About: Hello! I have been around animals my entire life & have a lot of experience! I currently have 1 dog and 3 cats, one of which needs daily glucose checks & insulin injections due to diabetes. He has been getting shots now for 11 years, so I am very experienced with giving medicine and injections. I just moved from Minnesota where I petsat regularly for multiple families with diabetic animals and/or pets needing daily meds. I am also very familiar & experienced with taking care of animals after surgeries and geriatric care. Our dog has unfortunately had multiple big surgeries & has Cushings disease. She’s our special girl who is a member of our family! I love to get to know animals, take care of them, play, and cuddle. If you hire me, you will find that I am very trust-worthy, thorough, dependable, punctual, and communicative. I am very detail-oriented and don't cut corners! I am a mom & certified teacher, so I also have lots of experience taking care of others in general. I know what it takes to care for and love animals, and I am also willing to do small things around your house like water plants (I have a major green thumb!), open & close blinds, get the mail, bring in packages, rotate lights, etc. I promise that I will take excellent care of your babies AND your home if you hire me! I provide a complimentary meet and greet before my first visit. I want to meet you, your pet(s), see where their food and other items are kept, and learn how to best care for them while you are away. I want both you and your pet to feel comfortable and safe with me dropping by your house! I have flexibility for morning and evening drop-in visits. During the weekends I can also do afternoon visits as well if necessary! Feel free to reach out and I will do my very best to accommodate your needs! Building trust is extremely important. I want your pet to feel comfortable in their own home, whether that be playing with me and toys, cuddling on the couch, or just having company.

“Linda came to give Zoey her 2nd bath today. Zoey was so happy to see her (I was too)! Linda goes above anything I’ve seen. She keeps the hair out of her ears and eyes and trims her nails. Linda is always on time and dependable, so sweet with our family and friends who may be here, we can’t wait till she comes next week. The best $35 I spend! Thanks Linda!!!”

About: Dogs have always been a part of my life — not just as pets, but as family. I grew up helping raise five incredible family dogs, each with their own unique personality and story. Along the way, I also rescued a special mixed-breed pup who reminded me that love knows no labels. Through years of hands-on experience, I’ve learned how to connect with dogs of all types — from the high-energy and anxious to the gentle and stubborn. I believe in meeting each dog where they are, building trust through patience, respect, and heart. To me, ʻohana means no one gets left behind — and that includes our four-legged family members. Whether I’m caring for, training, or simply spending time with a dog, I treat them as I would my own: with kindness, understanding, and a whole lot of love. I offer dog walking and drop-in services during school hours or when I have childcare assistance. I can be flexible upon request but am currently available each day during the hours of 3:30pm-7:30pm. Can be available for occasional overnight dog sitting if arranged in advance. Every dog I’ve welcomed into my life has had access to safe, fenced-in areas for free play and exploration. I paid close attention to the little things that matter: setting aside items like shoes or food for curious pups, knowing each dog’s allergies, and avoiding toys that could become choking hazards. I believe in creating a secure and loving environment where dogs can thrive, be themselves, and always feel at home.
“He was so nice! I went home to meet him for the first walk. I let him in & explained a few things to him. Dogs were very happy when I came home from work!! Definitely booking again.”
“My dog LOVES Venita. I know they have a lot of fun when she comes to walk my Scout. She always communicates clearly how the walk went and when I have any questions she is very responsive. I would recommend her to anyone that has a high energy pup like I do.”
