Kathy did a great job of updating us with pictures and allowed Maverick to sit on the couch with her and even lay in bed with her. Our dog needs human contact at all times so we were very pleased to have Kathy extend such attentive care to him.
It was our first time using Rovers and leaving our dog, PJ, with someone who was not family. Mark and Susan were great with her and provided us updates over the weekend while away. Appreciated them having a meet & greet prior to us leaving her for the weekend. PJ got lots of walks and attention and was very content under their care. Overall, a great first experience. We will definitely reach out to them in the future when are in need of care for PJ.
