About: I grew up on the family farm surrounded by dogs and cats and all kinds of animals - caring for them was part of my life. That lifelong connection led me to volunteer at a local dog and cat shelter where I've gained even more experience with pets of all temperaments and needs. I treat every animal like a family and I willl give your pet loving care whether it's for a quick walk or an overnight stay. I have a very flexible schedule so I can fully prioritize pet care. My days naturally revolve around the animals I am caring for and I enjoy creating routine that suits their needs. My home, farm in the woods, is a dog paradise where they can relax, go for walks or play. In client's home, I'm respectful of their space and routines, I communicate with the owner, send updates and make sure the pet has all my attention.
About: Located just 10 minutes west of the Legends of Kansas City, your fur-baby will get the TLC that you’d provide in your own home. Plenty of attention and room to run! I currently work some evenings and weekends in order to homeschool during the day so we are home often. I will be clear about availability during bookings. My family is fur-baby friendly with 4 goats, a flock of chickens, two sweet puppies, and a cat currently. During bookings my two dogs (one is an outdoor farm dog) and cat will be kept separate to ensure the safety and comfort of all. Any medical, training, attention, and care needs will be accommodated as requested by the owner.
“This was my dog’s second day of Rover Daycare at Savannah’s home in Lawrence. We were visiting from out of town. When we arrived at her residence, Savannah’s husband came out to greet us in their front yard. My 10 year old senior dog was so excited to be there! He wagged his tail and eagerly ran up to him with a big smile! I knew that he would enjoy the day! I received a cute photo of my dog and their dog together with messages that my dog was doing great! Cody was relaxed and content when I picked him up! I will bring Cody back to daycare with Savannah whenever needed, when we are in the area! Savannah and her husband are totally awesome! About: Hello fellow pet parents! We are a family of 5, with kids over the age of 7. We also have two adorable labs, Wrangler (chocolate lab) and Nova (yellow lab). We love being outdoors, camping, swimming, and working in the yard. We treat our pets like family members. They enjoy lounging on the couch or bed, but also get plenty of time to play fetch outside. I work full-time from home Mon-Fri. Jeff (husband) works full-time outside of the home. Our pups “work” with me by napping in my office. I have the flexibility in my schedule for potty breaks and playing fetch during the day. Our kids are school age with busy schedules of sports and activities. We live just outside city limits, easily accessible to the main road. We have just under 1 acres and have a large fenced in yard. Our pups get plenty of outside time each day. About: I have been working in veterinary medicine since I was a freshman in high school. In high school I worked as as kennel technician caring for boarding and hospitalized patients for four years. Upon graduation of high school I went to veterinary technician school, where I graduated as a veterinarian technician. I have three labrador retrievers. I have grown up around animals and they are my passion. I've worked with mice all the way up to horses. Since I am a technician I am able and comfortable with giving medication of any kind (injections, oral medications, eye medications, and topicals). Also I do not have trouble with the gross messes animals can leave behind. I also recently started my own dog training business as a certified trainer, RES Labradors & Training LLC. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me. I am currently a stay at home mom so my schedule is pretty open and flexible for caring for any pets during the morning and most evenings I have three dog friendly labradors, but they can be kenneled while pet sitting. About: I have had dogs in my home for almost my whole life. I have a pug, golden retriever, and a mutt that are all a couple years apart in age. I don’t like to do this, but if your pups are able to be home for about 6-8, then this would be a great fit! Obviously I wouldn’t work every day of the week, so I will be available to give them my full attention. Your pups are my priority and I wouldn’t want them to feel uncomfortable with my wack work schedule in any way. My shifts will either be 6-2 or 2-9, or shorter.
