“I was incredibly nervous as this was the first time I have ever used a pet sitter, but my anxiety disappeared the moment I met David. He was fantastic from start to finish. He came over a few days before the appointment to meet Gracie and for us all to get acquainted, which put both me and my pup at ease. When the actual pet sitting day arrived, he was prompt, professional, and incredibly considerate. He sent multiple photo updates throughout his visit, which absolutely made my day and let me know Gracie was in great hands. It’s safe to say Gracie has found a new BFF! This dog mom is thrilled to have found such a reliable, caring person to stay with her baby when I need to be away from the house for an extended period of time. I highly recommend his services and will definitely be booking him again!”

“DeAnna provided excellent care to our dog, Guinea pig, and chickens! From the start she was a great communicator and we felt at ease being gone from our critters. Our dog got lots of walks and play time. We highly recommend DeAnna!”

“Amira did a great job watching our pets and the house for 3 days while we were out of town. She is very friendly and personable. Great communication during the entire trip. Sent pics of the animals every day. We couldn't have asked for more. Thanks Amira!”

“Jackson was wonderful with my young Jack Russell. In addition, he treated my home well while staying for a week and was very clean. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a dog sitter or a house stay!”

“Our pups had a great weekend with Sydney! Thank you for taking such great care of our house and pets, and for all the pictures! 10/10 would recommend, and we will I’ll be seeing you soon!”

About: I have taken care of animals my whole life! From chickens to horses to goats to geese to cats and dogs! I’m here for it all. I will walk, feed, clean up after, brush, bathe, and if necessary, administer meds to your pets. I can just hang out and play with them too, if that’s what you’d like. My job is to make sure your pet feels safe and loved, and that you don’t have to worry about their care! This is what I do best. Regarding rates, please note: I may or may not charge more for additional critters. It really is a case-by-case basis depending on your needs and the needs of the animal. For instance, I wouldn’t charge more for another cat or two as long as there are no outstanding medical or special considerations. (Because we can agree It’s no big deal to clean out a cat box that is used by just one—or multiple—kitties.) I am currently enrolled in college locally. I’m on summer break right now. Once school starts I will be free to work and play with your pets on my off time! Of course, everything starts and ends with the wishes of the owner/guardian/pet parent and sticking to the regular routine of the animal(s) as much as possible. That being said, I PAY ATTENTION. Animals are not “things” to be ordered about. They are sensitive creatures with needs that are not that much different than our own. I love and care for each of them as if they were mine. No one gets treated like a number.

About: I started pet sitting when I moved to Nashville just for friends as a way to help out & spend time with animals without the full time commitment. I’m now an auntie to countless animals around the city and it grew into more of a part time business just from referrals & recommendations! Looking to help even more people with their pet care needs and rover seemed like a great place to grow. I also live on a farm with many animals around! I work full time as a server so my schedule is pretty flexible and has proven easy to accommodate for pet care throughout the years. I usually go to or stay at the clients home. I think animals are more comfortable with new people if their environment doesn’t change and I live on a farm with a lot of animals so it’s easier to not bring more animals home. I usually meet the clients before hand to go over all pet care needs and to meet the animals with the client present so everyone is more comfortable!
“Casey took care of our two dogs and cat for a week while we were traveling. She came to our house to meet the “boys” about a week before we left and all three of them took an instant liking to her! She stayed at our house so the boys could be in familiar surroundings and kept us in the loop with photos and texts while we were traveling so we could see what a good time they were having back at home. I will definitely ask her to pet sit again. It was a great experience for our boys and for us.”

About: I have taken care of a lot of animals. I’ve had exotic animals, cats and dogs. I’ve taken care of senior dogs while also taking care of four week old puppies I will always make sure your animals are treated as if they were my own and make sure they get all the love and attention that is needed. I’m currently only working afternoons so I am available in the morning but I can normally drop in twice a day if needed. For housesitting, I will make sure your house is clean and tidy when I leave and make sure your animal is well taken care of I will make sure your dog stays on their schedule and has adequate time outside. I will love on your fur babies and keep them safe while you are out of town.
“My two dogs loved Erin. One of them is a rescue that has extremely high anxiety, and I was shocked when she sent a pic of him snuggled up to her! That alone told me all I needed to know about Erin. We will definitely be using her again. She kept an eye on the house and it was clean despite my dog's habit of tracking in mud. She also was great to stay an extra night with our babies when I accidentally reserved the wrong dates. I highly recommend Erin.”

About: I’ve taken care of various breeds and sizes of dogs throughout my life, playing, walking, feeding, bathing and giving them the love and attention they need and deserve! I’ve grown up with various breeds of dogs and have cared for friends rescue dogs, as well. I also assisted in my parent’s chocolate lab giving birth to 8 healthy puppies in 2022 and caring for the mama and all 8 puppies! It was truly one of the highlights of my life! I am currently working from home part time and have a few meetings a week max out of the home during the week. I am available every day of the week, especially in the mornings and late afternoons/evenings on weekdays to come to your home to walk and care for your pup and fairly open on weekends! I live in a townhome with some fun open space in the loft to play and run around! I have an energetic 3 year old chocolate lab who loves to play and is very friendly and loving (loves to play fetch and often gets the zoomies). She is great playing with other dogs and I’ve never known her to be aggressive with other humans or dogs. I have a crate available if you prefer for your fur baby to be crated during the night or at any time. I don’t have a fenced in yard, but have safe walking paths around where I live and walk my own pup! I am also available to come to your own home to care for your pup, take them on walks, play around, get some good love and attention! I am also available for overnights with your pet if you prefer them staying in your own home or residence.
“Lydia was absolutely wonderful! She provided both house sitting and dog sitting for us, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was incredibly attentive and super communicative, providing us with regular updates and photos that showed just how much fun the dogs were having. It’s clear they had a total blast with her! We were also impressed by her reliability—when unexpected below-freezing temperatures hit, Lydia went above and beyond to make sure the house was well-kept and everything stayed safe and warm. We are so thankful to have found someone so responsible and caring. We already plan on booking Lydia for all our future needs and highly recommend her!”

“Best dog sitter. He does a great job watching our pups as considerate to our house and also does consistent updates with photos when we have booked with him which we have now multiple times. He even leaves calming music on for them if he has to leave the house. Highly recommend.”

“Grace took excellent care of our home and dog! The house was in the same condition as we left it and our dog seemed happy. We will be using her service again in the future.”

“Kai is amazing. He was attentive and caring with our babies. He gave them lots of love & snuggles. We will def be using him for our travel out of town. 100% recommend Kai! He sent us lots of pictures and daily multiple updates.”
