there for your pet. I know how hard it is to leave your pet with someone else. I will make sure your pet gets the love and care they deserve.

About: Hello! I’m a nurse full time, but am looking for a side job to earn a little extra money and to bring my daughter along to help her learn responsibility! She is 10 years old. My daughter and I have been caring for our own animals for about 7 years now (her maybe 5). We have 2 dogs, 3 guinea pigs, a hamster and a snake! I have my daughter take care of her own pets (the guinea pigs and hamster), making sure she feeds/waters them, plays with them, and helps me clean their cages. We love animals and are more than capable of caring for your pets! We hope you pick us to care for your furry family members! I’d be available Mondays and Thursdays, every other Friday and every other weekend. I could do late evenings on the days that I work if needed. I have a fenced in yard and two friendly dogs that could keep your furry friends company. I have a dog crate if need be.

“Amanda has watched my (high anxiety) mini greyhound and it went so well! Amanda has the patience, knowledge, and love to care for any dog! Her resident Golden Doodle, Charley, is beyond sweet and played with my dog so gently despite his 50lbs advantage. Amanda lived right on the river and took my dog for walks and allowed her on furniture for snuggles when needed. Amanda is very open minded to all kinds of dogs!! We will be back. :)”

“We were very fortunate to have used Sidonie’s House Sitting service for several days on 2 occasions. She continues to do an excellent job taking care of our dog Simon. Sidonie is responsive to our requests and sends photos of Simon unsolicited. She is always good about asking questions if she feels the need and doesn’t seem particularly sensitive to any specific requests or changes we may ask of her from the original communication. She’s very comfortable and good with Simon and any dog I would think. Simon clearly enjoys his time with her and is able to relax once Sidonie settles in. We will not hesitate to request Sidonie in the future !”
