“Everything went great! It really gave me peace of mind to know Becky was checking on our cats, and getting updates on how they are doing. Came home to happy kitties. What a relief!”

“This was our first time using Rover, we found Tyra listed and couldn't be more pleased! She was so friendly and did everything we asked her to do. We have become the main food source for a little family of feral cats and she came over and put their food out everyday and then stopped by later in the day to retrieve the empty dishes. We highly recommend her services!!”

“Amazing!! Carissa visited our two dogs periodically while we were away for the weekend. It was an unconventional request, and she was very accommodating. Our very shy Jupiter warmed up to Carissa at the first meeting. Can't wait to hire her again!”

“Mia was great! She sent pictures every day, and helped us and our 2 cats and parakeet feel more comfortable during our time away over the holidays. She even re-potted a plant that one of the cats got into. Excellent! Would highly recommend her!”

About: Hi! I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life, so being around them feels second nature to me. I’ve had experience with a wide range of breeds from high energy working dogs like German Shepherds and Belgian Malinois to small companion dogs like Pomeranians, so I’m comfortable adapting to different personalities, energy levels, and needs. I’m very attentive, patient, and genuinely love spending time with animals, whether that’s going on walks, playing, or just giving them company and making them feel safe while you’re away. While I haven’t owned a cat myself, I’ve cared for them multiple times and have always connected well with them. I understand that every pet has their own temperament, and I take the time to make sure they feel comfortable and cared for. Pet care fits very naturally into my routine since I work from home and have a flexible schedule. I’m currently working toward my Pilates certification, (which doesn’t take up much of my time as I only do it for a few hours a week) so I have plenty of time and energy to dedicate to caring for pets. Because I’m home most of the time, I’m able to give pets consistent attention throughout the day. Whether that’s walks, playtime, feeding, or just keeping them company. I joined Rover because I genuinely enjoy being around animals and wanted to spend more of my time doing something I love while staying active and productive. I tailor my care to each pet’s routine to keep them comfortable and stress-free. In a client’s home, I follow all instructions closely, feeding, walks, playtime, and any specific needs so your pet stays in their normal routine :) I’m very attentive to each pet’s behavior and energy level, and adjust care to fit them, whether that means more activity or a calm environment. If caring for pets in my home, I provide a safe, clean space with plenty of attention, supervision, and regular exercise. My goal is always to make your pet feel safe, happy, and well cared for.

“Lauren did absolutely wonderful! We had her visit every other day for 5 days to check on our 3 cats, she did a wonderful job on sending us pictures of our cats when she was all done for the time to visit and everything was done super well and fantastic. We would 100% use Lauren again. 5 stars.”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 7! I’ve been passionate about dogs since I was little. I am experienced in bathing, walking, playing, and caring. I am very careful, gentle, and respectful towards all animals big and small. I’m currently free most days of the week. Weekly appointments on Tuesdays would only affect the late morning/afternoon schedule. I do race within a barrel racing circuit that runs on MOST weekends. If I do not have races I will be free. This is only in the summertime. During the fall/winter/partly spring I will be back in university making time a little more sparse. During those times I will be only available on weekends. I have much respect for any environment. IF in your house, please do not be afraid to tell me anything important that I would need to know. I will always be sure to keep your puppies and kitties safe no matter what!! Animal safety is my number one priority.
About: I’ve been caring for family dogs since I was 10, giving me years of hands-on experience with a wide variety of breeds, ages, and temperaments. I’ve looked after energetic puppies like German Shorthaired Pointers and large, lively Labradors, as well as senior dogs—like my own—who need a gentler, more patient approach. I understand that every dog is unique, with their own quirks, preferences, and personalities. Whether it’s a pup who loves to run or a senior who needs extra care, I’m confident in my ability to adapt and provide the attention and support they need. I'm off for the summer from school, which means I have plenty of time and flexibility to spend with your pups. While I do have occasional summer travel plans, I'm available most weekdays from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., as well as some weekends. Whether it's a daily walk or extra playtime, I’m here to help keep your dog happy and cared for while you’re away or busy. When caring for pets in your home, I always prioritize their comfort, safety, and routine. I make sure to follow your pet’s regular schedule as closely as possible—whether it’s feeding, walking, playtime, or any special instructions you provide. I respect your space and aim to make your pet feel calm, happy, and well-cared for while you’re away. My goal is to provide a seamless and stress-free experience for both you and your pet.
“Daisy always always spoils our pups. Whether it’s during drop ins or longer stays, Daisy always takes the best care or our dogs and makes them feel extra loved. We appreciate her so much.”
“His Honda was great!!! She sent pictures every time she visited and our pets looked very happy!! Both our dog & cat were happy & calm when we returned!! Will 100% be asking Yushonda back if she’ll have us! -)”
“Olivia has been great with my pup! She comes 2-3x every week for drop in visits and walks. She goes above and beyond and sends me picture updates and always makes sure my doggo is happy and taken care of. Highly recommend!”

“I can't say enough positive things about Christina! She was reliable, conscientious, and provided exceptional care for my two cats, one of whom has special needs. She provided daily updates so I could rest assured that my fur babies were doing well while I was away. Whether you have cats, dogs, or other pets, I highly recommend Christina as a top-notch caregiver. Your pets will thank you for it...and you will thank Christina!”

About: I have loved animals from a very young age, convincing my parents to get me my own dog when I was 10 years old. Her name was Zoey! I trained her myself, and she was my best friend. Not long after that, I began dog sitting for friends and eventually also spent time cat sitting and taking care of animals like chickens and bunnies. I adore pets of all shapes and sizes, and I understand entirely the immense value they have in our lives. I want nothing more than to make you feel safe allowing me to care for your best friends. I am occupied from 8am to 6pm Monday through Friday, but I am free most weekends and available to care for pets in the evenings. A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
