About: I’m a University of Arkansas graduate and a lifelong dog lover, and caring for dogs has become a big part of my life. I have my own dog, who I got after graduating, and for the past 8+ months I’ve been fostering dogs in need through Big Paws of the Ozarks. Fostering has given me extensive hands-on experience with dogs of many breeds, personalities, ages, and needs, including shelter dogs who may be nervous, stressed, or adjusting to a new environment. I’ve become very comfortable introducing new dogs into my home and helping them adjust to both me and my own dog, which is especially important when boarding. Fostering has also taught me to recognize canine body language and cues, so I’m able to tell when a dog is stressed, tired, overstimulated, or simply needs some space or a break. Above all, I want every dog in my care to feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I’m patient, attentive, and happy to meet each dog where they are—whether that means lots of playtime and walks or giving a nervous or senior pup a little extra time and care. My schedule is flexible, and I’m able to make pet care a consistent part of my daily routine. I enjoy spending time with dogs through walks, runs, playtime, and snuggles, and I’m happy to accommodate their individual routines and needs. I have two extra bedrooms, so I can give each dog their own comfortable space at night if they prefer to sleep in a crate or have some quiet time. I’m also happy to let dogs sleep with us if that’s what they’re used to. My priority is always making sure every dog feels safe, comfortable, and supervised, while also making sure their interactions with my dog are positive.

About: hello, my name is Alyx, i'm 29 years old and I work from home as an artist but have a lot of free time and enjoy pet sitting on the side. I have been pet sitting for nine year now.I'm trustworthy, flexible, dependable, and I care to meet the specific needs of each individual client. My schedule is very flexible, I work from home and my dog is very independent and has others to watch her when I do drop ins! About: I’ve grown up alongside dogs and other animals and helped take care of them since I was young. When I was sixteen, my family adopted our puppy Sal at eight weeks old, and it was my responsibility to take care of him, train him, and love on him. From there, I volunteered at Almost Home animal shelter in Van Buren for two years, where I walked dogs of all sizes and weights, played with them, fed and cared for them, and cleaned out their kennels and bowls. As of now, I’m living away from my family dog since I’m in college, but I’m helping a friend of mine walk and train her newly adopted Cane Corso (she’s a sweetie). I’ve watched dogs for friends and family all through the years, as well. As far as cats go, I’ve loved them since I was a kid, and I adopted one two years ago! His name is Walter, he’s a tabby and the sweetest boy alive, and I love taking care of him, even if he shreds my arms sometimes. Pets need love and patience, and that’s exactly what I have for them. :) I’m currently in college, so while I have a couple of busy days (Mon., Tue., Thur.,) the rest of my week is very free! And I always have plenty of time for sitting. I can easily adapt to your pet’s regular schedule, including mealtimes, bedtime, medication, if they need to be crated, playtimes, etc. The comfort and happiness of your pet is my first focus.

About: I’ve always had pets growing up and I have a variety of pets now! I have experience with lizards/amphibians, small animals, cats, and dogs. I do have a demanding school schedule but I will work with you to figure out good times for both of us! I’m usually available in the afternoon and evening. About: I grew up with pet dogs. I've since become a "cat lady" but continue to love dogs. Out on neighborhood walks I have to stop and pet every dog and cat I meet! There's nothing like a bright dog face and and a wagging tail or a cat purring and rubbing against my legs! I'm recently retired and have lots of time to spend taking care of your pets. I'm available weekdays and weekends, daytime and evenings, and holidays. I'm flexible and open to hearing about your pet sitting scheduling needs. I grew up with dogs, but now I'm a cat lady who loves and pampers my little boy, Mr. Kitty. I prepare special food for him, give him lots of attention, and take him for long walks in his cat stroller. I'm an energetic and responsible recently retired hospice nurse. About: i have always loved all animals, especially dogs. Growing up we always had animals at our house, and I was always in charge of taking care of them, bathing them and playing with them. I went to school for pre-vet but after graduation I decided to pursue a graduate degree instead of a vet degree. Nevertheless, my love and passion for taking care of animals never faded. My senior year of college I got my first, fully mine, puppy. She is the light of my world, and I have learned so much from her. She has grown with me. I got her when she was only 6mo old, trained her and now people ask me how I trained her so well. She is now 5yrs old and she is the best dog ever. I will take care of your pet as if it was my own. I do have a full-time job (Monday-friday, 7am-4pm) but I am free the rest of the day, my dog, Zoey, would love another dog to play with while I am gone! She is very well behaved. During the weekends I would be 100% available to watch the dogs all day if necessary. I do live in an apartment complex but i usually take Zoey on walks at least 3 times a day so I would be more than happy to do the same for your furbaby. If you need me to go to your house, I will always let you know when I arrive and when I leave. Zoey is not crate trained but if you need me to have a crate for your dog, I have one at home. I will make sure to send you pictures throughout the day and make you as comfortable and happy with the way I care for your babies :).

