About: I have taken care of dogs, and other animals since I was little. I grew up on a farm and currently have 2 pups of my own. I have been a reliable resource for friends and family when it comes to caring for their pets. I’m typically free Monday morning-early afternoons, Wednesday mornings, Thursday afternoon-evenings, and Friday-Sunday all day. I am building up my caseload as a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist right now, and can’t sit still! Looking for extra dogs to add to my daily routine walks. I will be very respectful of your home, happy to clean up any accidents/messes your pup may have made, and always double check I have locked the doors and left your home as I found it.

About: I have been taking care of animals since I was a very little girl. I love all types of animals and my children and I would do anything to provide for any animal. I am a busy mom with a full time job, that being said us moms have super powers so I can make pretty much anything fit into my schedule. The workweek I would be available for early mornings and evenings but the weekends are open and flexible. I have a big backyard and a lovable shitzu and lab to keep your animal company. About: Hey there! My name is Jessica, I’m am a veterinary technician. I know there is often pets needing last minute stays and care, and we will do our best to provide that! Being a vet tech I am very qualified and experienced to take care dogs and cats with health issues that may require more care. I have a dog/s of my own that requires twice a day medication, as well as cats. I work full time Monday-Friday but have a lunch hour to let out dogs. I will provide daily updates and photos so you know your pets are being well taken care of. Your pets will be treated as one of my own! One less thing to worry about while you are away! I work full time at a veterinary clinic. I am able to let pets out on my lunch hour and right after work. I am home mostly all day on the weekends we have available. Your dog will be treated as part of the family in my home. We have extra dog beds and toys available, if a crate is needed please let us know ahead of time or you are more than welcome to bring one. We have a PARTIALLY fenced in yard so all walks will be ON LEASH ONLY.

About: I have been responsible for the care of the dogs in my home since I was a little boy. Dogs have always been present in my household, both as a child and an adult. I have always believed that dogs are members of a family and I treat them accordingly. Pet care is a perfect way for me to get exercise and enjoy the company of animals on afternoons/evenings or weekends. My dog is 14 years old and no longer able/capable (or interested) in walks of any considerable distance. Caring for your dog would be the perfect opportunity for me to get exercise, teach my kids responsibility, and keep my kids off of the screens/video games. I can offer short duration stays in my home. My elderly dog will be separated from your pet so she isn't overwhelmed. In the future, I may entertain overnight stays on a case by case basis dependent on your pets temperament. In your home, I will prioritize being respectful of your space and will leave your property in the same condition I found it in. I am prepared and capable to clean up pet-related messes identified upon arrival.

About: Hi, I’m Sarah! I’m 18 years old and have loved animals for as long as I can remember. I grew up with both dogs and cats and currently have four dogs of my own, so caring for pets has always been a huge part of my life. I currently work at a dog daycare in Lawrence, where I care for dogs of all sizes, breeds, ages, and personalities. My job includes supervising playgroups, feeding, giving medications, monitoring behavior, and making sure every dog is safe and happy. Working with so many different dogs has taught me how important it is to treat every pet as an individual. I’m also very comfortable caring for cats. Whether your cat is outgoing and social or prefers their own space. I recently graduated high school and will be attending JCCC this fall to start my pre veterinary studies. About: Growing up I was never without a pet. We always had cats and dogs. I have helped care for pets since I was a little girl and often watched animals for family friends. I had my very first dog at 18 who turned out to be deaf. Taking care of him was not easy but so worth all the love we shared. Sadly he passed away from Cancer in 2013. I live a few blocks from the Eudora Elementary school and love walking the trail that goes behind it. I find joy in watching my own animals run and play. I treat all animals as if they were my own children. I currently work through the week but I am looking to grow my clients through Rover so I may watch animals full time as I absolutely love them! Right now I am available in the early afternoon/evening and most weekends to do check-ins. I currently work from home and can do doggy day care or boarding through the week and your pet will not be left alone. I hope to be able to watch animals full time eventually. I am married and have a 7 year old son. My husband and son share in my love for animals. We have 2 cats and 2 dogs who are super spoiled just like our son. We love to play and cuddle as a family. About: I’ve never known a time during my life when I didn’t have a pet. My family had several dogs and I even owned some exotic pets. My current doggo is Kali, a five year old Bernedoodle. As somebody who is highly empathetic by nature, I connect really easily with animals. For this reason, family and friends always trusted me to take care of their loved fur friends. I work well with young to old pets, and am accustomed to very gentle training and care with lots of love. This is my full time gig. I’m autistic, so being around animals is both therapeutic and what I enjoy as I find it to be much less stress inducing than work that requires socialization. I also have a special connection with animals as I’m a very empathetic person and read energies well. I have a yard and a friendly, trained bernedoodle that works very well with other dogs. She’s been in training and daycare since she was a puppy. Your pets are more than welcome to have a playmate if they’re friendly as well. I also have a large crate if your pet needs kenneled. I give pets constant attention and honestly spoil them, so to me they are just another family member.

Terra was so flexible when we had to make some last minute changes to her care schedule due to our kitty, Nickel, coming down with a UTI the morning we were leaving for vacation. Terra proceeded to take such great care of Nickel. She kept us regularly updated about how Nickel was doing, and sent pictures, which were so comforting to see. Nickel was not so sure about taking his meds from a new person, but Terra did a great job working with him and trying different strategies to help him. All-in-all, Terra went above and beyond in so many ways, and we feel so fortunate that our little guy was in her care. We definitely highly recommend, Terra!”

It can also be a little nerve wracking to let a stranger into the house. But Ashlyn made me feel so at ease knowing she was coming to see my cats. She arrived on time every single day. Never left a second early. She made sure to send me pictures, which I loved and made me feel confident that my cats were being cared for. I was able to enjoy my vacation and not have to check in with her everyday to ensure she was doing what needed to be done. When I got home, the house was just as we’d left it.
