“Lisa and her family take Blue in like one of their own. Blue is always very excited to run in and greet everyone when we arrive. The pics Lisa sends always show a very contented pup during her stay”

“Chelsea was amazing great communication always keeping us updated on how Dexter was doing and sending lots of pictures some issues with our flight and she so understanding definitely recommend Chelsea for your pets needs we will definitely be using her again”

“Kota took on my 13 week old puppy and I am so pleased with how well my puppy did at her home! Kota snuggled and loved and cared for her like she was her own! She communicated daily and sent the cutest pictures! I give my highest recommendation to her! So much better than a kennel when you need boarding! Your pet will be welcomed into their home and treated like a family member!”

“Karen took great care of our boy- very communicative and patient with his minor separation anxiety- if we find ourselves back in town we’ll be happy to work with her again!”

“This was 7 months old, Patsys first sleepover. We had a reference for Frank and Julie being excellent pet sitters. We received photos and a video of her time there which helped ease an uneasy mind. Patsy was well cared for and will be returning to Frank and Julie’s. We totally agree with the reference we received, they are really the best pet sitters.”

“Luana was accommodating, easy to work with and clearly a devoted animal lover. She took great care of our little dog and was especially mindful to make sure he was safe, because he’s a quick, little escape artist. We appreciate her care and will be back when we’re in Wisconsin.”

“Erin and family are the best. Wesley had a great time with them and got a new buddy Willow out of the deal. For sure will use Erin again. She had great communication and updated us everyday of Wes’s day.”

“Mary is a wonderful person, and though I was extremely nervous about having someone watch Darwin, she put me at ease. I wanted someone to Pat and love on my dog, and I know that she did. She provided at least two check-ins per day to show that Darwin was happy and healthy. I couldn't be more pleased.”

About: Hi! My name is Ryaan, and I’ve grown up with dogs and cats my entire life. Animals have always been a huge part of my family, so caring for them comes naturally to me. I also worked for several years at a doggy daycare and boarding facility, where I gained hands-on experience with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. I’m comfortable with feeding routines, administering basic care, supervising playtime, and making sure pets feel safe, happy, and loved while their owners are away. Your pet will be treated like family in my care! 🐾 I currently have just a few 1 hour classes a week on just Mondays and Wednesdays and am home for the most part otherwise making me available for your pets. -fenced in yard -home frequently -able to provide long walks and lots of playtime -safe home (mostly pet proofed) -stairs are needed to be taken to get up to the house and down to the backyard
“My Sheltie,Cody, absolutely loves when he gets to stay at Gina’s house. He goes on walks with her and has lots of fun and friends to hang out with. I can leave leave him with her and know he’s in the best care. Hands down…without a doubt…Gina is my go-to dog sitter. If I can’t get Gina I don’t go on vacation, simple as that 💙💜💙”

“Jo was the perfect sitter for our dog! She went the extra mile by first having a meet and greet before hand to make sure that our dog got along with her sweet pup Jordy. Jo was extremely responsiveness and sent lots of updates and pictures of our dog. She even took her on walks which we greatly appreciated! Would definitely recommend Jo as a sitter. We'll definitely use her again!”

“Rebecca and Matthew and their boys took wonderful care of Hazel during her week-long stay. They were very detailed in caring for her and sent plenty of pictures and updates.”

“Diane and Dale went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule and care for Oliver. He fit right in with their dog, Lexi, enjoyed the walks around the pond and was well-loved. I highly recommend them!”

“Sadie’s was a great pet caregiver to our 4 month old puppy. This was the first time we left him with someone for a few days, and, he loved it! She shared pictures throughout his stay of his playtime and nap time. He was a tired puppy when he came home. He will visit with her again!”

“Thank you, thank you, thank you for taking such good care of our doggie while we were away for a week. Knowing he was being loved and cared for like he is a member of your family gave us such a peace of mind.”

Many sitters in WI ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
