About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life and have experience with a wide variety of breeds, sizes, and personalities. I grew up in a home with Rottweilers, which taught me early on the importance of proper care, structure, and lots of love. Over the years, I’ve lived with rescue dogs and have also fostered dogs in the past, gaining experience helping dogs adjust to new environments and routines. Currently, I live in a home with a rescue St. Bernard and a Bernese Mountain Dog. While they aren’t my own dogs, I spend a large amount of my time caring for them, giving them plenty of attention, affection, and exercise. I’m very comfortable with large breeds as well as dogs who may need extra patience and understanding. I’ve worked with many breeds and mixes, including Rottweilers, Bernese Mountain Dogs, French Bulldogs, St. Bernard, Labs, Doodle mixes, Pomeranians, Boxers, and a Rhodesian Ridgeback. I understand that every dog is unique, and I always aim to provide care that meets each dog’s individual needs while making sure they feel safe, loved, and happy. I work part time as a yoga teacher and 3 days a week in a hospital setting. This allows me to have a flexible schedule on Mondays, Wednesdays, and weekend (when I am not at the hospital) for daytime visits to take your pets out on walks, stop in for potty breaks or afternoon lunch/snacks. I currently do not have any pets of my own which makes overnight stays to care for your pets easy. I will come to your home for to care for your pet and offer them the services you wish to have for them. Whether that be overnight stays, daytime dog walks, offering meals, or even just some outdoor playtime in your backyard.

Rooney can be a little territorial with new people in the house, and I really appreciated how calm and patient she was with him. About: I have loved and cared for animals for most of my life. Growing up, I raised and cared for dogs and many other household pets, which taught me responsibility, patience, and attentiveness from a young age. One of my earliest experiences was helping care for a mother dog and her newborn puppies. Since moving to the United States 15 years ago, I have regularly helped friends and neighbors care for their pets while they were away. In my professional life, I have been an elementary school teacher for the past ten years. I treat every pet with the same level of care and attention that I would give to a member of my own family. I am a full-time elementary school teacher during the school year. During the summer, I have a very flexible schedule and am available throughout the day to provide care, supervision, companionship, and exercise for dogs. Because I am home for most of the day during summer break, I can accommodate regular walks, feeding schedules, potty breaks, playtime, and plenty of one-on-one attention. I am committed to maintaining your pet’s routine and ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for while you are away. I live in an end-unit townhouse in a safe, pet-friendly neighborhood with nearby walking paths, parks, and green spaces. My home provides a calm and comfortable environment where pets can relax and feel secure. I follow each owner’s instructions carefully regarding feeding, medications, exercise, and daily routines. I supervise pets closely, keep them on leash during walks unless otherwise directed in a secure area, and make safety my top priority at all times. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
