“We were nervous about leaving Sammie with someone we didn’t know, but when we did the meet and greet with Tina we knew she was the right person to watch Sammie. She answered all our questions, asked good questions, and she genuinely wanted to make sure Sammie would have the best stay while in her care. We received updates on Sammie’s walks, cuddle time, and if she was eating her food. We also received pictures of Sammie which put a smile on our faces. We were reassured that we had made the right choice. We would absolutely work with Tina again. 😊”

“Brie absolutely loved her time at Meghan’s place! I got daily updates and great communication and could see how happy and comfortable she was in the photos and videos. We felt relaxed and assured that our dog was in excellent care and being treated as if she was part of the family. Meghan even included a little goodie bag and was sad to see Brie go, they’re really bonded. I absolutely recommend Meghan (and Rob) to care for your baby!”

About: I have taken care of dogs for most of my adult life. My wife and I have made a point to adopt large older dogs that tend to be stuck in the shelter system. All dogs are good and deserve to live a fun filled, happy, and loved life. I am also recently pet CPR and first aid certified by The American Red Cross. Im currently working part time three nights during the week so I have plenty of free time to take care of your pups. Having recently lost our beloved Mastiff, I've been craving some pup time. I have a fully fenced in yard and have plenty of room to crate your pups. We recently lost our dog so we are pet free. Being dog people, we welcome your dogs like they were our family.

I provide private boarding in my home, individual pet sitting in your home, and fun & attentive walks. I am extremely tuned in to your pet's comfort, safety, and enrichment. I make sure every pet in my care gets plenty of physical and mental exercise and has lots of fun doing it! I have been taking care of dogs and cats for over 20 years. Over the last 2 years, I've had the experience of caring for my senior (17-year-old) dog who became both blind and deaf. I am especially happy to provide care for your senior or special needs dog. I'm comfortable diapering, giving drops and meds, changing wee wee pads, and doing extra clean up. Caring for pets is my main job so I have availability 7 days a week. I am happy to accommodate last-minute requests whenever I am available. For boarding or doggie day care, your dog will be in my large, puppy-proofed living room. I have half a dozen cozy dog beds, dog toys, and treat puzzles. Dogs are also allowed on all furniture. Our Paw-ncierge Kessie is a very calm, 9-year-old Shih Tzu. Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Hamilton
Just got home from picking up my puppy from Michelle and couldn’t be happier and impressed. Michelle was great with her and shared photos and video of Blu playing. Which put me at ease, since Blu is just a puppy and this was my 1st time leaving her with anyone. And she is so close to me which is also a plus. Will definitely use Michelle again.

Lucky enjoyed his weekend with Cheryl, Gus, family & friends:) And we are grateful to have connected with Cheryl to know Lucky was in loving, experienced hands and had a great backyard & home to feel at home in. We also appreciated the thoughtful communication and fun pictures of Lucky & friends when we were away. Thank you!

Karen watched our Yorkie, Ruby, over Thanksgiving, and we could not have asked for a better experience. She was incredibly attentive and thoughtful with every detail of Ruby’s care. We got tons of picture updates throughout the stay, which gave us so much peace of mind and Ruby looked so happy in every single one. Ruby is usually a nervous little girl, but she settled in right away with Karen and truly had the best time ever. We’re so grateful to have found someone who treats her like family. We would recommend Karen to anyone looking for someone kind, reliable, and genuinely caring. We’ll definitely be booking with her again!

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
