About: I have access to Ft. Bragg😊 I have taken care of friends and families animals since I was a child as well as two cats of my family's. I've had a family dog for about 10 years who loves to go on walks and play fetch. I've previously worked at a doggy daycare, where I've become familiar with dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and needs. I have a part time job at a restaurant where I work anywhere from 4-9 hour shifts (mostly nights). I am in a sonography program, but in between schoolwork and taking care of my dog's wants and needs, I like to knit or do anything artsy related. While walking any dog, I always make sure their safety comes first, and secondly I make sure they're having fun, they're comfortable, and they're enjoying their walk. I will let your dog use their senses to lead us on the walk but I will make sure we don't get too far or get lost.
“I just recently booked with Alicia for house sitting my Austrailian shepherd. I can’t rave enough about what great care she took of my girl and most of all put my mind at ease. I was very anxious about leaving my girl for the first time for a 2 day trip but she was very reassuring and she was already well versed on how to approach a timid dog. My dog and I do a lot of training together and she has always been trained not to just go up to strangers or dogs without my approval so makes her weary about strangers just grabbing her, she doesn’t like that. Alicia took her time with Stormie and allowed her to warm up to her and took no time at all for Stormie to be completely comfortable around her. Alicia had no issues with staying on the schedule I already have set for my girl as far as walking her feeding times, play time, crate time. She was a very timely person and made sure to arrive on time and stay on schedule with any times I had set. She also made sure to leave my house spotless before she left and will take care of your pet and your home as if it were her own. Alicia was also really great about keeping me posted the entire time with pictures and videos and even text message updates.
