About: My momma had me cleaning up after pets of all kinds as soon as I could walk. She had a farm, and she worked at the Local Humane Society. And with no regrets, took me with her to work such jobs. So here I am Looking to Help YOU. I am currently a single mom looking for a way to make money for my family, that also works around the kid’s school schedule. So I hope you will let me work for YOU. I am more than willing, and capable of making the necessary trips to your home to care for your fur babies in the place they feel the most comfortable.

About: I LOVE dogs and cats. I have had dogs and cats of my own my whole life of all breeds and sizes. From over night stays, to just a quick check in I will be available for any need your dog(s) may have. Activities I enjoy most with dogs- walks, inside & outside playtime, and doggy cuddles. I am willing travel to reach you around the Dickson/ Hickman County areas. I am also willing to take dogs to appointments/dog parks in my car so I am versatile and mobile. I try my hardest to be flexible with my schedule to be available at different times as much as possible. No dog is too small or too big. No dog is too young or old. Trust me to take care of your dog care needs. Please note I don't mind dropping in to help with cats and walking cats also. Just due to allergies I cannot have them in my own home. I work from home and my husband and I are home most nights and weekends. So, he will be around your animals as well in our home. Any drop in visits and walking I will be handling myself. We have two (female) dogs of our own who require medications and extra care. So, we are familiar with routines for dogs with special needs/ requests as well. I have also had dogs in my care from newborn puppies to senior dogs. So, I am used to furry friends of all ages and sizes. In home we have two (female) dogs of our own who get along great with other dogs. Our home offers a fenced in back yard so dogs can hangout outside or inside. There are various dog beds throughout and an extra room to allow for personal space, alone, and quiet time. Going to other's homes I stay mindful of a dog's or cat's space and preferences, as well as clients personal property. I also have access to nearby dog parks and I live in a neighborhood where I can walk dogs for extra exercise as well.

About: I've taken care of dogs and cats since I was young, for my own pets, as well as friends and family. I've spent time with dogs of all ages, breeds, and sizes. I've also had extensive experience caring for cats. I'm currently in between jobs, so I have plenty of time to spend with your furry friends. If you need someone to drop in and check on your pets while you're working, or walk your dogs, that's no problem! If I let your dog out during a drop-in, any time in a fenced in yard will be supervised. Dogs will be on a leash on walks, always.

About: I’ve taken care of various breeds and sizes of dogs throughout my life, playing, walking, feeding, bathing and giving them the love and attention they need and deserve! I’ve grown up with various breeds of dogs and have cared for friends rescue dogs, as well. I also assisted in my parent’s chocolate lab giving birth to 8 healthy puppies in 2022 and caring for the mama and all 8 puppies! It was truly one of the highlights of my life! I am currently working from home part time and have a few meetings a week max out of the home during the week. I am available every day of the week, especially in the mornings and late afternoons/evenings on weekdays to come to your home to walk and care for your pup and fairly open on weekends! I live in a townhome with some fun open space in the loft to play and run around! I have an energetic 3 year old chocolate lab who loves to play and is very friendly and loving (loves to play fetch and often gets the zoomies). She is great playing with other dogs and I’ve never known her to be aggressive with other humans or dogs. I have a crate available if you prefer for your fur baby to be crated during the night or at any time. I don’t have a fenced in yard, but have safe walking paths around where I live and walk my own pup! I am also available to come to your own home to care for your pup, take them on walks, play around, get some good love and attention! I am also available for overnights with your pet if you prefer them staying in your own home or residence.

