“Vanessa was very patient with my dog Rocky. This was his first time staying with someone through Rover and he is rarely apart from my side overnight so this was difficult for him. She was creative in ways to get him to drink some water or eat and persistent with trying to get him to go to the bathroom. She took many notes during the meet and greet which helped her with ideas of things to try to help him feel more comfortable. I appreciated all the updates and pictures which assured me he was safe and well loved while I was attending a wedding out of state.”
