About: I have helped raise and train 4 dogs. I dog sit my parents golden retriever and Bernadoodle anytime they go out of town. I love all animals and would love to take care of them! I currently work the dinner shift at Oso in orange beach. I typically only work 3-9/10 and would be available anytime during the day and can even stop by after I get off for a night walk and treats. I live in an apartment so I am unable to bring in extra pets but can easily adapt to your pets routine in your home.

“I’m not a fan of kennels…..and I was needing to find someone to keep our doodle for only one night so I could run to Birmingham. I was hesitant to try Rover and wasn’t really sure if I would want someone in my home or put Maverick, our Golden Doodle, in someone else’s home. It all felt very vulnerable. And a little frightening. I studied every bio in my area and surrounding. I had some maybes, and some definite no’s. But not one “yes”. Until…..I ran across Gary and Sue, and their pup Newman! We went for an introduction the day before leaving on our trip. Maverick jumped out of the car and he and his new friend Newman were off and running in this beautiful fenced in yard, a pool with sandy beach, with a tiki bar and palm trees! Maverick took immediately to Gary……and the rest was history. When I dropped him off the day of my trip the same thing happened……..Gary and Newman greeted us, Maverick flew out the door and had no idea that I had left. My heart was so full to see him so happy with his new buddy! It was as if he lived there. Made himself right at home. Throughout the evening I would get a text with photos. Maverick, snuggled up on the couch next to Gary. Newman and Maverick playing. Maverick with his nose to the bottom of Newmans toy box. Maverick on the couch again between Sue and Gary. I literally could not believe this was happening. He was at home. He was safe. He was with people who would love on him. And he had ZERO anxiety. You could literally see how happy he was. Pick up - so we get back. Out comes Newman, Mavericks and Gary. The pups were all over the place STILL. Just played and played and played. Again, Maverick was so happy. I swear he was smiling!! The two of them were exhausted. Maverick said goodbye to Gary and flew up into the Bronco. They literally live right around the corner from me and Maverick was already trying to go to sleep. He came in the house, got on the couch and has slept all night. Folks, I honestly wish I could leave them a terrible review because then nobody would use them and I’d have them to myself, haha, but there’s no way I can because these beautiful people, Gary and Sue, have a very special gift. Their love for animals, all animals and understanding they all have different personalities and needs, like us. They believe, like I do, that we have taken these sweet pets into our homes. To them, you are their hero. You are everything. They don’t belong in a chain link fence outside in the heat. They are family. They live in your home like you do. They have a bed or sleep on yours. Like kids 🤷‍♀️. THAT my friends is what got me the most. THEY made Maverick feel like he felt and you could see it in the photos. And when I dropped him off and picked him up. This was by far above and beyond anything I expected. It’s because of Sue and Gary. We will be back! A lot! If I can get on their calendar! lol. 🙏🏻♥️ Thank you so much yall! If there were some kind of an award for this, you’d get it! Grateful to know you. 🙂”

About: I have taken care of all types of animals, including a hamster, which is harder than you think. I have also had the pleasure of being around all types of animals no matter size or breed. I have taken care an older bulldog and weenie dog, while also having a lab puppy in the mix. I start work at 8 AM and have lunch at 12 PM and will get off at 5 PM. Saturday and Sunday, I am always off. With living in an apartment, we take our dog out at least once or twice an hour when we are home. When my roommate is working, on my lunch break, I come home and let him out. My cats liter box is changed every other day, while her box is flipped and washed out every month.

I have a dog of my own who is the world to me, his name is Bruno and I've had him for 5 years, I also live with 3 other dogs so I am an expert in dog walking/pup play :) I’m currently working full time 7-3:30 on weekdays. I’m available after 4pm on weekdays and 11am-7pm on weekends. I can be flexible with my weekend schedule. When caring for pets, whether in my own home or a client’s, I always prioritize their safety, comfort, and well-being. I take time to learn each pet’s routine, preferences, and any special needs they may have. I make sure they have fresh food and water, plenty of exercise, bathroom breaks, and lots of affection and attention. In a client’s home, I’m respectful of their space and follow any specific instructions closely, including feeding schedules, medication, or behavior preferences. I also keep the environment clean and secure, and I send regular updates and photos so the client feels confident their pet is happy and in good hands.
