Pet care experience

I have animals since I am 6, I have a malinois in the house with us and my husky is going to join us in December. I have my husky since 6 years now, those bread teach you a loooooot of patience. My Malinois is still young only 6 months old. We also have a kitty, my parents back in France have a lot of cats that I took care for years.

Alicia was great with Valentine! She walked her for a week and was reliable, caring, and easy to work with. I really appreciated knowing Valentine was in good hands. Highly recommend!

My experience was not good. Alicia is great. Amazing person. I don't want this to be a reflection of her at all, but I do need to be honest about my experience. My dog is a 60# German Shepherd. I was asked to bring her kennel and was told she would be able to acclimate in a separate room. I got there and we met her dogs on leash. On leash is not great, it sparks fights. One of her dogs snapped out of it collar and ran off. There was also a random neighbors dog off leash in this mix. She lives in a small duplex and has cats and 2 dogs. There was not even room to set the kennel up for my dog. There was no way to separate the dogs or allow for decompression and adjustments. I received many messages about how poorly Khali was adjusting to this chaotic environment. My husband ended up cutting his vacation short 4 days and driving back, 4 hours, to get Khali out of there after just 1 day. We received a partial refund that was not appropriate for the time, which is fine but notable. Alicia can not accommodate large dogs in her current house. Maybe very small dogs. She does truly love dogs and is a wonderful person. I'm sorry, Alicia. I wish so much this had gone better.

Great sitter! She had excellent communication, was available on short notice, and took great care of my babies. I felt comfortable leaving them in her care and would definitely book with her again.
