About: I recently lost my puppy after 7 years, and I had experience watching and dog sitting in my neighborhood, taking my dog and other dogs on walks all the time, watching my friends and families dogs, and I want to have more time around dogs again with my dog khaleesi now being gone. I am not a dog trainer, but I’ve been around dogs my entire life. They have always been a key part in my life and I want to be able to continue making positive memories with all sorts of dogs for the rest of my life! I am currently a student at Oakland University for exercise science and pre Physical Therapy. I am also working part time for a sales company called cutco, but I have control of my schedule and can work virtual or in person. I have experience with a electric fence, and if not fenced walking with a leash is no problem for me, I’m very good with crating dogs if needed, but I will not crate them unless it is crate worthy, like if they got slight aggressive, but I do not like to crate if it’s not needed. I will take on walks at minimum once a day and will walk however long the dog seems to need to be walked to get out there zoomies energy. I can feed whenever they usually eat, and always have fresh water for them. I can bathe them as well, but I’m not a pro at it by any means. I also allow pets on couches or beds of any sort, but if they aren’t allowed to be then I can follow that rule with no problem.

We have just under two acres- not fenced- of beautiful land for your best friend to run and play! Lots of space inside, with option of storing a crate, if needed. Our children will not be part of the boarding experience as they are not home on weekends. Our dog passed unexpectedly this year of cancer and it wrecked us. Although we cannot replace her, we would love to provide a happy place for your beloved pet to stay and be loved while you are away or need a break. 🩷

Her dog, Ziggy, met Amir with excitement but quickly settled down and matched his energy to Amir’s. In less than a day, they were best buddies and Amir was having a great time!”

“Our older pup Guinness had an extended stay with Sheila for 2 weeks. She definitely understands how to care for dogs, especially the older ones. Before our trip, we communicated on several occasions to make sure that all of the necessary information for Guinness was provided prior to his stay. We also did a "test drive" a few weeks before our trip to make sure our dog was comfortable with the other pups. During our trip, we received consistent communications and pictures. I would highly recommend Sheila. It's sometimes challenging to find someone who is patient and caring for senior dogs. I had no hesitation leaving Guinness in her care and will definitely be boarding with her again!”

My Belgian Shepherd is are high-energy, Olympic-level players, meaning your fur baby will always have a partner for zoomies, tug-of-war, or aggressive backyard scouting. For the Energetic Pups We run, jump, and play until they forget what a couch even looks like. & If your dog prefers to just watch the chaos from a comfortable distance, they will be showered with endless belly rubs, ear scratches, and VIP treatment ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Whether they are here for daycare or an overnight boarding sleepover, I promise to treat your dog like absolute royalty (and send you plenty of goofy photo updates to prove it). Book a stay and let the fun begin! ❤️ I'll have plenty of time to play with your pups! I'm available for boarding on weekends, and weekdays. Summer times the balcony door stays open so theyre free to come in and out. I have a fenced yard and two friendly dogs to keep your fur baby company. I can crate your dog with frequent potty breaks per your request, just inform me before hand.

About: I have always been around animals my whole life and grew up with multiple pets, caring for them since they were babies up until they were seniors. I’m 25 years old, going to school at Eastern Michigan University to become an elementary teacher. I’m very active and love to be outdoors! I love and treat my pets as if they were family and plan to do the same for your fur babies! I‘ve cat sat for my aunt and uncle and have pet sat for my friends and family as well as past clients on rover, and have worked on a farm in the past caring for horses, barn kitties and dogs. I really enjoy caring for all animals and i’m looking forward to care for yours as if they were my own! I’m a fast learner and very dependable so if your pets need any special treatments you could just let me know and show me how you approach it and I will do the same! My late St. Bernard was on heart medication so I know how to trick even the stubbornest dogs to take their pills or eat if they’re old and don’t have much of an appetite as they used to. I have recently moved to the Howell area and live in an apartment, however my complex is super dog friendly and my apartment has a big (unfenced) yard behind it (would have to keep your dogs leashed if they’re boarded here) with many trails! I’m looking forward to hearing from you and taking care of your furry friends 😊🐾 My schedule is very open for the summer, since I’m on summer break before I begin student teaching in late August. I’m available Monday-Friday, as well as some weekends! I frequently dog sit for my friends and family, with most of my experience being with dogs between a year-fourteen years old, and same goes for cats. When I enter someone’s home I make sure to never approach their pets and let them approach me (because I know it can be nerve-wracking for them to meet a new person at times). I usually let dogs out every hour or more if needed and enjoy going for walks with them or playing fetch or any other games to keep them entertained. I follow the instructions given by the parents of our fluffy friends very closely, feed times, medicine times, treat times, etc. If I need to I usually set reminders so I have a backup reminder if needed. Along with caring for their pets I also clean up after them, litter boxes, toys, their outside duties, and whatever the pet parent instructs. I currently just moved to the Howell area and have not gotten a pet of my own yet, however I can pet sit your pets at my apartment if they’re potty trained, or can take care of them at your house as well!
