“Steve cared for our dog Aspen on one of the coldest days of the year. His kindness and attention to detail gave us peace of mind while we were traveling, because we knew Aspen was receiving great care.”

“Really glad that my first experience using this service was so good, thank you Savannah! My dog really felt comfortable with her and she really made extra effort that I was confident he was well taken care of. Great communication!”

“Coco has been incredible with our two dogs! One of which doesn’t love other people and in just two weeks he has warmed up to her. She is kind, calm, dependable and professional! We are so lucky to have her help us out!”

“HUGE thanks to Michele for being able to come over on such short notice to let my pup out during the day!! I have used Michele a handful of times, and I can't say enough wonderful things about her and her family. Thanks again, Michele! :)”

“Most importantly, Michelle cares for my puppy, Ollie, as if he were her own and I feel fortunate to have her taking care of him! She is reliable, trustworthy, and lets me know how he’s doing during her visits. Ollie thinks he has two dog moms and that’s wonderful!”

“Lauren was great at taking pictures and updating us on little details of how our dog was. She spent time with her and did an amazing job. I will use her in the future!!”

“Laela P. is a blessing to have as a doggie caregiver. My Cane Corso Jollene is a big girl and Laela handles her with ease. Jollene is very happy to have Laela drop-in on her two times a day. I feel relaxed knowing Jollene is being cared for by a professional.”

“I don’t have the most user friendly dog. She is scared of strangers and slow to warm. She is a boxer pit and can be intimidating. I am always nervous about her with strangers. She was rescued from a bad bad situation and has come so far from when we got her. Amelia was amazingly patient and genuine with her. She sent me a picture and Annie looked so relaxed with her! I am definitely rebooking with them because they are so great with my big little scaredy-cat dog!”

About: I had a dog for 10 years, helping with training like sit and shake, all the way to helping my dog as a senior. I frequently volunteer on KC Pet Project animal shelter where I have given dogs of all sizes dog day outs! I know how to handle a very excited pup all the way to a mellowed out dog! I am very patient with all animals and love giving them the attention that they need. While my own dog was going through cancer in his final months I took him to all his vet appointments, kept on top of all his medicine and physical care. I am currently a college student at the University of Kansas. My class schedule allows me to visit/walk your furry friends starting at 10:30 in the morning all the way to the late hours of the night! Helping your pet will allow me and your pup to get the exercise and fresh air that we both need. With my class schedule I can ensure your pet will walk in the morning before it becomes too hot and drop in any time of the day. I will make it a priority to visit your pet 3-5 times a day. Providing them with walks, playtime, snuggles and food. I will ensure safety for your pet by taking them out regularly, making sure their water bowl is replenished and hopefully keeping them a happy dog while the client is away! If your pet is a senior dog I have experience with administering oral pills for your pup, applying cream, eye drops, or any other kind of medication. If you pet is a pup I can provide safety from other dogs to reduce the risk of harm to your pup and the other pooch.

“Elyea was wonderful with our three dogs! We have an old grumpy dog, and a dog with a bit of anxiety - she handled it all with ease. We got an update and pics with each visit which was reassuring for us while we were away. We will definitely be using Elyea again and would HIGHLY recommend her to care for your pets!”

About: With experience in veterinary medicine, I’ve learned how to care for pets who need extra attention and a gentle touch. I’m confident, compassionate, and skilled at handling even the most sensitive furry friends. Whether it’s playtime, cuddles, or extra care, I’m here to make sure they feel safe and loved while you’re away. I even have fish that many pets enjoy watching—it’s a little extra entertainment to help them feel relaxed and engaged while you're away

About: I’ve taken care of dogs ever since I can remember, owned them from a young age, and helped my grandma take care of her many pets. I’ve been lucky enough to help take care of family members, neighbors, and friends animals, and I would be so excited to get the chance to meet yours! I have a very flexible schedule, I do work another job at fortune wok but it is very flexible if scheduled even a day or two in advance. I try to be as respectful as possible to the space and keep the dog entertained in a confined area wether that be in the backyard or living room. And other then that I do the best I can to have fun with the dog and have it enjoy it’s time.

About: Animals have always had an extremely special place in my heart. Ever since I was a kid I’ve helped care for my family’s own pets: feeding them, caring for their health, giving baths, taking them outside and on walks, and pretty much anything else having a pet entails. I also am in the process of beginning volunteering with the cats and dogs at Lawrence Humane Society! I am a full-time student, but I am available whenever I am not busy with classes. I also have a few volunteering shifts throughout each week that I need to work around, and a job (that I will be done with next month). I provide them with food and water, clean up their litter, play with them, take the dogs on walks, and show all the animals lots of love! I am also flexible and open to doing whatever I am able to.

“Carissa did a wonderful job watching my two cats. She is a great communicator and is obviously very knowledgeable about cat care. My cats received lots of play-time and even got brushed! Highly recommended!”

About: I’m a lifelong animal lover with years of hands-on experience caring for both cats and dogs. Whether your pet loves cuddles, playtime, or peaceful walks, I adjust to their needs with patience and genuine care. I’ll always treat your furry friend like family and keep you updated every step of the way. Pet care is a part of my everyday life—I care for my two cats daily, so feeding, cleaning, playtime, and attention are already built into my routine. I work on a flexible schedule, which allows me to plan visits and drop-ins throughout the day without rushing. Whether it’s a quick litter check or a longer visit with cuddles and enrichment, I enjoy making time for animals and giving them the care they deserve. I provide care in my client’s home to make sure pets stay comfortable in their familiar environment. I follow any specific instructions you provide—whether that’s feeding, playtime, litter box cleaning, or administering medications. I always approach pets calmly and respectfully, especially if they’re shy or need time to warm up. I’m happy to send regular updates and photos so you feel reassured while you’re away.
