About: I love long term stays and getting to know your pet but do any length. Will travel. Current grad student. I’ve done pet sitting for over ten years. Everything from one day to 3 weeks of housesitting. Have had dogs and cats on and off my entire life but due to work currently cant have a pup of my own. Love getting to make new pup friends. No professional training just lots of love cuddles and long walks to give! Happy to do a discount for multiple pets or long stays. Rover automatically sets the rates and doesn't let you change based on main rate. Current grad student (almost entirely remote) so will be able to spend lots of time with your pup or kitty! Always happy to explore a new town walking around with a great pup. Perfer to sit in your home as it keeps the pets more comfortable but will host on a case by case basis if I feel your pet is a good fit.

About: Hi! Thank you for thinking about boarding with us. For 17 years I have taken care of a sensitive, high maintenance Italian Greyhound named Primo. He was my best buddy. We moved together a bunch of times from the city to his final home here in Ocean NJ. He was super sensitive to sound and people. He had a strict diet and didn't get along with all dogs. This didn't stop us from socializing him with other Italian greyhounds and small dogs with NYC Meetups and playdates. When we moved into our house we would try to make it down to dog beach in Asbury. For 10 years, Laura helped care for her parents dog, Gomez (a shepherd mix), when they were away. It was an outside dog and was a bundle of energy, always running circles and plopping down at your feet for pets and excited for walks on the Henry Hudson Bike Trail. Now that Primo and Gomez have passed on, we have found that we still have love to give to furry friends. We'd love to host your best friend and take care of them the way we have cared for our family pets. Laura and I both work full time from home, with Laura only commuting to the office 3-4 times a month. I can walk your dog twice a day or just let them our into the yard. If they prefer to be outside, that is also great. We've lived here for a couple of years and installed a fence for our child, Rami and the late-Primo. The house has exterior security cameras, and a fenced in yard that can be locked. We can offer 2 walks a day in addition to outside yard time. We'll provide plenty of attention and pets as well! Rami is 4 years old and does well with dogs. Because of his age we can only board non-aggressive, small and medium-sized dogs.

I work full time but I’m remote 3 days a week. I can always pop over during a lunch break or as soon as I log off! Weekends and evenings are flexible. I will treat your cat like my own. About: I have worked on a dog therapy farm caring for over 30 dogs, all different breeds, ages and temperaments. I would walk, feed, and care for the dogs. I had a pet cat growing up, and currently have a 8 year old, 100 lb American Akita that I rescued from a kill shelter with severe anxiety and behavioral issues - so I know how to handle difficult dogs. I also have dog sat my sister’s newborn dachshund puppy and her 2 year old rescue mutt. I am familiar and comfortable with all dogs and cats. Most importantly, I love them and will care for them with the respect and adoration they deserve! Im not working at this time, so I have all day to spend with your furry friend! I am available for walking, check-ins, or dog/cat sitting and will give them my full attention! I have a huge yard, although it is not fenced in, and I do have a dog at home. However, he is friendly and can be separated from your pet if needed, but he’s there for company if they want! I live in a quiet, foresty area, so plenty of long luxurious walks. I can crate your furry friend as well. In your home, I am fully comfortable sticking with walking/feeding schedules, and can adhere to your pets needs in their own environment!

About: I’ve been around dogs and cats my whole life. I’ve done all the chores that come with them. I’ve had a big dog and a little dog almost my entire life. My big dog is now older, so I have to help him with his arthritis. I’ve had to pick up poop, feed them, walk them, and massage him. I don’t have a job currently, so I’m free for anyone’s convenience! Besides when I have to go to the gym, or when im on vacation. I have a fenced yard and a specific place for them to use the bathroom outside, and also have a pee pee pad inside that I switch out twice a day.

I spent three years working at a pet store working/caring for pets in the store that included dogs, cats, and exotics. And now for almost 3 years I have been working as a veterinary assistant/technician at an emergency and speciality hospital. That means I have experience to help with your pup/cat with special needs and helping administering medications! I grew up with animals all my life. I currently have a dog (Onyx) that I have personally trained myself and a cat (Masha) that I have also trained to do a trick or two for a treat. I have a huge love for animals and just like I do for my patients I work with, I will treat your baby with love and care as if it were my own. I currently work full-time at the veterinary hospital so I’m only available Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. That includes mornings, afternoons, and most nights. Unfortunately I cannot watch/bring your pets to my home. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet. Whether your companion is energetic, shy, elderly, or has medical needs, I’ll make sure they’re safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re away. About: I’m on Rover to help you out with any / all your pets needs while you’re away! I work full time as a behaviorist in a public school. I don’t dog train, but I am familiar with any techniques that you may need for your pup! I have 3 dogs and 3 cats of my own. I have experience with all breeds! All mutts and senior pups are welcome. I also have experience administering medication to dogs. All dogs of breeds and age deserve attention and love. I’d love it if you let me love your pets as if they are my own too! My calendar may not always reflect accurately as my times with my full-time job (human) clients do fluctuate. If it is blocked off it means I am 100% unavailable. I don’t recommend myself in terms of full-on puppy training and 24/7 puppy care due to my schedule but I am versed in the training techniques due to my career. I am available weekends for extra care and staying in your home full time. My pets are well loved and taken care of while I care for others. I will never be able to host in my home, so please consider this! I offer in home care, overnight, daily walks, and check ins. Animals will not be hosted in my home due to a senior dog I have who is on medication. For those reasons, home sitting is only available in terms of long care. I have done walks, trips to stores, parks, yard play, and car trips with fur babies for daily drop ins, walks, or overnight stays!

About: I have taken care of dogs of all breeds and sizes since the age of 11. I have had experience with trained and untrained pets. I have personally trained my pets in the past. It makes no difference because I will make sure every pet has a great experience and treat each one with care. I also have experience with cats. I will do my best I can to make them as comfortable as possible. I am currently working A very storage schedule but pet care fits very well into my schedule. I will make time in my day to care for your fur babies as well as my own. The environment in which I care for each and every pet will be safe and thriving for any pet in my care. I work 4 days a week and I can stay at your house or drop in for walks I love to be outdoors especially with your pups, whether it’s relaxing outside or going for long walks. I treat your pets like my own, I have a fenced in yard and I have experience giving medication, your pet will have the best walks and I offer the best cuddle sessions with your pups or kitties! I work at Red Bank Vet Hospital and I have experience with both large and small animals. Your pet will get the best care with me as I treat all pets like my own leaving no one behind, whether your pet likes long walks or just chilling on the couch I'm your girl! If your pet needs meds or any special care just let me know and we will get it done!! I love to interact with your pups and kitties! I love playing games with pups such as “go find it” (it involves treats that are approved by you for your pups and placing them around the house to work their minds) or find me (hide and go seek) and obviously the best walks ever!! If your pets has a favorite movie/show (I know everyone has one) please let me know and I will get that show/movie on ASAP!!! Depending where you are located I love going for walks especially on hiking trails so if your pup likes that we can definitely get that done! If your pup has separation anxiety let me know what soothes them, maybe it's a blanket with your scent or a favorite show/channel they like.
