The two youngest cats are skiddish and always hide when other people come over so we were really worried about whether or not they would come out to eat. But Courtney was able to make all of our cats feel comfortable and she didn't have any issues. “I would highly recommend Frank And Julie as your next Dog Sitters. After being referred to them, when I reached out, I had let Frank know I was having a hard time locating them in the Rover app. He went out of his way to help me get things going. Once we were able to set up a time for an initial meet and greet, due to a really bad storm that was rolling in, they were flexible with changing the time for us. That’s when we got to see the fantastic location (their house and property), where they take care of the dogs. While we were getting to know them, they were getting to know our dogs, and asked lots of great questions to make sure they understood how we approach our pups. In addition to their fenced in yard, they have acres and acres of land and are very happy to take dogs out for walks to let them burn their energy. A couple days later, our dog spent the day with them and everything went really really well, and our dogs were so very tired out when we got them back. We even got lots of pictures while we were gone for the day which we really appreciated. Frankie and Julie really understand what it is to be a pet owner and strive to treat our dogs as their own. About: I’ve had dogs ever since I was a little girl. Since I’ve been married we’ve had three dogs ( and one special needs) ; all of different breeds. I’ve had ones who love to walk well, seniors who take their time, to the deaf dogs who just love to sniff anything they can find. I like to call them humans with fur. Absolutely love dogs! Now that I’m retired, I walk a lot anyway and I’m finding myself wanting to help those who can’t get their fur babies out for those walks that are so important for them. We put our beloved 10 year old (deaf girl) down this past January and plan on getting another dog by the new year. We walked her many times throughout the day too, until she couldn’t. I believe dogs should be walked at least twice a day if not more. I miss the wagging tails and the love those babies give! I strongly believe that walking the dog is an essential part of their happiness, routine, and growth. I walk a lot and do boot camp three times a week also so I am strong and physically able.

About: Although I currently don't have a dog, I have had the pleasure of sharing in the lives of several dogs over the years. I think both dogs and cats have such a special way of contributing to our lives and I would love the opportunity to share in your dogs lives when you are unable to be there whether it be to get them some exercise or just give them some time and attention. I am active and would have no trouble taking your dog for walks or to the park if you wanted. I also don't mind the cold weather so you don't need to worry about winter coming up. About: I've spent my entire life having animals and loved them for my entire life. I've had cats my entire life, and often this is not lent itself well to me also owning a dog. We currently own three cats one 12 year old lady, and two 2 year old brothers. When I was young I would walk the neighbor's dog just so I could get some dog time in. In college and after college I had several roommates who had dogs I lived with, who I would also help care for either just for fun or while they were gone. I have also taken care of friends dogs while they are out of town on vacation. I have experience with cats from 6 weeks old all the way up to end of life. I have experience in giving cats medication, special diets, special instructions and any other quirks your cat may have. I'm experienced in walking dogs, playing with dogs, feeding dogs (including special diets) and while I love larger dogs, I currently am unable to care for them due to a medical condition and it only able to care for a small dogs. I'm currently taking a break from my career and have very flexible availability, both during the week and on the weekends. I do request 24 hours notice. I will take care of your pets with the instructions you leave me with. I will rely on you as the pet parent to make all major decisions and follow your rules as best as possible. I am great with communication and will regularly communicate with you to show you how your pets are doing while you're out of town and ask any questions that arise while you're gone.
