Growing up, I raised and cared for dogs and many other household pets, which taught me responsibility, patience, and attentiveness from a young age. One of my earliest experiences was helping care for a mother dog and her newborn puppies. In my professional life, I have been an elementary school teacher for the past ten years. During the summer, I have a very flexible schedule and am available throughout the day to provide care, supervision, companionship, and exercise for dogs. I respect the dogs boundaries taking notice of physical signs (tail wagging, whites of their eyes showing, tail between their legs, etc.) and only approach when they look and feel comfortable.
