“Mike and his wife are awesome caregivers! I was away overseas for a little over a week, and they care for my Georgie as if he were their own. Georgie is a rescue that was found in very bad circumstances and conditions, people can be so downright cruel to animals, therefore is therefore he is animal aggressive.BUT NOT TOWARDS HUMANS! And they understood that! I appreciate them giving him a try, because he’s such a special boy. About: Dogs have been a significant part of my life, holding a special place in my heart. Growing up, my mother was involved in rescuing dogs, and we even took part in fostering. This experience exposed me to dogs of all sizes, ages, and temperaments. I've undergone basic dog training and share my life with a 3-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog named Millie. Prior to Millie, we had a beloved hound dog named Evie, who was a cherished companion for 15 years. My love for dogs spans every age, and I appreciate the unique needs and characteristics that come with each stage of their lives. I currently work from home full-time however, my schedule allows for flexibility through the week day where I can be available for walks, bathroom breaks, playtime, and snuggles. I would be happy to come get your pup out for a long walk before you return home. I would be happy to take your pup to a park to walk or around your neighborhood. I have a dog harness for safe traveling. I could also bring your pet to my home to play with my dog for a playdate. We have a nice fenced-in backyard with plenty of room to run. Our dog is wonderful with other dogs as well- big and small.
About: I’ve owned and cared for both cats and dogs for my whole life - ranging from puppies / kittens, to senior pets. If your pet has any health issues, I am very familiar with administering oral medications to pets, checking blood sugars, and insulin injections. I have an energetic 4 year old golden retriever (Brody) who is very loved, and your pet will be incorporated into the everyday care and activity with Brody. I also have an introverted, mellow cat, who keeps to himself in separate rooms. Your pet wouldn’t even know he’s there. I am home 24-7, and can interact with your pet all day long while providing frequent potty breaks. With many years of experience caring for pets, I consider myself trustworthy and want you to feel comfortable keeping your animal in my arms while you’re away. I will keep you updated the whole time with pictures and great communication! We can always meet prior to, our dogs can meet, etc. to help you feel more comfortable.
About: I've had dogs since I was a child. I've had lots experience with potty training dogs. Many friends and family have trusted me with their pets (dogs, cats, lizards) while they were on vacation all in their own home. I currently have a large fenced in yard that my sheepadoodle loves to run around in and play fetch. All pets will be kept separate from each other during their stay. They will be cuddled and loved as our own! I work part time 2 minutes away from my home and come home around lunch time to let my dog out so I could very well let yours out as well. I have a large fenced in yard, I also have two large crates in our house and a larger cage in our garage to use if needed. Your pet would be kept inside our home and treated as our own.
