Ive been a dog walker for Wag! for years but am switching to Rover because the Wag app is terribly glitchy. My most recent adventure has been fostering shelter pups - we currently had a foster fail situation which is how I got my current fur child, Indie. I've always adopted shelter dogs; to include labs, pitbulls, mixed breeds, and now a goldendoodle! About: Hi! My name is Becca and I personally have had animals my entire life but besides personal experience I have been working as a kennel assistant at a veterinary clinic for a year now. I’ve had experience with everything from itty bitty babies to senior citizens. About: I have had pets for as long as I can remember and over the years I have pet sat and house sat for many people. I am an early to rise and a late to bed. Mornings and evenings are the easiest for me to work into my regular schedule, but with enough notice I will try to adjust my regular schedule. Keeping pets in their own homes and with their usual routine is very important to me. It helps to keep them comfortable while their human is away. If there is no fenced in backyard going for long walks is my favorite. If you do not have a leash I have plenty I can bring since I have 3 dogs in my own home .

About: I have always been an animal person from a very young age I have had my fair share of fur babies along the way of life. I love my animals like humans and 100% will do the same for yours! I have cared for puppies as well as seniors so whatever your need I am your sitter💕 I am currently a stay at home mom so scheduling isn’t an issue! About: I started working at the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo in animal husbandry, then I ended up working at an animal hospital. I have been a veterinary technician for about 6 years. In this time I have gained a lot of medical experience with animals and have learned how to truly care for pets. I am able to care for older animals as well as any fur babies on medicine. I have a dog and a cat myself, so I know how hard it is to leave them to go on vacation. I do have two pups of my own that I may have to go home to let out if staying at your home. If your babies are staying at our home then they will all get plenty of play time and couch naps. A short time later, while her parents had to travel for an essential work trip, I watched her again. Within a couple of days, I could sense a deep shift in her energy—I knew the signs, and I knew she was declining. I once rescued a scrawny, struggling young cat named Boomer in a parking lot. We rescued them, brought them home, and successfully bottle-fed them. ​Every Life Matters: On another occasion, I spotted a tiny squirrel lying motionless on the sidewalk after falling from a tree. I carefully wrapped her in a towel, secured her in a large, comfortable box to give her room, and spent hours calling resources until I connected with a local squirrel sanctuary that took her in.
