About: I have been a lifelong dog owner, caring for multiple breeds including dachshunds, chocolate lab, beagle mixes, Doberman, Rhodesian ridgeback mix, and mini schnauzer. I have hands-on experience providing end-of-life care for a senior dog with osteosarcoma, demonstrating compassion and patience in difficult situations. Currently, I care for a 5-year-old neutered Doberman and an 8-year-old spayed Mini Schnauzer. My work-from-home schedule allows me a flexible schedule for your pet’s supervision. This deep personal experience, combined with my flexible availability ensures professional and cozy care tailored to each dog's needs. Since I work from home, taking care of dogs fits perfectly into my day. I’m able to check in on them frequently and give them plenty of breaks and playtime. I make sure they get regular exercise and lots of affection between work tasks. Because I’m home almost 24/7, I can easily adjust my schedule to fit each dog’s unique needs and routines, making sure they feel comfortable, secure, and well cared for while their owners are away. I ensure that all dogs are treated with love and respect. Letting them know they’re safe and that everything is okay while their humans are away is of utmost importance to me.
About: I had a pet-sitting service for 15 years, and then I started caring for dogs in my home through Dog Vacay. I took a break to care for my ailing mother and then I became a Nanny to a newborn boy. He is now 4 years old and my services are no longer needed. I am also a missionary to Uganda. I've been helping with a woman's ministry since 2016, I can not be idle, so I'm reactivating my Rover profile so that I can care for dogs in my home, or care for cats and dogs in your home. When I care for dogs in my home, they are treated as family. No crates, just cuddles. I am retiring as a Nanny and I am reactivating my Rover account. I can take care of your pups in my home while you are away. No crates, just cuddles. I'm also available to come to your home to care for your pets, whether for daily walks or around-the-clock care. I care for cats as well as dogs. While I am in your home, I will also bring in your mail/packages, water your plants, and bring in or take out your trash bins. I have a fenced-in yard area. I will never leave your pups in the yard alone. I always sit with them. I can take them for daily walks as well. I don't use crates/kennels in my home. Your pet will be treated as my two Maltese dogs are.

About: Hi! I’m Brynn, a lifelong animal lover with two awesome dogs of my own. I grew up with animals and have years of hands-on experience caring for pets of all kinds — from energetic puppies to sweet senior pets who need a little extra TLC. I live an active lifestyle and love getting outside for long walks, especially when I have a furry friend by my side. I’m also comfortable giving medication and have experience with pets who need a bit more attention or care. When I’m not hanging out with animals, I work in audio engineering — I have a Bachelor of Science from Belmont University and do Rover as a side gig because I genuinely love spending time with pets. Whether your pet needs a walk, a drop-in check, or overnight care, you can count on me to treat them like family. I’m reliable, communicative, and happy to work with pets of all types, sizes, and personalities. Looking forward to meeting you and your four-legged crew! Pet care fits naturally into my routine! I have a flexible schedule, which allows me to provide consistent, attentive care throughout the day. Whether it’s early morning walks, midday drop-ins, or overnight stays, I can easily adjust my day to meet your pet’s needs. Since I already have two dogs of my own, caring for pets is a regular part of my daily life — and something I truly enjoy doing. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I treat the space with the same respect and care I’d want someone to show mine. I follow all instructions closely — from feeding routines to medication and preferred walking routes — and I make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved while you're away. I keep things clean, maintain your pet’s normal routine, and send regular updates so you always know how things are going. For walks and drop-in visits, safety is my top priority. I always use secure leashes/harnesses, stay aware of surroundings, and adjust the pace based on your dog’s needs and energy level. Whether your pet is shy, playful, or a little anxious, I’m patient and attentive to their body language and comfort.
About: I’v taken care of dogs since I was old enough to be responsible for them, around age 12. I was in charge of feeding our family dogs, walking them, and exercising them through intentional playtime. We had 3 dogs then, and now we own two. I enjoy going on long walks and hikes, and often take my dogs on hikes. I also enjoy a casual run, and I am happy to take dogs on runs as well! I just graduated from college, and I have a couple weeks available until I begin my job. I will start working as a Firefighter for the Franklin fire department on June 8. Once that starts, I will be available on most weekends and evenings to care for your pet! I am happy to walk or run your pet! I also offer pet-sitting. As a responsible student, with several years of families trusting me with babysitting, I can give you confidence that your home and pet will be cared for as if they were my own.

“Connie is great! We have worked with her a few times now and our furbaby Max LOVES her! Connie's love for animals is evident as soon as you meet her and she will treat your pet as if they were her own.”

“Andressa is the best! Our first time using her. Aretha and Buddy love her. Such wonderful pics and info. We will definitely ask for her services again!’”

