About: I have taken care of all sorts of animals, from yorkies to labradors and a ten year old cat! I will be sure to listen to your pet’s every need. I am new to Rover, but I am looking forward to meeting your animal! I am a very active individual and can help your best friend get all of their energy out. I can go on walks up to 2 hours. I am an avid runner so if your dog loves to go a little faster, I can keep up! I have helped clicker train a puppy, and I have hid pills in cheese before and made sure they weren’t spit out! I work full-time 8am to 5pm, so I have availability in the early morning or after work. I get an hour lunch in Somerset so I can drop in or do walks during my break. I am free most weekends, and I update my calendar as soon as I am aware I am unavailable. I have a semi-unpredictable schedule, so I cannot take any repeat requests. I would love to spend multiple hours walking or just hanging out with your pet! I do not have the ability to have pets in my apartment, so I am not able to board any animals in my own home.
About: I’ve been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. About 10 years ago, I welcomed my first pet into my home, an experience that changed my life and deepened my commitment to caring for animals with love and responsibility. Since then, I’ve cared for both dogs and cats who became true family members, including two Labrador siblings who have been with us for a decade. I currently live in the U.S. with my four cats — Ághata, Guapo, Totoi, and little Nala — the true owners of my home and heart. I strongly believe pets deserve respect, patience, and consistent care, and I will treat your pets as if they were my own. Why pets do well with me: Animal lover since childhood 10+ years of hands-on pet care Experience with dogs and multi-cat households Structured routines and attention to detail Scheduled feedings, daily wet food & treats Regular nail trims and cozy, calm environments Loving, respectful, and reliable care Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priority 🐾 Please don't worry about schedules; I'll make it work. Just tell me when you need an extra hand, and I'll be there. Except on Sundays. Please don't worry about schedules; I'll make it work. Just tell me when you need an extra hand, and I'll be there. About: I volunteer at the local animal shelter in addition to have watched/walked/sat my sisters two dogs. Dogs and animals naturally gravitate to me and my personality and I love it! Unfortunately I don’t own any pets due to my wife’s allergies but hopefully that’ll change! I currently am in between jobs so I can make pet care my top priority to whoever and whatever pets that need assistance! Preferably weekdays but can do weekends with enough notice! I have house sat for family members in the past. Unfortunately cannot pet sit in my home due to my wife’s allergies. I have quickly become a trusted part of my local animal shelter
About: I have 20yrs of dog/cat sitting experience. Gives great belly rubs. Age of animal is not a problem, I can run 3 miles with your high energy puppy or just give belly rubs to your senior dog for 3 hours. I travel around the country working as an engineer. Since I travel so much it is hard to have a pet of my own. I do pet sitting so I get the joy of interacting with animals. When I am pet sitting I make sure the animal is enjoying their time with me by playing with them or giving them belly rubs.
“Mitsu is wonderful! She’s fantastic with my pup, she’s prompt, responsible, doting and responsive. She sends tons of videos and pictures to keep me updated on their adventures. So fortunate to have found her!”

“Our experience with Brittany was stellar! She comes prepared and is incredibly kind~ she became quick friends with our nervous doggo in no time! Would absolutely recommend, will absolutely be booking again!”

I treat every pet like they’re my own and take pride in being an animal person. I have plenty of experience with a wide range of animals and will make sure they remain safe when they’re in my care.
“Yin did a great job with our puppy Brock while we were away - she came in a few days before hand to get to know him, and despite how rambunctious he can be at first, she was able to calm him down and he did very well with her. She was very on time, would always share updates, and was very kind. Would definitely use her in the future!”