About: I have always had a deep passion for animals, which began in childhood when I was thrilled to be old enough to walk my grandparents’ dogs. For the past four years, I’ve also had the joy of being a cat mom, which has further strengthened my appreciation for the love and care that pets bring into our lives. I understand how important it is to ensure pets feel safe, cared for, and engaged while in my care. In addition to my personal experience, I have over two years of professional pet care experience, including dog walking, drop-in visits, and administering specific care and medical instructions. I am comfortable working with both low-energy and high-energy dogs, and I always tailor my care to meet each pet’s unique needs. Pet care fits seamlessly into my schedule, as I am off work at 2 p.m. each day and have the remainder of my day available to dedicate to walking or caring for your pet. In addition, I have 3 full days off each week, allowing me to give your pet plenty of attention, exercise, and playtime! Your pet’s safety and well-being are always my top priorities. Just as I do with my own pet, I carefully monitor the environment to ensure there are no potential hazards, such as unsafe objects, foods, or items that could cause harm. My goal is to provide a secure, comfortable, and caring environment so you can have complete peace of mind while you’re away. I truly enjoy getting to know each animal's unique personality. Whether we’re playing, building trust, or simply sharing space, I find every interaction rewarding!

Alesha is my pups other mother. Sake is almost 17, so she needs extra reassurance that she is safe since her eyesight is fading. Alesha walks my dog regularly, but also stepped in as mom for two months last year when I was on a place every 4 days. Her love and compassion is why she is my go to person to take care of my best friend. Knowing that you have someone to love your pet as much as you do is important. I can travel for work knowing that Sake is in good hands.

About: What truly sets me apart is not just my love for dogs, but the hands-on experience I have caring for a wide range of breeds and personalities. I currently have three dogs of my own a sweet 8-year-old Chihuahua-Yorkie mix who is our spoiled little baby, a very energetic Shih Tzu who keeps me on my toes, and a gentle giant of a German Shepherd who’s just a big cuddly lovebug. Because of them, I have real-life experience managing everything from small, senior pups to large, high-energy breeds. I’m especially patient with hyper dogs I know how to keep them active, happy, and well-behaved. Whether it’s caring for older dogs who need extra love or keeping up with pups who never seem to run out of energy, I genuinely enjoy every moment of it. I treat every dog like family and strive to make them feel safe, loved, and entertained while you're away. You can trust that your furry friend will be in caring and capable hands! I currently work part-time with a flexible schedule, which means I get to choose the shifts that work best for me. This allows me to easily plan around pet sitting needs. As long as I’m given a little notice, I can adjust my work hours to fit your schedule whether that’s for regular check-ins, overnight care, or last-minute plans. You can feel confident that your pet will get the attention and care they deserve without any conflicts. Although I don’t have a fenced yard, I make up for it by using leashes and taking pets on regular walks around my neighborhood or to nearby parks. I enjoy being active and love spending time outdoors with the dogs, giving them plenty of exercise and enrichment. My own dogs are very friendly and would love the extra company, which helps create a warm and welcoming environment for any visiting pets. I’m dedicated to making sure every pet feels comfortable, safe, and cared for whether they’re staying in my home or I'm visiting them in theirs.

