My neighbor offered to board Schatzi (mini-Schnauzer) for a day while I was having outpatient surgery. Heather and her husband are a charming couple with 2 large dogs who got along well with my 14-month-old feisty little dog. I was enjoying talking with Heather and her family so much I lost track of time and saw that 45 minutes passed. A couple of days later I told my neighbor that I was going to board Schatzi with Heather since I wasn't sure how Schatzi would get along with her large cat. The photo updates helped alleviate the stress of being in the hospital. Heather seemed to enjoy being with Schatzi so much that I even thought about renting him out. Just kidding!”

We already have three dogs, and we both (My wife and I) work from home! We would have the same routine as our day to day. Draco and Bronco love being outside so they chill there most of the day, if the weather permits. Lula can usually be found at her mother’s feet. They all sleep inside, cozy in their beds, or ours. If they have to be inside because of weather, they just lay around throughout the house.

About: Craig and I have had a dogs since age ten. As an adults, we have continued to always have a dog (Spike, 7 lb). We also foster for Bonaparte's Retreat, 42 dogs and counting over the past 22 years. We have fostered special needs (blind, deaf, surgery recovery, special medical needs: pill schedule. We only take small/med breeds. Never more than 2-3 dogs at one time. We like them to have plenty of individual care and attention. They have the run of the house. We are retired and home with our pet guests. We have 5 acres for long walks and a large fenced in back yard. We even have a ramp for pups with issues going up/down stairs to the back yard. Staying with us is like going to Gramma's for the weekend. (some even choose share our bed at night, and that is ok) Available 7 days a week, we are retired. Enjoy walks, play time in the secured/fenced yard. We enjoy time on the porch on nice days barking at the squirrels and having treats. Pet sitting in our home. We have a 14 year old boy, 7 lbs, Spike. We have 5 acres for long walks, stairs and a ramp for pets to get to the fenced back yard area. We are retired and home with our pet guests during their stay. They have the run of the house just like they would at your home. Sleeping in pet bed or our bed with us if they prefer.

About: I grew up on a farm most my life. I have taken care of all kinds of animals. From dogs and cats, to cows and bunnies. I was in FFA all through high school and I focused a lot of time on animals. I watched the neighbors animals for 3 years. I can do just about anything you need me to do. I am currently a stay at home mom with a lot of time on my hands. I am home all day every day pretty much. I’m also working to become a vet tech. In my home I have extra stuff for dogs and I also have two crates if they need to be pinned up and I also have lots of treats for good behavior. In your home I can do whatever you need me to do with your pet.
About: I have always had a deep passion for animals, which began in childhood when I was thrilled to be old enough to walk my grandparents’ dogs. For the past four years, I’ve also had the joy of being a cat mom, which has further strengthened my appreciation for the love and care that pets bring into our lives. About: I was raised on a ranch so I've been exposed to all kind of care. I've also worked in pet boarding. I know how to do basic care to administering insulin. I also can take care of reptiles, avian and aquatics I'm currently working in between part time and full time at a petstore while also saving to go to school as a vet tech. My schedule changes weekly but is normally pretty open. I can come over as often as needed to deliver the upmost and personalized care for every one of my clients. About: I have three pups of my own, (Roosevelt, 6 year old border collie, Sadie B, 5 year old dalmatian mix, and Chewbacca, 1 year old Carolina dog.) They are all rescues. I adore them, they are my babies. I would have many more if I had a farm and could talk my husband into it. I visit dog shelters regularly and become familiar with all the pups. About: We currently have 3 dogs and they are very much considered family in my household, and always have been. They truly are man's best friend. We already have three dogs, and we both (My wife and I) work from home! We would have the same routine as our day to day. Draco and Bronco love being outside so they chill there most of the day, if the weather permits. Lula can usually be found at her mother’s feet. They all sleep inside, cozy in their beds, or ours. If they have to be inside because of weather, they just lay around throughout the house.

About: I grew up with family pets, and adopted two of my own pups since living in Tennessee. When I lived in an apartment complex, all of us pet parents were very close and were constantly co-parenting dogs of many breeds, sizes, ages, temperaments, and needs. I’ve never met a canine-stranger! The two of us (humans) now live in our wonderful home at the end of a quiet street with a fenced-in backyard. I am almost always home, so there is very little downtime. I hope your pups love to romp around and/or cozy up by the fire this season! I work a hybrid-remote schedule during the week, and am home most weekends. Besides work, I have very few obligations and activities that take up time, so the pups really get a ton of attention. I have a fenced-in backyard and live at the end of a quiet street. The neighborhood is safe and walk-able, so we can stroll around if needed to change up the scenery. There are no children in the home, and the only animals are two dogs - a 7 year old female and a 4 year old male. They love play time as much as snuggle time. They are not crated anymore, but I crate-trained them growing up so I am very comfortable doing so if your pup requires it. Food and toy time are always supervised.
