I will run and play ball with your dog and am not afraid to get slobbery! I have a great sense and understanding of animal behavior. Also due to my job and college degree in psychology I am experienced and knowledgeable in ABA training. So I would love to assist in training appropriate behaviors in a puppy or an older dog with behavioral issues so that I myself can grow and learn as well as your dog. Animals are my passion and joy in life and I believe they will love me just as much as I’ll love them! I’m currently a home maker so I will be home full time with your pet and available all times of day for walks and visits. I have a 3 year old and an infant that will accompany during visits and walks. They are very gentle and friendly with pets as we have had many animals in their life. I have a fenced in yard but we also going on daily family walks. We have two dogs who are very friendly and two cats who typically stay hidden during the day.

My pet care experience includes several home stays with a medium-sized beagle mix, 2 weimaraners, 2 yorkies, several cats, and chickens, to name a few. I've watched friends, family, and acquaintances pets. Those home stay responsibilities included walking, feeding, giving medication, letting out for the bathroom (and picking up when needed), and general looking-after and spending time with. I love all animals, have worked in an office with 2 Boston terriers and a golden retriever (the best work stress relief) and have been the proud pet owner of several cats and a rabbit. About: I have had dogs my entire life, and got my own dog when I was 14. Now there are 3 dogs at my house that I take care of during the day. I am attentive to the behavior of dogs and have a general understanding of it. I currently work at a museum on Monday and Tuesday, and am free any other time during the week. I am also a college student, and will be going back to school in late August. I will go on walks, play games and give your dog plenty of attention. Considering I have three dogs at my house, I am not comfortable bringing a client’s dog to my house in case there is a bad reaction to each other.

About: I have always had a love for animals, but it was not until 18 years ago that I began to understand the difference between simply liking dogs and having a dog become part of your life. Buddy, a lab/husky mix that we adopted when he and our first child were both 10 months old, was a patient teacher for me and a gentle companion for all four of my children. Although we lost Buddy at age eleven to chronic Lyme disease, we have since adopted three other mixed breed dogs. All three of these dogs (Isaac, Pippin and Mowgli) are currently living with us, a family of six with children whose ages range from 11 to 19 and two cats (Ivy and Ginger). With each new dog that comes into our family, we learn more about breeds, behavior, training, and the differences in their personalities. Our dogs live WITH us, sleep in our beds, and even get away with some occasional begging at the table. They are LOVED and cared for by everyone in the house. When the time comes when all of us must be away from home for long periods of time (like vacation) my pet sitter is my best friend. I could not possibly enjoy being away if I had any doubts about them being well cared for. That is the service I would offer to my clients: peace of mind.

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and done training and dog walking in a shelter as a volunteer. I love getting dogs outside and letting them run around. I have been hiking with my dog for his entire life and was able to train him on the leash and off the leash to allow us to have the freedom to run free and the ability to get him on the leash and behave around other dogs and people on the road and on the trails. I have been dog sitting for the last 8 years and love spending time with all the pups. I can’t wait to take care of animals and give them the necessary play time and exercise when you’re not there to. About: I am able to handle cats, dogs, reptiles, ferrets, and even chinchillas. I have basic knowledge of medicine administration. I know that animals have boundaries just like humans and I never break them. I am available all day every day. Other than pet sitting I do doordash as a part time job so I have a very flexible schedule. I always make sure to give my pets or clients pets lots of love and attention. Nice long walks and plenty of food of water. Even treats with permission. I like giving animals baths and playing with them.

About: I cared for my dog Bear for 15 years until he passed last year. I have experience caring for senior dogs, giving medication, lifting and assisting walking. We don’t have a fenced in yard but we have 10 acres for the dogs to walk and play. I’m currently switching jobs so I will be available any day at the moment. Weekends/ holidays are no problem. My senior dog used to have to go out every 2 hours so I’m comfortable taking care of dogs at all hours. I treat pets I’m taking care of like they are my own. I keep a close on them and monitor them to make sure they are comfortable and happy. I want them to feel at home.

About: - Please note: On my property I have created a private fenced dog park and will pick u your fur baby, travel to my private dog park, spend a few hours having amazing fun and then travel back home, happy as can be and exhausted! - I have been a volunteer and foster of shelter animals as well as rescuing and providing a forever home for animals for many years. I worked at a shelter for a short time before resigning to open my own animal rescue. Working at an animal shelter opened my eyes to so many issues and reasons why people surrender their animals.