About: Hello!! My name is Chieh-Yin, but you can call me me Alvita:)) I’ve been a big animal lover since I was little. I adopted my first dog, Melon, from a shelter when I was in first grade, so I grew up with her and my senior cat, Kiki. I learned how to care for both and older cats from a young age, and it’s been such a special journey. Later on, I found my second cat, Brown Sugar, as a tiny three-month-old kitten, and I raised her from that sweet age. As Melon got older, I took her to the vet every week, gave her meds, and made sure she was comfy in her senior years. I also later took in another kitten, and just recently, we welcomed a new puppy, Ayla, when she was just two months old. So now, I’m loving every moment of raising a puppy, too! And a few years ago, I was also a foster for a guide dog, where I took classes to learn how to train and care for them. Every step of the way—whether it’s a puppy, kitten, senior dog, or cat—I just love giving them the care, comfort, and attention they need. I can’t wait to meet your furry baby! Feel free to reach out if you have any questions:)) I’m currently staying at home. My time is pretty flexible. I can do daily visit or walking whenever your baby needs someone to take care of. I live in a house with a big fenced yard at the back. For day care, your baby will have plenty of space to play and run! For daily visits, I like to make sure all the babies have a nice and clean environment to rest first, then I would love to spend some time with them!!! Of course, will always keep you updated about your fur baby!!
About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life and have experience with a wide variety of breeds, sizes, and personalities. I grew up in a home with Rottweilers, which taught me early on the importance of proper care, structure, and lots of love. Over the years, I’ve lived with rescue dogs and have also fostered dogs in the past, gaining experience helping dogs adjust to new environments and routines. Currently, I live in a home with a rescue St. Bernard and a Bernese Mountain Dog. While they aren’t my own dogs, I spend a large amount of my time caring for them, giving them plenty of attention, affection, and exercise. I’m very comfortable with large breeds as well as dogs who may need extra patience and understanding. I’ve worked with many breeds and mixes, including Rottweilers, Bernese Mountain Dogs, French Bulldogs, St. Bernard, Labs, Doodle mixes, Pomeranians, Boxers, and a Rhodesian Ridgeback. I understand that every dog is unique, and I always aim to provide care that meets each dog’s individual needs while making sure they feel safe, loved, and happy. I work part time as a yoga teacher and have an open schedule on Mondays, Wednesdays, and weekend for daytime visits to take your pets out and on walks depending on what you need. I currently do not have any pets of my own which makes overnight stays to care for your pets easy. I will come to your home for to care for your pet and offer them the services you wish to have for them. Whether that be overnight stays, daytime dog walks, offering meals, or even just some outdoor playtime in your backyard.
About: I have always had a huge love for dogs. I have babysat a couple of dogs before and been praised for my patience and commitment I currently work as a stand in actor in the city and have a lot of flexibility in my schedule. Weekends work best for me but I can also do weekdays when I’m off I’m very attentive when it comes to taking care of dogs. I’ll make sure they will feel at ease with me and play with them when needed
“Marc was great with our dog Penny. After just a meet and greet and one walk, she was so excited to see him the third time you would think he was part of our family. Also, I like the detailed feedback he gives about how she does on walks.”

About: I have always had animals in my life. Always. When i was 16 i began volunteering at bridgewater animal shelter, cleaning the kennels even in the cold of winter, dog.walking and exercising them with jogs and tennis balls for as long and often as i could. When I moved to california and didnt know any people there i began volunteering at a no kill shelter and learned some of the medical side of pet care. Everything from grooming to administering medications and even some of the more sensitive sides of pet care like end of life. I have a love for animals and a knack for understanding what they need. If its a slow approach as they get to know me, or rolling around in the yard while we play fetch. I do not typically like using protective gear like chain gloves as i feel it puts both animal and handler in a catious and distrusting state of mind right off the bat. I refuse to use choke or pinch collars. I have never been bitten and i believe that is partly due to body language and understanding boundaries. I am currently the proud owner of two well behaved and loving cats. My family says i somehow have always had the best pets but i believe its because i treat them with love and respect and provide them attention when they want it and space when they dont. I am happy to answer any questions you may have. I am a bigger guy so large dogs are not a problem. Dog breeds with bad reputation (pits, rotties, dobermans, shepherds) are often my favorites to work with as they have huge hearts and just want to be loved and treated well. I hope this gives you some insight into who i am and how i will respect both you, your family, and your furry friends. I am a rolling stone. I have worked years in a corporate environment with some success. I have worked almost an equal amount in construction. Everything from house framing in the dead of winter to roofing in the summers. The last 9 years i have been with the NHL as an arena technician for devils and ranger home games, but i believe i will be tapering down my time with them to pursue other interests. My schedule is entirely my own so i am nearly always available. I am not currently providing a boarding service but i have provided services to pet owners at their residences. I can provide 24hour services for your pet at your residence or just comfort and feeding for an hour or two. I am respectful, friendly, and reliable.
