About: I am a responsible care taker and have enjoyed taking care of many pets, most especially dogs. Big or small. Lazy or hyper... I love animals! My name is Sharon. I am a mom and grandma. I currently work remotely from home as my primary employment. I enjoy reading literature and walking in the park. If you need someone loving and responsible to care for your pet, it could be me! I work remotely from home (on my pc) during certain scheduled hours through out the week for my primary job. Since my work is flexible it leaves plenty of time for quality pet care. I plan to drive to my client's home and take care of their pets as per their wishes. I also have a fenced in yard and a sidewalk where I live so pet sitting at my home is also an option.

About: I’ve been taking care of my own pets my whole life as I grew up with dogs, birds, and cats. After I moved away from home I adopted my own precious kitty named Socks! I currently work at a vet clinic where I have learned how to give medication, baths, nails trims and have gained experience on the proper care and handling of stressed, senior, and special needs animals. However, my schedule allows for plenty of time in between for house sitting, walks, and drop-ins. With my dogs I make sure that they get the best care including nail trims, ear cleanings, baths, proper medication administration, and lots of cuddles and snacks! With my cat I make sure that she always has fresh food and water as well as a clean litter box. She gets brushed out every few days to prevent hairballs and I provide her nail trims every 2 weeks. She also gets plenty of cuddles whenever she desires!

About: I am a pre-vet student at the U of A, and have taken care of a wide variety of pets, particularly big dogs! Cats and dogs are my absolute favorite things in the world, and I would love to provide the most genuine, affectionate care! I have extensive experience in pet care including walking, feeding, bathing, administering medications, and so much more. I work at a vet clinic as a kennel attendant, so I have experience with ALL types of personalities. Whether your dog is energetic and outgoing, or shy and skittish, I will be able to provide the care needed! Beyond just the experience, I would love to spend genuine time with your pet! About: I have taken care of dogs since I was about 14. I have been responsible for walking, dog sitting, and have helped with puppies all the way to dogs who are 10 years old. I am currently a Junior at the U of A and I think dog sitting would be perfect for my routine. I think being able to pick my schedule would be very helpful. I also miss my dog at home and so being able to work and also be with dogs sounds like the perfect job. I am able to visit your house 2-3 times a day to help let your dogs out and feed them of course. I can also stay the night if that is helpful. I love going on walks myself so if you need someone to just take your dog on a walk I would love to help.

About: My husband (Joey) and I work as a team and specialize in canine care. We have a soft spot in our hearts for rescued, especially. My husband and I own four of our own, including a sweet special needs guy who needs a cart to walk around in. We understand that each dog is unique and love figuring out how to best make them feel comfortable. For example, two of our other dogs have anxiety that manifests differently, and we’ve had to work to figure out ways to meet their needs. I have been able to translate the work that I do regularly in Applied Behavior Analysis as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to life with my pets. Joey now works from home, primarily, but previously had two years of experience working at a vet clinic and as a dog trainer. We kindly ask that all perspective pets that we watch are up to date on vaccinations, have a collar on with a tag or are microchipped, and are on flea and tick prevention. Joey currently works from home Mondays and Fridays, which fortunately gives him flexibility to spend time with the dogs and let them out/play as needed. He can also use his lunch break to do visits or dog walks. I work at a school, so I’m sometimes available when school is not in session. We are both off work on weekends. I have a fenced yard, and four friendly dogs to play with yours! I have experience crate training if needed, but will work with whatever your preferences are to make you and your pup as comfortable as possible.

About: My family got a dog when I was seven years old and he lived for 17 years. It’s safe to say we cherished him and took him on long walks to keep him active and healthy. My schedule is very open and I can usually fit the schedule that you need for your pet. Just reach out and ask me what about availability. I always bend down to their level to introduce myself. I've volunteered in dog shelters in Kansas City, Saint Louis, Sarajevo, and Tripoli. Along the way I’ve built up experience administering first aid and medication and worked with quite a few dogs with strong personalities and special needs. I have 5 years’ experience fostering and 11 years’ experience dog sitting. I now share a spacious home and garden with my dog-savvy kiddo, Zala, an extraordinary dog named Lily. I watch a few dogs who like to eat grass so much you'd think they were goats and, well, I veto that. My house is dog-proofed to the extreme I once child-proofed it. Unless your friend chews baseboards or window treatments they'll be hard pressed to find opportunities for mischief. I work remotely and am almost always home, except when shuttling my kiddo to and from activities. I do instill work ethic in my kiddo. I pay her a few dollars a day to brush doggos. She is everyone’s favorite per brushes and her willingness to dispense treats. I do ask for vet records. Please make sure your pet is up to date with immunizations and flea and tick meds. We have a spacious fenced-in yard, and I also keep an eye on dogs to make sure they are not escape artists.

About: Since a young age, I’ve always been surrounded by dogs and have experience caring for puppies, adults, and seniors. I worked as a veterinary technician for one month (I had a change of heart in career paths!), so I’m confident in administering insulin shots and giving medications.
