“Looking for a person to provide excellent service and communication? Brandy is definitely the person for you! She went above and beyond to make sure my pup was taken care of while I was away. I couldn’t have been more impressed with her care, I highly recommend her she’s one of a kind!”

“Loved that she provides a photo of my girl, Hope, and also informed me of her going the bathroom. I will definitely be asking Elena to dog walk again.”

About: I have been taking care of animals in a boarding and daycare facility for over 15 years. I work with puppies, senior pets, diabetic pets and kittens. I can feed, administer medications, walk dogs, scoop poop, clean litter boxes, give playtimes and one on one attention. I'm available Tuesday, Thursdays, and Fridays anytime. I possibly might be available some other days before 9am or 10 am or after 3pm or 4pm depending on my schedule. I can do drop in visits and take dogs for walks and give them exercise. Your pet is my top priority when caring for them. I will make sure they are safe and well cared for. If I notice anything abnormal I will let you know. I can also send pics or videos interacting with your pet. I treat all animals like they are my own.

“Olivia was great to our pup. She came twice a day last minute to take our guy on walks. She was kind and prompt when communicating with us. We appreciated her helping over a holiday weekend. Thank you!!”

“Rayne is our dog watcher/walker for our dog Maggie. We highly recommend her”

About: Hello my name is Alexis and I am here for your pet needs! I have 3 years of emergency veterinary medicine experience and 2 years experience of dog grooming, boarding, and daycare. I have lifelong experience with dogs and am not met with many I’m afraid of. Due to me being in emergency medicine I would feel comfortable preforming first aid, CPR if ever needed, and administering medications when needed. I’ll make your pets experience with me the best I can and treat them as if they were my own baby! I currently work a full time job but have the weekends off and I am home after 7pm on week days. I plan to work on Rover on my days off which are weekends and Thursday. If your pet is to come to my home I have a fenced in yard with a concrete patio in the back and brick fire pit that I keep the dogs away from. There is nothing in the yard that is toxic to pets and I will always be outside with them to make sure nothing goes wrong. When we are inside I typically will play with dog toys and mental stimulation if applicable (snuffle mats, puzzle treat toys, very basic training) or if your pet just wants to snooze they can do that too I don’t mind! I’m more than comfortable administering medications or medical treatments on your pet as long as I am familiar with it.

“Leaha did a great job communicating with me while we were out of town and also made arrrangements with a family member go smoothly. Max enjoyed his walks and I would definitely use her again.”

“Anna is wonderful with Ollie, she’s professional, punctual, and we strongly recommend her”

“Brittany is very reliable, patient, and good with my dog. We always appreciate when she can squeeze time in her schedule for us. She takes extra precaution and care making sure Harley is comfortable and safe and her little acts of care go such a long way! We highly recommend her to anyone who wants someone they can trust with their loved ones 😊”

“Lauren did an amazing job with my pup Robin! She was so gentle and attentive with Robin. Lauren took the time to make Robin feel so comfortable before they took off on their walk. I would highly recommend Lauren to anyone that is looking for a kind and nice person to take care of their pets!”

About: Retired from Hewlett Packard (HP) and have lots of time to spend with your furry friend. I have a dog and we take multiple walks each day, weather permitting. With years of experience raising cats and dogs, you can feel confident that your fur baby(s) will be well taken care of. I have rejoined the work force and work from home so I can drop in mornings and late afternoons for feeding, walks and snuggles. There are times I could drop in during my lunch hour as well. No overnight stays at my home as I do not have a fenced in yard. I also have a dog, Lacee Loo, who is high anxiety and is not welcoming to other animals inside her home. I am also not available for overnight stays at your home as I would need to find care for Lacee. However, I can make myself available to drop in each day/evening as often as is needed.

About: I have no pets of my own and only board pets from one family at a time. (Or for less stress for all, I’m happy to take care of your pets in your home.) Your fur baby will have my full attention 24/7. Neighbors, Rover customers, friends, family, and animal shelters have relied on me to walk, feed, medicate, bathe, train and give loving care to a wide variety of animals over the years. All give me glowing praise and recommendations. Most importantly, I love doing it and taking care of pets is the highlight of my day. I am retired so I have lots of flexibility and availability. I am willing to take on any job - big or small. I live on the west edge of Fenton Township (convenient to Hwy 23) but drive to downtown Fenton often. So jobs in Linden and Fenton are both convenient. No job + no pets + no small children = no distractions. I’ll give your pet attention 24/7. Partially fenced yard and quiet street with only 12 homes for peaceful, leashed walks. Nearby trails and parks for longer adventures and daily exercise/exploring/socialization. I have a stake with a 25 foot lead for relaxing in my backyard (25 ft radius = 50 ft diameter) and watching nature and interesting activity on the lake. We can swim or wade in my lake if you approve. Or just have fun watching the fish and waves from the beach or dock. I’m happy to give a quick bath with puppy shampoo after the lake if you approve. I’m retired. Your pet will get my attention 24/7. And my husband is also retired, so usually there are two of us doting on our guests. I’ll listen carefully to your instructions and follow them all. If I ever have any questions or notice any odd behavior or health issues, I notify the owner immediately. Lots of people tell me that I’m a “dog whisperer”. I agree that I have a sixth sense for knowing how a pet is feeling and trying lots of different tactics to keep them happy and healthy. Unfortunately, I frequently fall in love with my guests. It’s always bittersweet when they leave because it’s sad to see them go, but they are always so very, very happy when their owner returns.

“My dog Bailey was well taken care of”

“Always so willing to accommodate to my schedule, and my dog loves her! She’s starting to recognize the sound of her car and gets so excited when she’s pulling into the driveway :-) she always needs a long nap after her walks.”

About: One experience I had was taking care of an elderly dog. This lasted a week long, and I visited them three times a day- once in the morning, afternoon, and at night before bed. I'd make sure they had food and water as requested, and take them on walks in the morning. Sometimes, between bed time and the morning, this elderly dog had a few accidents. I notified the owner when this happened, and how I cleaned it up. I of course was not upset at the dog, I felt bad the poor aging dog had the issues it had, let the dog know it's okay, and proceeded as the owner instructed. Another time I had taken care of a dog with stomach issues over the course of a week. This involved staying overnight. I fed the dog as per instructions given, for amounts and varying types of food. This dog had accidents of it's own, and I felt bad for the animal once more. Again, I'd clean up the mess and let the owner know about it and how I handled it, and make any new dietary adjustments to try to fix the problem, while letting the dog know it's okay and I don't blame him. I'm currently studying in an effort to eventually get a degree in Cybersecurity, but I have a bit of free time this summer and I'm trying to both stay physically active and keep myself busy. I have an online class this summer and I'm studying for some certifications but those are relatively flexible time-wise. I can crate your dog if needed. I am good with animals, making sure they're happy and knowing their behaviors. I am patient and understanding to animals with special conditions.

About: I have experience working at a dog daycare, and have many pets of my own (a dog and two cats). I love playing and taking care of all breeds, cats or dogs, like they're my own. I am currently unemployed due to my health, but would love for the flexible scheduling and pet love to fit into my daily routine. I'm pretty much available to stop by or take your pet on a walk whenever. I have access to many parks and trails, and my own pets are friendly and kind to other animals. I'm open to stopping by your home and taking your pup on a little adventure, or even just playing with them. I am also open to caring for cats.
