We have a goldendoodle, and a Great Pyrenees.I've been around many dogs(all breeds) and I've cared for them as well. I believe in caring for pets just like they are my own. I love spending time with them,playing, and just giving them the unconditional TLC(tender loving care) that every animal deserves. I've had experience with giving dogs medication on a time schedule, walking and running, overnight stays, keeping shoes on pets where they did not scratch the owners floors,and mostly making sure pets are safe at all times and that they have plenty of food and water available. About: I’ve taken care of dogs ever since I was 11. I have a yellow lab and love her to death. I love taking her to the park, creek, and walks all the time. I am look for a easy summer job and something fun before I go off to college. I do have experience with taking care of other animals as well. I watch my sisters poodle very frequently, and dog sit when my friends are out of town. I currently do not have a job so I’m free everyday mostly. I am always looking to build connections within my town and my favorite way to do that is through animals! I am happily married with a beautiful daughter, and we currently have 3 dogs and 3 cats. I also foster dogs from time to time! (We currently do NOT have any fosters, but I will be sure to update or inform you if that changes). I have had pets for all of my life, all varying from pocket pets all the way to large animal. My number one priority is the happiness and safety of your pets and I have no breed restrictions, but I do ask that you notify me ahead of time if your pet has any quirks or behavioral issues that would require additional time or care. I can also provide grooming services! I have 10 years of experience as a veterinary nurse where I have gained an abundance of knowledge in medical care and animal husbandry. I have rescued, bottle fed, and helped to place multiple pets in their forever homes. I would love to create a custom plan for your pup(s) as I understand the importance of making them comfortable and keeping them on a schedule that works for everyone, so please send me a brief message when you reach out to book giving me a general idea of what your needs are and a little info on your pup so I can get to know them. I am currently available any day during the week at most times of the day, however I do have an elementary school aged child that will require me to pick her up in the afternoons unless I have arranged ahead of time for alternate childcare, which is why I ask for at least a day's notice for booking, but I can usually work in same day pets as well. Having a new person entering the home can be stressful to some pets, so I always make sure to have treats and a calm demeanor when meeting new friends. I am confident in my ability to read body language and help your pet feel the most comfortable when in my care. **Boarding** (Currently very small scale as we are still setting up our boarding area) I understand that every fur baby is different and I want to insure all of the pups are as relaxed as possible. I keep our pups separated from new friends until I know for sure your pup and ours are comfortable enough for interaction. I have a fully fenced yard with a doggy door so they can come and go as they please, as long as the weather is nice. **House-sitting** I am only available on the weekends due to having a child I must get to school during the week, but I am available on the weekends when someone else can be home with her. I will happily stay at your house and take care of your pets and your home. You won't even be able to tell I was there!

About: I have three pups of my own, (Roosevelt, 6 year old border collie, Sadie B, 5 year old dalmatian mix, and Chewbacca, 1 year old Carolina dog.) They are all rescues. I adore them, they are my babies. I would have many more if I had a farm and could talk my husband into it. I visit dog shelters regularly and become familiar with all the pups. About: I’ve worked with dogs and cats the last 7 years. In a boarding and clinic environment. I have experience with every size dog and cat as well as medicine administration (oral or injection). I’m usually home with my fur babies unless I have to run errands. I might be gone up to 4 hours. When boarders are in my home I try to stay with them more until comfortable. Then if they are social can introduce my pack and slowly meet one by one. Eventually everyone will be able to be out and play. I have a fenced in front yard and fur babies to play with your pets. We have a variety of temperaments and ages, based on your pups body language I would probably have the right fit for them :) or they can also have alone time and be rotated out to avoid other dogs. I crate all my dogs at night before bed. I have cameras around my yard and outside the house for security as well.

About: Hi, I'm Marissa! I'm one of those people who, before I came out of my shell, spent more time with animals than people. Sometimes I still do. I've had dogs and cats all my life, and also rode horses starting just before I was 4. I have 7 years of experience on Rover and another 2 independently dog walking and sitting before that. I’ve cared for many kinds of dogs and cats, fish, turtles, donkeys, a family of racoons, and more. And I have a lot of experience caring for older animals and animals with medical conditions. I also used to volunteer with my mom transporting rescue dogs with Echo Dog White German Shepherd rescue. I am a homebody for the most part, so once I'm there I'm probably not going anywhere. My capital W Work is writing - I'm 13 years into an elven magic realism epic screenplay/novel series, it is my passion project and pet/housesitting gives me the time to tend to that vision, and fur babies to keep me company! Walking and playing with them keeps me active and in my beloved nature. It is a great joy to give people peace of mind while they travel, knowing their home and furbabies are in good hands. I know how stressful it can be - I was born in the Northeast and then moved to Nashville when I was 12 so my mom and I would drive up there to visit family, but we would often bring our dog and cats with us on that 13 hr ride because we didn’t have anyone we trusted to watch them. My clients relaxing, knowing that they can have fun or do what needs doing and that their fur babies are taken care of at home - that is priceless and never gets old.
