I have a dog and 3 cats of my own and would love the opportunity to care for your pets as if they were my own! I can care for all sizes of dogs, cats, and other pets. About: Animals have always been at the center of my life. I share my home with four cats (three traveled with me from Ukraine and one rescued from Houston) and a Bernese Mountain Dog who’s training to become a certified therapy dog. I work remotely, so I’m home all day and able to give pets constant attention. Before moving to the U.S., I co-founded an adoption center in Ukraine dedicated to rescuing and rehoming critically ill stray cats. I’ve completed multiple courses in animal behavior and publish freelance articles about the latest research in pet care. My dog has completed four manners courses and holds all his certificates, and I create human-grade treats in a professional dehydrator (and planning to start a business), so my furry guests are welcome to sample them if they have no allergies. We have a spacious home with a fenced yard, two guest rooms to separate our furry guests if needed, and a pool for supervised dog play. I work remotely only a few hours a day, so I have plenty of time to care for your pet. I’m also very physically active, ensuring your furry friend will never be bored. I create a calm, pet-friendly environment and keep routines consistent to reduce stress. In my home or yours, I follow the owner’s instructions carefully, maintain secure doors and gates, and use positive reinforcement for safe play. I keep food, water, and litter areas clean and monitor pets closely during walks or outdoor time.

About: Dogs have been apart of my life since I was 10 years old when we got our first dog Sputnik. After High School, I attended The Morris County School of Technology where I graduated from its Veterinary Medicine course that vastly expanded my knowledge on interpreting dog behavior, action steps in an emergency, and markers for potential medical complications. After that, I worked at two different esteemed dog daycare and boarding facilities for a total of 3 years. During this time I was able to put what I learned into practice with a variety of different situations and a variety of different dogs all ranging in size, age, and temperament. This experience not only taught me technical skills, but also the philosophy I now use for pet care. Each dog is unique, and what works for one might not be effective for another. It is with this in mind, that I strive to find the approach that works best for your dog. As a dog owner myself I understand that they are so much more than just pets, they are furry members of our families. This notion is important in conveying the gravity of entrusting the care of your four legged family to another. With all this in mind, I hope you will consider my services so I can get to know both you and your furry friend(s). Currently my schedule is very open, with only a few select dates throughout the summer where I am unavailable. I am a full-time student, so at the end of August I resume a full-course load at college and my schedule will be restricted; but, I should still be able to accommodate when necessary. My first dog, Sputnik, was a small senior pup who unfortunately passed away at 13 in April of 2026. During the last few years I had with him, I became very accustomed to medication administration and schedules as well as managing his comfort the best I could with the help of my family. My current dog, Daisy, is a younger, bigger, and much more high energy dog than Sputnik was. I think dogs communicate with people much more than most people think, and Daisy is very expressive with her needs and wants and I do my best to listen to her. This often includes a lot of love, cuddles, attention, and allowing her to get all that energy she has out on a daily basis. However, what worked for Sputnik and what works for Daisy may not be what’s best for your dog. Through talking with you and getting to know your dog, we will be able to come up with a plan/schedule that works best for them!
