“My boy Chauncey stayed with Dan and Clare for three nights four days. I was sent multiple forgraphs to show how he was faring including him eating and sleeping. I had a GPS collar on him which showed the amount of play time and rest time he was given. (A LOT)!! Their yard is huge and fenced. Unfortunately my dog has learning to jump over cyclone fencing the week before staying with Dan and Clare; therefore, I put his GPS collar on him. They watched my sweet naughty (sporting dog - very concentrated on looking for creatures and can lose his mind by only having those thoughts in his head ;-) ) and I could tell much attention was given to watching out for him and guaranteeing he was safe. Their three dogs - after they bark upon your arrival - are very sweet and very accepting of newcomers. I would use them again in a heart beat. I travel on the road with my dog and also spend time in Texas so it will be hit and miss when the need arrives. However, should you want a safe, clean, dog "resort" for your pup go here. Lots of new smells, critters to chase and great hosts for your four legged family member, Thank you Dan and Clare!”
“Ted, was amazing — he watched Odin for us on very short and we couldn’t have asked for better care. We’ve gotten to know him and his dog Maizey in the neighborhood over time (Maizey’s always so friendly with other dogs!), and he’s just a genuinely kind person. He took Odin on regular walks, sent us photos throughout the stay, and kept us updated the whole time, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing a trustworthy, attentive sitter!”
“We had a wonderful boarding experience with Lia and Jonathan when Orla stayed overnight at their home. From the moment we dropped her off, we felt completely comfortable leaving her in their care. They did an amazing job keeping us updated on how Orla was adjusting, sending photos and videos that really reassured us she was happy and settling in well. It was clear that they genuinely care about the dogs they host and treat them like part of the family. One thing that especially touched us was how gentle and sweet Orla was with their 18-month-old son. It was so heartwarming to see their son completely fall in love with her, and it showed how calm and well-handled the environment in their home is. The Rover Service Ap is easy to sign up to & gives you a decent amount of choices from the newly added and minimally reviewed to the long standing highly reviewed providers all located within a radius of you address. 2. I chose based on # of users who said they would use her again combined with the glowing reviews she had. That worked out for Maully & I. She provided daily pic w/ short comment about her activities etc. This lessened my unease at leaving her for the 1st time. I don't know what all they did all those days but what I know is they like animals and they will treat your pet as if it is their own while they are boarding them & you couldn't ask for more. Better than any kennel type boarding facility and plenty of space for even large dogs out back mixed w/ socialization of other animals plus indoor interaction w/ people. Maully was happy to come home but she seemed to enjoy her stay also. All I can say is if I need to board her again, Jolynn will be the 1st place I check for availability! Thank you Jolynn & your husband as well.”