About: I have had four dogs for most of my life, and I am away at college right now and missing them, so I am taking up dog sitting. I am willing to hang out with pets literally anytime. About: What sets me apart is my genuine love for dogs and the hands-on experience I have gained caring for many different breeds, sizes, and personalities. I have several years of dog-sitting experience and have cared for over 10 families, including one family for more than three years and still am a recurring sitter. I even started dog sitting before I could drive with my grandparents 10+ different pets, along with my other families 2 Giant Schnauzers and 2 cats. I am comfortable with feeding, walks, medication, accidents, bedtime routines, and giving dogs plenty of attention and playtime. I have dealt with a seizure prone dog with 7 different types of meds day and night with scheduled times. I also worked at an animal clinic and currently have experience working around large groups of dogs. Through these experiences, I have learned how to recognize body language, understand individual triggers, and safely handle different situations. I have also worked alongside veterinary professionals, which has taught me more about responsible animal care. Most importantly, I take the time to learn each dog’s personality and routine so they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while in my care. I have become very close with all of the dogs and animals I have pet sit for but also the owners. As a first-year college student, my schedule changes throughout the week, but I have plenty of availability around my classes. I have my own car, so I can easily travel for walks, drop-ins, and house sitting. I am generally available after my afternoon classes, in the evenings, and on weekends. I also have flexibility between classes on some days and can work around my sorority commitments with advance notice. I am happy to care for pets in their home, where they are already comfortable and familiar with their surroundings. I always follow their normal routine, including feeding, walks, medication, and bedtime. I also absolutely love cuddling with dogs and, if the owner is comfortable with it, I am more than happy to let them sleep with me, no matter their size! I take time to learn each pet’s personality, needs, and triggers so they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owner is away.

About: I’ve had 2 dogs for all of my life until very recently! I’ve cared for a senior dog, a service dog, and an active german shepherd / labrador mix who can walk for hours!!! I am genuinely always looking to hang out and care for other’s dogs as I know how much MY dogs love attention, love, and care :) My apartment is a one bedroom apartment but I have boarded other dogs there before, my home is their home!!! As long as you are comfortable, we can play at the park and go for as many walks as the dog cares to! (Natural home, no crazy toxins that’ll harm sweet dogs!) I am an avid volunteer and 16 hour student but my schedule is Tu&Thrusday for school; which leaves more than enough time for your sweet dogs! Even on those days, I am usually home around 6PM or even sooner! Single bedroom apartment, reliable car, CLEAN home! For my family it is important for our dogs to be in a calm, relaxing, and nurturing environment that encourages play. Now that I live on my own, my apartment is exactly that!!!! (Perks of me living alone : they can roam the entire apartment, dogs get dibs to lay on ALL the soft furniture, and no extra people that YOU don’t approve to be around your dog!)

About: I’ve taken care of pets my whole life from cats and dogs to hamsters and fish I was always the friend to count of to take care of your furry friend I am always looking for extra work to do in my free time usually morning and LATE nights while my weekends morning are always free I am very good with time management and will be 100% sure in making sure your pet is cared for and listened to potty breaks every 1.5 hours or 1 hour after feed time and will follow their feed schedule exactly I have experience in oral medications aswell
