Professional Pet Care
I've been caring for all types of animals since i was 12 years old. I've trained dogs such as German Shepherds and Pitbulls, and have experience caring for dogs and cats of all ages and sizes. I currently have the pleasure of loving 2 of my own special needs cats and a large tarantula. As well as this, my previous employment was a small pet care business in Georgia providing drop in visits for feeding, playtime and potty breaks, overnight sitting, walks, extended stays and taking care of exotic animals like birds. Throughout my life I've personally owned a snake, rabbit, hamsters, cats, dogs, spiders, moths and a bird! I'm looking forward to be an extra loving hand for your pets!

Margaret was an exceptional caretaker for my cat, Orion. She ensured his safety and provided him with a nutritious diet. Initially, I was concerned about leaving him alone, but Margaret addressed my worries, assuring me that everything was in order and keeping me informed. She diligently cleaned up any messes and took care of not only my beloved pet but also my home. I highly recommend her services and will definitely be using them again. Overall, Margaret’s care was outstanding!
Margaret did a wonderful job dropping in on our cat while we were out of town. She was awesome at communicating and keeping us informed of what was going on and sent very cute pictures of him while we were away.

I'm currently a full-time pet carer, caring for my special needs cats and others' lovely pets. I have plenty of time to care for your beloved fur babies and understand the ever-changing pace of life with pets, and am happy to accommodate. Any timeframe and any day, you can count on me to be reliable!

Safety, trust & environment
Every pet parent is different and we all like specifics when it comes to the pets we love, so I always like to discuss with you about what you'd like done regarding crating, backyard time, car rides or park visits and waste disposal. I NEVER use punishment on any pet, and instead prefer a positive reinforcement only approach. I would like to be aware of your pets' allergies, triggers, injuries and fears so I can provide the best experience for them and for you!
Pets
A typical day
I love dogs who can be both energetic and playful, and a sweet cuddle bug. Play looks different for each dog, and I like finding their favorite ways and getting those wiggles out- whether that be tug of war, fetch or "find it" games! A tired dog is a happy one. Let's run and play and when we're tired we'll cuddle and relax. Or alternatively, for older dogs or ones who are less interested in playing, we can do some easy tricks and cuddle anyway. And the same goes for cats, if your cats are strange like mine and like to play with tennis balls or pieces of cardboard that's what we'll do! Unless they prefer pets or space- I'm good at gauging and listening to pets like they can speak to me.
