About: I have always been an animal lover and have grown up with dogs in my home. Neighbors, family and teachers/professors have relied on me to walk, feed and tire out their pets when they are out of town or gone for long periods of time. I have 2 dogs of my own and know how easy it is to worry about if they are okay when they are home for long durations of time without a check in or walk. I'm available after 3:30 Monday through Friday and anytime on Saturday and Sundays. Can also be available for lunch breaks on Monday, Thursday and Friday if needed. Depending on what the dog owners are comfortable with and if the space permits, I love to play in fenced in backyards to tire out fur babies (fetch, tug of war, chase, etc). About: I love dogs and have taken care of them all my life! I recently lost my companion of 12 years in April 2026, Finley, who passed onto the rainbow bridge due to old age. Finley was a 120lb gentle giant, so I am highly experienced with large breeds and dogs of all sizes. About: I have been volunteering at a dog shelter for the past 4 years and it has been wonderful, I got to indulge myself in the love and care for dogs, cats and other animals and i got to understand the love and attention they need. It made me realize how amazing animals are to us. I also eventually dog sit for multiple people, and dog walk around my neighborhood. About: I have 4 dogs that are my kids. I am a stay at home dog mom. Your dog will be my dog while in my care. 3 are small and 1 medium sized. They are all fixed, UTD on shots and heart worm. All adopted from different states and shelters. They are between the ages of 10 and 12. They are only crated if I go out for an extended period of time. We live on a half acre, fully fenced back yard (5 ft aluminum with puppy pickets). They can get on the furniture if they want and I have dog beds throughout the house. My dogs get on very well with other dogs, and are accustomed to other dogs coming into the house. Over the last couple of years I have hosted numerous dogs of different breeds, ages and sizes. I have numerous repeat customers. I also have other apps that I use for sitting, and do privately. I have fostered various dogs for Big Fluffy Dog Rescue in the past and I have helped and run adoption events at Petco for about a year for Simpson County Animal Shelter/Friends of the Shelter in Franklin KY. I am a stay at home dog mom. I can pet sit any time of the day or week, for just a few hours, a day or overnights. I only leave the house to go to the store or run a few errands. Typically not out for extended periods. If I am dog sitting, I prefer to be at home as often as possible. I am always around my dogs. I have dog beds in all areas of the house. I keep an eye on them when they go outside. I play with them regularly. About: I have taken care of animals most of my life i am new the Rover community but I do have kennel technician experience and dog bather experience along with drop by visits. I do have to walk or be driven by my mother since I don't have a license and or car because I have epilepsy and hydrocephalus. My capital W Work is writing - I'm 13 years into an elven magic realism epic screenplay/novel series, it is my passion project and pet/housesitting gives me the time to tend to that vision, and fur babies to keep me company! Walking and playing with them keeps me active and in my beloved nature. It is a great joy to give people peace of mind while they travel, knowing their home and furbabies are in good hands. I know how stressful it can be - I was born in the Northeast and then moved to Nashville when I was 12 so my mom and I would drive up there to visit family, but we would often bring our dog and cats with us on that 13 hr ride because we didn’t have anyone we trusted to watch them. About: I’v taken care of dogs since I was old enough to be responsible for them, around age 12.
