Or just chill and give them back scratches if thats their preference. I love all dogs, no matter their age or breed. Volunteering at shelters has been a hobby of mine since childhood. Ive been a dog walker for Wag! for years but am switching to Rover because the Wag app is terribly glitchy. My most recent adventure has been fostering shelter pups - we currently had a foster fail situation which is how I got my current fur child, Indie. I've always adopted shelter dogs; to include labs, pitbulls, mixed breeds, and now a goldendoodle! I joined Rover in hopes of doing it more because I enjoy helping busy people take care of their precious pups. I'm a FOND believer of spoiling your pets. Charlie is typically very anxious around other dogs, but he did way better than I expected. Michael provided updates throughout the day and sent me photos, which put my mind at ease. Charlie came home tuckered out and ready for bed! We would definitely use Michael’s pet-sitting services again in the future.
Amanda is so kind! I had to navigate a few different schedules to get our Golden to her during a festival, and Amanda was communicative and easy going throughout the whole process.
