“Bruno seems to be happy every time we take him. She also sent us wonderful photos at Christmas of Bruno by her tree, looked professional. They were great! Love the texts we get throughout the week to let us know how he’s doing.”

“Kristin was absolutely wonderful and exceeded our expectations! We are so thankful she took us last minute and both of my dogs seemed happy and well taken care of when we picked them up!! Will definitely be using her again if she’ll have us!”

“Jacob had great communication and took great care of our dogs. They seemed happy and relaxed during their stay and came home happy and tired. We are looking forward to using Jacob again!”

“Michael was attentive and responded quickly to all of our messages. Boomer got along well with his two pups. Michael sent me pictures and/or videos daily and kept me up to date with how Boomer was doing. Michael's yard is spacious with plenty of room for running and napping. If we are ever back in town We will definitely have Michael take care of Boomer! Thank you Michael!!”

“As far as I’m concerned Belinda is the best. My pup had never been boarded and I was impressed how she took to Belinda and how great her care was. I highly recommend Belinda.”

“We had an incredible experience with Corey and will definitely be using him again in the future!! One of the best parts of working with him was his flexibility with our crazy travel schedule. We had different people dropping off and picking up our pup, and he was totally flexible with us and easy to work with. Our dog Willie came back home a happy girl and can’t wait to go back. We really appreciated the pre-booking meet and greet, which gave us plenty of assurance that their place would be perfect for Willie. She had lots of playtime and got to spend a wonderful 4th of July with Corey and his family! Would absolutely recommend!!”

“This was my third time to board my pup in Natalie’s home. Natalie and her family are amazing and go above and beyond to meet my pup’s needs. I dropped him off with tummy issues and received many updates on how he was doing throughout the stay. No need to look further, Natalie and her family will love your fur baby as their own!”

“Lindsey is awesome! Great communication - she provided updates throughout Kai & Piper's stay and my fur babies had a great time playing in her large yard! I highly recommend Lindsey.”

“Patty was very responsive and made sure my puppy got to do all her favorite things while we were away. She made her feel as at home as possible. I would definitely use her again to watch our baby.”

“I rate Christina & Gabriel a 5-Star! Ruby had a blast! I get uncomfortable leaving my baby with someone knew. Since moving to Maine, I didn’t know or have family close to watch her like I used to. I found Christina and Gabriel on Rover and read through their profile. I thought I would give them a try. They were absolutely AMAZING!!! They sent me photos everyday of baby girl and kept me updated. Ruby didn’t even want to leave when I came to get her. Traitor! I knew they played with her because she kept going and getting her toys and and bringing them to me to play for days after she came home. She hardly ever does that. I would recommend Christina and Gabriel, 100 times over.”

“Kenny and Olga were fantastic! They had great communication, were super friendly and have a lovely, clean, safe home. I felt like Buster was very well taken care of. I would highly recommend and will be using them again in the future 😊”

“We couldn't have asked for a better sitter for our Buttercup! Jennifer is a caring, kind person who obviously loves dogs. She has taken care of our dog for 6 days these last 2 months and we couldn't be any more thrilled. We will always leave our Buttercup with Jennifer!!”

“Kim and Kerry were great sitters for Sadie. She bonded with them immediately! So glad we found them and recommend them highly!! Will definitely use them when I’m the area again.”

About: I've had pets my entire life. I currently have a 12 year old Cocker Spaniel named Sophie. She is getting on in years and requires a little extra care. I am able to care for older pets that may require extra TLC as well as younger pets. I would love to care for your babies! I currently work three days a week, so Saturday through Wednesdays are best for me. I will try to work with you on the other days if needed! I have a fenced in backyard and a sweet girl to keep your pet company. I can crate your pet if needed. I am also available to sit with your pet and go for walks.
“Another great stay with Tammie!! I cant recommend her enough. Luna is always so happy to see Tammie and Casey and is always treated as if she was one of their own.”

“Fiona sent pictures and an update everyone day and twice the first day! We enjoyed hearing how well our pup was doing and seeing how happy she was to be running around and playing outside. Plan on using Fiona in the future!!!”

Micheal was great!! We needed someone Very last-minute to watch our 10 year old pup and he was super responsive and helpful! Our dog immediately felt comfortable with him! He sent pictures and updates and kept us in the loop. Would definitely recommend and give five stars!!

My fur baby was so well taken care of. I was updated with pictures during his stay. Im guessing he had lots of play time as he came home and wanted to play. Sweet and jumping around with a toy I was so happy to see him this way. So im assuming he enjoyed his time with other dogs.

As of June 2026, there are 355 sitters on Rover offering Dog Boarding across Foley. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.
Every sitter on Rover has their own rhythm and routine, but most will follow the flow that keeps your dog happiest. Sitters can give meals on your dog's regular schedule, provide a comfortable place for sleep, and plenty of one-on-one attention.
100% of Foley sitters also include daily walks in the neighborhood during dog boarding stays. You can also request photo and message updates throughout the stay so you can see which Foley landmarks or neighborhoods your dog is enjoying.
If your dog is a little shy, consider booking a one-night trial stay! This practice run can boost your and your dog’s confidence before your trip.
Preparing for drop-off is easy when you have a checklist! To help your dog settle into their Foley home-away-from-home, we recommend packing:
- Health and safety essentials such as their ID tags, vaccination records, medication, and emergency vet or secondary caregiver contacts.
- Food and gear such as harnesses, collars, food (portioned by day), and an item that smells like you.
- Special instructions such as a list of training cues, medical administration needs, or favorite hang-out spots in your Foley.
Tip: You can upload your dog’s routine and medical info directly onto their profile so your sitter always has the details at their fingertips.
You and your Foley sitter can schedule drop-off and pick-up in a way that works best for the both of you—and your dog. Most sitters offer flexible times for drop-off and pick-up but the easiest way to confirm those times will be through in-app messaging. Confirm your arrival time the day of pick-up and drop-off can also help keep the process smooth and organized.
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in AL ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
