“Bobbi was absolutely amazing with Franklin! She kept me updated with pictures and messages, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. It’s clear she truly loves dogs and treated him like one of her own. I’ll definitely be booking with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and reliable sitter!”

“Emily and her family took great care of my pup! She send lots of pictures and I truly felt like she cared for my dog as her own. Her house was clean and inviting and she was easy to communicate with. I would book with her again!”

“Bobbie and Clark are great! Friendly and communicates well. They were very welcoming and attentive to Gracie’s needs and what we were looking for. Definitely one of my favorite dog families! Will be boarding with them again!”

“Very responsive and kind. Our dog seemed very happy and they kept us updated throughout his stay. We will definitely be using them again next time we need someone to watch our dog. :)”

“This was my puppy’s first night boarding and it went so well and smoothly! Kristina sent several updates with how he was doing and I could tell my pup was having a great time!”

“Clooney Marie was very well taken care of by Chase & Jessica. This was our first time using Rover and we were nervous at first. Highly recommend this couple. This dog mama was so happy my girl was in a good place with good people.”

“Maria was great! While on vacation we got delayed an extra night due to a tropical storm and she was quick to help and eased any worry of having a safe place for our dog. Chewy is a great pup but in need of a little extra attention and Maria easily fulfilled this as she only watched one dog at a time having Chewy return to us happy and healthy! We were also able to see updates on him through the pictures she sent and could see his personality still shining through as he was definitely comfortable in her care.”

“Caitlin was amazing, this was my first time using this app amd at last minute request she will willing to help. Very friendly and great communication. My cat looked like she had a great time and will use her again!”

“This was my first time using Rover (or any kind of pet sitting service) and everything was absolutely flawless. Gina was absolutely fantastic! Rover was an excellent choice, also. I had to rearrange dates with her and she was able to do all the necessary “paperwork “. I simply had to “accept “ changes which made me very happy as I’m not really tech-savvy!! From our dogs first meet and greet to the time I picked him up I was 100% confident in her genuine love and affection for animals. I received updates and photos of our dogs having a great time together regularly. I will definitely be requesting Gina & “Mack”, her adorable Chihuahua anytime I need a pet sitter in the future.”

“Krystal's love of dogs is evident and her current bestie, Duke, was a welcoming partner! We left our sweet Piper with Krystal for a week and Piper seemed to adjust well and was in good spirits when we picked her up. I think she even missed Krystal and Duke for a day or so after we returned home! Krystal kept us abreast of how Piper was doing and was responsive to our questions. I was amazed by how unfazed she was by the cold, wet weather that hung over the Fox Valley the week we were away; seemingly taking the additional 4 muddy paws in stride! We would happily re-book with Krystal the next time we need to leave town.”

“Jasmine was fantastic! She is very professional, always responded quickly to any questions, and took great care of our puppy. She helped with some training (as the puppy was only 12 weeks old) and her own dog, Stryda, was a great playmate and teacher for our puppy.”

“Mabel had such a wonderful time staying with Catherine and Andrew. She loved their large fenced yard, and the walks and cuddles she received. I felt very good about leaving her in their care, and hope to again for our next trip.”

“Savannah is so sweet and treated my puppy like her own. She even sent me a picture message with an update of how my puppy was doing. Would definitely recommend Savannah and request her again.”

“We left Casey in the care of Susan and Mark while we went on a family vacation. He was so happy to stay with them and obviously well cared for! We hate to leave our puppy, ever, but have such peace of mind knowing he is with Susan and Mark where he is receiving all the pets, treats, walks and snuggles he could need. Thank you both ❤️”

“Kayla was absolutely fantastic and our pup Doc looks forward to the next time he gets to go back. Kayla sent us updates every day, she sent pictures, and she sent a video! She is very kind and went above and beyond when his hip dysplasia acted up and he wasn’t feeling the best-she did everything she could to make him comfy and in less pain. Thanks Kayla-our family is happy we found you and we will definitely book again ?”

“Kathy accommodated me with a meet n greet the day before boarding. Zoe and Sadie enjoyed their time at Kathy's house playing with the other dogs. Kathy was very helpful and interested in learning about the dogs background and eating habits. In 2 out of the 3 photos Sadie was smiling which tells me she was enjoying her time there. I will book again another time.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Appleton
Megan took great care of Boston. She kept me informed and provided a wonderful environment with good energy for him. She was very professional and responded promptly, both initially and during Boston’s stay. I would highly recommend Megan to anyone in need of quality care for their pup!

We were very comfortable leaving Piper with Samuel. He was responsive in all our communications, before and during Piper's stay. We had minor time changes on both the front and back ends of our booking and he was flexible and able to accommodate us. Most importantly, he got Piper out for walks and she seemed happy and well taken care of when we picked her up! Would definitely book with Samuel again!

Daniel was fantastic! We choose him to dog sit out German shepherd for her first over night not at home. We did a meet and greet first and then she stayed over for the weekend. He made me feel very comfortable and even sent me some photos of my pup! Timber really seemed to enjoy her stay and the adventures (walks) they went on! We will definitely keep Daniel in mind when we need another dog sitter.

We had a great experience with Jill! From the beginning, she was super responsive and easy to communicate with. She took excellent care of our dog and kept us updated with pictures during his stay. She even brought him to our wedding so we could get a picture with him. Jill is so sweet and we will definitely be booking her again!

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