About: Hello, my name is Lydia. 🐶🐈‍⬛ I am a full-time pet sitter and dog walker/hiker with more than a decade of experience that began with large and high energy dogs. Thank you for considering me to care for your pets! My first priorities are always the comfort and happiness of your pets alongside the security of and respect for your property. 🐾🐾🐾 I only charge $10 per additional pet for each service! House-sitting is priced to include staying overnight in your home for the full extent of the stay--including weeknights--as well as all bathroom breaks, walks, playtime, etc. your pet will need. If you do not need or want me to stay overnight, please select either a drop-in visit or walk/hike option. 🐾🐾🐾 My childhood dog, B.B., a fiercely loyal Jack Russell terrier, taught me how strong the bond between animals and their humans can be. My family adopted B.B. when we were both four years old, and we grew up together exploring the woods around our Mississippi home. As a Jack Russell, he was only about 15 pounds, but he was scrappy, incredibly smart, and I knew he would protect me from anything we encountered on our adventures. He was my best friend and companion through an unpredictable and often stressful childhood, and he looked out for me until he passed away at nearly 20 years old. Now I try to give the same patience, attention, and companionship B.B. gave me back to the pets I care for. The first pet I took care of besides B.B. was a Weimaraner belonging to my neighbor that I began dog sitting at the age of nine until I was a teenager. Since I first began dog sitting over 15 years ago, I have cared for all creatures great and small from pet rats to dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, and even horses for extended stays. I've cared for pets of all ages, ranging from puppies to seniors, including complex care requiring medicine to be given multiple times a day. One of my own cats, Sabbath, has feline lower urinary tract disease and requires two oral medicines which I give to him daily. As an experienced cat owner and sitter, I am not afraid to work with cats with all their claws or antisocial personalities and find that, through time and building trust, even the most stubborn personalities will open up to me. My childhood adventures with B.B. instilled in me a lifelong passion for staying active and exploring nature through hiking. To this day I am an avid hiker, and I believe that B.B.'s active lifestyle is one of the factors that allowed him to live such a long, healthy life. Now I take my toy Australian shepherd, Andy, on these adventures and specialize in exercising and socializing dogs on group hikes. I have experience hiking dogs as a pack of two or more up to eight dogs at one time (including multiple dogs over 100 pounds at one time). These pack hikes have proven to be physically, mentally, and socially enriching for my doggy clients, especially recurrent pack hikers. They love the new sights, new smells, and playtime with other dogs. I am a flexible, full-time sitter, and I am currently available any day of the week for one-time or recurrent dog walking/hiking, drop-in visits, or overnight house-sitting until slots begin to fill up! For walks and hikes, I always bring plenty of water for myself and the dogs along with other necessities including waste bags, a first-aid kit, and, if needed, paw protection. When caring for pets in their own homes, I work with pet parents to try to keep their pets' routines as consistent as possible, adding in walks and playtimes as needed, to ensure they are just as comfortable as when their parents are home. I have two cats and a dog of my own, so I do not typically offer care in my home.

About: I have grown up with all kinds of animals: dogs, cats, horses, fish, hamsters, ferrets, guinea pigs - honestly, you name the animal and I have more than likely had it at one point in my life. I've been pet sitting through Rover since 2018 and have loved every second of it! **Note**: I lived in Australia/New Zealand for 2.5 years and took a long hiatus from Rover. However, while I was there I dog sat a few times for friends and even took care of 2 young Highland cows! It has been amazing developing countless relationships with so many families and their fur children. This includes dogs of all ages, from rambunctious pups to lovably grumpy senior dogs! In the past, I enjoyed helping care for my family's dogs, Otto, a lovable German Shepard, and Nubbins, a feisty dachshund. I would also look after friends' dogs - walking them/feeding them/etc. My skills include long-distance stick/ball throwing, medication administration, professional belly rubs, long walks at the dog park, as well as providing plenty of love and attention. I teach English online and make my own schedule so I am very flexible and free to pet sit when and where I want. Since I work from home, I will be able to hang out with your pet lots! First of all, I want to spend time with your pet(s)! I prefer not to leave them alone for an extended period, no more than 3-4 hours, so rest assured - they will receive lots of attention! While caring for your pet(s) in your home, I will keep a close eye on them so no mischief ensues! I will closely follow whatever guidelines/safety precautions you set forth and typically adhere to. Please let me know if you crate your pet when you leave or if they're free to roam while you're away.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs from the moment I can remember. I grew up with my mom being a dog walker and going with her to every house to help her. Not only that but we’d watch tons in our own home while the owners were home on top of having two of our own forever. Once I moved to college I began doing it on my own for a bit. Dogs have been the biggest part of my life and I have two amazing pups that live their best lives with me and my husband. I am currently a part time nanny and have tons of time on my hands to walk and play with pups, something I really enjoy! Wether it’s in the yard or going for a stroll your pup and I will enjoy it! I’ve been with all kinds of dogs and understand they are all different and have different needs.
