“Merideth was great, and I wouldn’t hesitate to trust my pet with her again. She walked him regularly, sent photos, and kept us updated on how things were going the whole time.”

“Bob was wonderful to our nervous little pup! He made sure she was well taken care of and she felt very much at home at his place. Would definitely have her stay again!”

“Meghan and Rob were absolutely wonderful. I had never left my Maverick with anyone outside the family and from the meet and greet through the entire stay I felt comfortable and like my dog would be well taken care of even with his history of being reactive. I received pictures and videos and they even took TV request. I would highly recommend Meghan.”

“Thank you to Max and family for easing our minds, since this was the first time boarding Rocky. We were very concerned of how Rock would react. Max and his family was very warm and caring and Rocky was very comfortable (as were we!). Whenever we need to board Rocky in the future, we will definitely reach out to Max's family.”

“Buddy had a wonderful experience with Anmol and Trupti. I highly recommend their services! They communicated with us throughout our vacation. Great service with a loving family for our dog Buddy!”

“Jennifer was fantastic. Very flexible with drop off and pickup timing and shared lots of pictures over the course of Goose’s visit. Would definitely leave my dog with her again the next time I’m in town!”

“It was the perfect place for my pup he had an amazing time. I was sent several pictures each day of him enjoying himself outside. The backyard is fully puppy proof for a great playground. She is very responsive and even cleaned the crate from “excitement sprinkles” Clyde left.”

“Tina was unbelievable! You can tell how much she loves dogs and cared for our dog so well! Our dog went on so many great walks and outings! Highly recommend! Couldn’t be happier with Tina’s care and updates everyday!”

“Maple came back happy. She loved Hedra and his family. We were worried at first because of how she is shy and timid. We are grateful for him caring for our little chihuahua and will definitely use his services again!”

“Christine was a great dog sitter for our two dogs Timon and Rafika. They got along well with her dog Piper and I could tell by the pictures they were comfortable and enjoyed their time playing, snuggling and sleeping in their normal comfortable spots. Thank you so much for taking care of our fur babies. Leslie and Rich”

“Second time leaving our 1 year old golden with them. Definitely trust Paul, very accommodating and alleviated our anxiety of leaving our dog for a few nights. Will definitely use again.”

About: I love all animals, even reptiles! When I was a teenager I worked at a kennel for a summer job and fell in love with every breed of dog. I’ve had dogs, cats, rabbits and small critters my entire life and even backyard chickens! My current pup is a senior boxer/Shepard mix. I am comfortable giving medication and caring for senior and special needs pets. I have a full time job so am available for pet care in the evenings and on weekends. I work local so if pet sitting at my house, I can check in at lunch time. I have a fenced in backyard and crates if needed. My senior dog is chill and great with cats and small caged pets would be safe with her.
“Brian and his family are remarkably wonderful! I’ve boarded my bichons many many times. My Benny always enjoys his time there and I have no worries. Their home is so well suited for pet care. I recently had a month long stay away to care for a friend and Brian took amazing care of Benny who is 12 and diabetic. He feels at home there. I lost one of my bichons late last year to cancer and Brian and his family were so kind and empathetic. I highly recommend!!!”
“Meg and her family are terrific sitters. This is my second time with them and the experience couldn't have been any better. I'm lucky to have found such great people to watch my dog.”

“Cheryl was awesome. She made both my dogs feel at home. She has a huge backyard. Her own dog, Gus, is super friendly. She also sent updates and pictures daily for the 3 days they were there. BROWNIE AND BARKLEY were safe and loved. I highly recommend Cheryl.”

“Cara took wonderful care of our dog! Cara communicated before his stay and sent photos and updates during his stay. Spanky came home calm and happy! Highly recommend Cara and we are so grateful to have found her!”

“Samantha was great! We communicated every day that we were away. She would give us a daily morning text to let us know how our pups spent the night. Felt very comfortable leaving our dogs and plan on using her again when we take another trip later this month.”

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
