About: As a responsible, middle-aged professional with a lifelong love of animals, I bring maturity, trustworthiness, and genuine care to every pet I look after. Whether you’re heading out for a few hours or a full vacation, you can count on me to treat your pet like they’re my own—with affection, structure, and plenty of playtime. I work from home, which means I can often adjust my day to meet your pet’s needs—whether that’s a midday walk, drop-in visit, or extended overnight care. I’m especially available on evenings and weekends, and I’ll always do my best to accommodate special requests. I’m very comfortable caring for pets in their home environment and understand the importance of respecting your space. I’m confident with crate-trained pets, administering basic medications, and making sure everything is secure when I leave. Cleanliness, safety, and attention to detail are always my priorities.

About: I had a pet-sitting service for 15 years, and then I started caring for dogs in my home through Dog Vacay. I took a break to care for my ailing mother and then I became a Nanny to a newborn boy. He is now 4 years old and my services are no longer needed. I am also a missionary to Uganda. I've been helping with a woman's ministry since 2016, I can not be idle, so I'm reactivating my Rover profile so that I can care for dogs in my home, or care for cats and dogs in your home. When I care for dogs in my home, they are treated as family. No crates, just cuddles. I am retiring as a Nanny and I am reactivating my Rover account. I can take care of your pups in my home while you are away. No crates, just cuddles. I'm also available to come to your home to care for your pets, whether for daily walks or around-the-clock care. I care for cats as well as dogs. While I am in your home, I will also bring in your mail/packages, water your plants, and bring in or take out your trash bins. I have a fenced-in yard area. I will never leave your pups in the yard alone. I always sit with them. I can take them for daily walks as well. I don't use crates/kennels in my home. Your pet will be treated as my two Maltese dogs are.

She is amazing. Very responsive. Sends lots of pictures and updates about the walk. I appreciate getting know how long the walk was, the distance, and if they went to the bathroom. She goes above and beyond with washing dog bowls and even changing his clothes

About: I grew up with dogs and started taking care of them at about age 12. I've also taken care of many friend's dogs over the years. I've stayed at their homes to care for them, walked them, and checked in on them. I love dogs and would love to meet and care for yours! I am a college student so pet care fits very well into my schedule since I have a lot of open gaps for walks and check ins! If my housesitting hours don’t fit what you need feel free to contact me and we can try to see if I can make it happen! I promise to care for your pet exactly how you ask. Mostly of course that's making sure they're fed, hydrated, walked, and let out to do their business! But also making sure they are happy and know I'm their friend.

About: I have been a lifelong dog owner, caring for multiple breeds including dachshunds, chocolate lab, beagle mixes, Doberman, Rhodesian ridgeback mix, and mini schnauzer. I have hands-on experience providing end-of-life care for a senior dog with osteosarcoma, demonstrating compassion and patience in difficult situations. Currently, I care for a 5-year-old neutered Doberman and an 8-year-old spayed Mini Schnauzer. My work-from-home schedule allows me a flexible schedule for your pet’s supervision. This deep personal experience, combined with my flexible availability ensures professional and cozy care tailored to each dog's needs. Since I work from home, taking care of dogs fits perfectly into my day. I’m able to check in on them frequently and give them plenty of breaks and playtime. I make sure they get regular exercise and lots of affection between work tasks. Because I’m home almost 24/7, I can easily adjust my schedule to fit each dog’s unique needs and routines, making sure they feel comfortable, secure, and well cared for while their owners are away. About: I’ve had dogs in my life for over 10 years, so caring for them is second nature to me. From daily walks to long hikes, I understand their energy, needs, and personalities. Spending time outdoors with dogs has taught me patience, attentiveness, and how to keep them safe, happy, and stimulated. I am currently a self-employed seamstress, and work part time for my dad’s business Bham Services. I have lots of time and availability to care for your pets as well as mine. I know it can make our babies nervous meeting new people/furry friends so I make sure to keep a gentle approach. I’ll have them sniff me and get to know me as I get to know them as well. I’m very aware of my surroundings and always want any animal to feel safe around me.

About: I have been around dogs since I was a very young child. Most of the dogs we have had in our family have been rescues and in need of a new home for some various reason. Growing up I watched my father train our dogs through all kinds of things like potty training, walking on a leash and learning how to be around cats and other animals. There was always a lot of love, respect and patience towards the animals. As an adult I’ve always had a dog of my own and we have a very active life! I have worked with professional trainers in the past as well to help learn training techniques for my own dog! I have a two part time jobs that I love and luckily give me a lot of flexibility in my schedule. Both of my jobs require me to be performing and on a microphone so I have been hoping to find a way to work more but also be out of a loud crowded environment and at peace. What better way than outdoors in nature with dogs! I do have a dog of my own and we have a pretty great routine, I feel confident that I could spend plenty of time with him and add some time in for some other fur friends! I believe in a safe and controlled space for my dog, always trying to keep a clean and peaceful environment. I make my dog Duffy’s food at home, trying to give him only the best quality that I can! He is a very active breed so we take multiple walks a day, he loves car rides, hikes, playing ball and laying outside on a patio watching over his surroundings. I know what works for us but I know each dog has its own unique personality and routine and I would love to know what works best for you and your pet!

About: I have two dogs. One's getting older, the other raised from a puppy. I like cats too. I'll treat your pets like mine, lots of love. On my days off, I'm free all day, minus time to take care of my dogs. I'll adjust my availability as needed. For advance jobs I can request off. I have two friendly dogs and a big fenced backyard. On visits I will play with/walk your pups till they're tuckered out or just pet them if they're low energy. I won't bring my dogs if I'm going to you.

About: I'm a big dog person, and I frequently take care of my family's dog while they're away. While I was in college, I often dog-sat for a family friend, staying in their home and taking care of their pet. I'm home for the summer before heading to graduate school, and would love to spend some time with animals! This summer, I am home for a while with completely open days. I'm happy to take on summer holidays or help with mid-day walks, etc. I love to let animals spend their time outside in a safe way, either with a fence or on a leash. I'm also happy to hang out indoors if the dog prefers, and ensure everything is taken care of!
