Everything is just super easy and it felt like they genuinely wanted to treat my guy like a member of the family. While on vacation, it was so great seeing daily pics and updates. “There is absolutely no way I can describe how incredibly pleased I am with Marissa within the allowed character limit. This was my first time using Rover and I feel like I hit the lottery. I didn't really know what to expect since my dog Vader is a little nervous and doesn't like being away from us but Marissa sent lots of updates and pictures and I could tell he was very well taken care of. Vader had lots of fun playing with Marissa's dog Remi too. Remi is super sweet and a perfect match for my dog. I will 100% be using Marissa in the future. She is very knowledgable and follows care instructions perfectly, asking questions if something isn’t clear (or we didn’t provide enough veggie and she wants to get the right kind!)”