About: I have grown up around dogs my whole life and have experience caring for house, farm, and hunting dogs from puppies to senior dogs. Being around so many different types of dogs has taught me how to handle different personalities, energy levels, and care needs. I’m comfortable with feeding schedules, exercise, administering basic care, and making sure dogs feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. I treat every dog like my own and always make reliability, attention, and communication a priority. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to give pets plenty of attention throughout the day. I’m available from mornings through after dinner for walks, check-ins, feeding, playtime, or overnight care. Because of my flexible routine, I’m able to adjust to a pet’s normal schedule and make sure they stay comfortable and well cared for while their owners are away. I make sure pets stay comfortable by following their normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any special instructions from the owner. Safety and trust are very important to me, so I always keep a clean, secure environment and pay close attention to each pet’s behavior and needs. In a client’s home, I respect their space and make sure their pet feels relaxed and cared for while they’re away. I also keep owners updated with daily messages and photos so they know their pet is safe and in good hands.

“Julia is fantastic! My dog is not great on a leash or initially with new people and Julia handled her perfectly. My dog fell in love and was excited for their walks. I highly recommend Julia and will hire her again in the future!”

About: I have dog & puppy sat for clients, friends and family over the last 12 years. I love dogs & know playtime & regular exercise is essential to their health but not everyone has the time to help them get as much as they may need. This is where I come in! Whether it's just walks, overnight stays or puppy playtime I'm your girl. I started out my care of animals volunteering at an animal shelter in the Bay Area. I went there to adopt an animal and it broke my heart to see all of the dogs locked up in cages all looking up out of their cages with their sweet puppy dog eyes hoping they could be given a second chance & taken home with you. I wanted to take them all home! I then made it my primary mission to begin volunteering numerous times a week walking as many dogs as I could. Most of them I had to walk individually for safety reasons so it was quite the exercise regime for me but I loved knowing I could get them out for some playtime & extra attention they so deserved, especially not knowing what their fate would be. From then on I decided to also pick up extra work in addition to my full time job being a caretaker for all pets, my passion truly lies with animals and I find it very therapeutic in so many ways, bonding with animals of all different kinds but above all... dogs☺️ I work part time teaching pilates and my partner works from home so we provide constant care and attention. My schedule allows frequent breaks to attend to the dogs with walks, potty breaks and bonding time with other dogs There’s a dog park and trails at our apartment complex and the dog will be with us at all times. With dogs who are reactive on leash I always ensure to create a safe distance from other dogs and do not let dogs off leash unless in an enclosed space
About: Hi, I'm Marissa! I'm one of those people who, before I came out of my shell, spent more time with animals than people. Sometimes I still do. I've had dogs and cats all my life, and also rode horses starting just before I was 4. I have 7 years of experience on Rover and another 2 independently dog walking and sitting before that. I’ve cared for many kinds of dogs and cats, fish, turtles, donkeys, a family of racoons, and more. And I have a lot of experience caring for older animals and animals with medical conditions. I also used to volunteer with my mom transporting rescue dogs with Echo Dog White German Shepherd rescue. I am a homebody for the most part, so once I'm there I'm probably not going anywhere. My capital W Work is writing - I'm 13 years into an elven magic realism epic screenplay/novel series, it is my passion project and pet/housesitting gives me the time to tend to that vision, and fur babies to keep me company! Walking and playing with them keeps me active and in my beloved nature. It is a great joy to give people peace of mind while they travel, knowing their home and furbabies are in good hands. I know how stressful it can be - I was born in the Northeast and then moved to Nashville when I was 12 so my mom and I would drive up there to visit family, but we would often bring our dog and cats with us on that 13 hr ride because we didn’t have anyone we trusted to watch them. It’s a great time, unless it’s a family emergency. Now, I get to be that person for other people! My clients relaxing, knowing that they can have fun or do what needs doing and that their fur babies are taken care of at home - that is priceless and never gets old. If you have 3 or more pets, I'm happy to give a discount. I know how hard it can be trying to find care for them when you have many. Feel free to reach out! Pets are family. I will make sure they receive the best care possible! I'm a night owl myself when I'm home but whatever their routine is, I will stick to that as much as I can. For dogs, walks are included in housesitting if you want that. And any plant and garden care etc. Totally depends on your and your pet's needs. I'm so excited to look after your fur baby!
About: I live with 3 dogs and two cats, which I take care of as if they were my children. I have looked after many dogs and cats, and you won’t be disappointed when choosing me to keep your pet as happy as possible while you are gone. I’m available every weekday except holidays. I am currently doing online college which I can take with me anywhere, including your house to be with your pets. I can feed, walk, and play with your dog as much as you need me to. I can handle unique circumstances such as diet restrictions and health issues.
