About: I grew up on the family farm surrounded by dogs and cats and all kinds of animals - caring for them was part of my life. That lifelong connection led me to volunteer at a local dog and cat shelter where I've gained even more experience with pets of all temperaments and needs. I treat every animal like a family and I willl give your pet loving care whether it's for a quick walk or an overnight stay. I have a very flexible schedule so I can fully prioritize pet care. My days naturally revolve around the animals I am caring for and I enjoy creating routine that suits their needs. My home, farm in the woods, is a dog paradise where they can relax, go for walks or play. In client's home, I'm respectful of their space and routines, I communicate with the owner, send updates and make sure the pet has all my attention.

About: Located just 10 minutes west of the Legends of Kansas City, your fur-baby will get the TLC that you’d provide in your own home. Plenty of attention and room to run! I currently work some evenings and weekends in order to homeschool during the day so we are home often. I will be clear about availability during bookings. My family is fur-baby friendly with 4 goats, a flock of chickens, two sweet puppies, and a cat currently. During bookings my two dogs (one is an outdoor farm dog) and cat will be kept separate to ensure the safety and comfort of all. Any medical, training, attention, and care needs will be accommodated as requested by the owner.

Skip stayed with her for a week and was in heaven getting to play with her dog, getting walks, and lots of attention while we were away! About: Hello fellow pet parents! We are a family of 5, with kids over the age of 7. We also have two adorable labs, Wrangler (chocolate lab) and Nova (yellow lab). We love being outdoors, camping, swimming, and working in the yard. We treat our pets like family members. They enjoy lounging on the couch or bed, but also get plenty of time to play fetch outside. I work full-time from home Mon-Fri. Jeff (husband) works full-time outside of the home. Our pups “work” with me by napping in my office. I have the flexibility in my schedule for potty breaks and playing fetch during the day. Our kids are school age with busy schedules of sports and activities. We live just outside city limits, easily accessible to the main road. We have just under 1 acres and have a large fenced in yard. Our pups get plenty of outside time each day. We have neighbors on each side who have other dogs, chickens and peacocks 🦚.

“We knew we were going to be happy with leaving our Stella at Josh’s house, just from the meet and greet we had with him. His home is in a country setting and there is a huge fenced yard for the dogs to play in. Josh sent us several pictures during the day of Stella playing with the other dogs, and we could tell she was having a great time! His hours are much more flexible than the boarding place we have used before. When we got Stella home, she was totally worn out from playing so much. We will definitely be bringing Stella back to Josh’s for day care and boarding!!”

About: I have worked with and had animals my entire life. From reptiles to cats and dogs I have worked with many different kinds of animals old and young. I adore training puppies and have had a lot of experience with senior dogs, dogs with incontinence, and other health issues. Your pets safety and well being is of upmost importance to me. My current work schedule is 6am-2pm Mon-Fri with a short break around 9am where I have time to run home and let my dog out. Your pets safety and well being is my main priority. I try to stick to a strict schedule of feeding times and walkies. I have a spacious home with a fenced in back yard. I have a kennel that can be put up for any pups that require a kennel as well as a spare room that can be a safe space for any animal that doesn’t care to socialize with the rest of my animals.

About: I grew up with dogs and cats, took care of them and have a great passion for animals. I’ve had my own pets since 2007 (2 cats and a dog). Since 2020 I have fostered animals for a local shelter including dogs, puppies as young as 6 months, and kittens as young as 5 weeks. I have basic experience in dog training. I’m currently working on a part-time contract basis so my schedule is very flexible and I would love to help you care for your pet(s). I am available daily with a set schedule to accommodate your needs. I am an experienced foster of dogs and kittens. I have a dedicated space (spare bedroom) to keep any animals separate from mine, but if they are dog and cat friendly they could be free roaming in the house when I am home. I have a cable for supervised potty time in the yard. I am experienced with crate training. I am clean and professional, respecting your space and routines in your home.

About: I have had dogs in my home for almost my whole life. I have a pug, golden retriever, and a mutt that are all a couple years apart in age. For two years, I volunteered at a humane society where I walked and cared for dogs of all kinds. Senior, puppy, sick, I have a lot of experience and I would love to get more! I’m currently working at a golf course near Forest Lake. My schedule for work comes out weekly, so I’m unaware what my weeks look like well in advance. I don’t like to do this, but if your pups are able to be home for about 6-8, then this would be a great fit! Obviously I wouldn’t work every day of the week, so I will be available to give them my full attention. Your pups are my priority and I wouldn’t want them to feel uncomfortable with my wack work schedule in any way. My shifts will either be 6-2 or 2-9, or shorter. I prioritize respect for your space and routines. Whether your pet prefers potty breaks in a fenced yard or leashed walks, I’ll follow your preferences to keep them comfortable and safe.

“Jamie was prompt in her response to my initial inquiry and we were able to set up a meet and greet right away. Her home is lovely, clean, and has a fenced in backyard. She spoke so highly of my puppy and it really made me feel like she cared about her. She spent time training her every day and adhered to the schedule I provided for structure. She set up play dates to socialize my puppy as she doesn’t have any pets in her home. She went above and beyond training on concepts I hadn’t introduced to my puppy yet. She was thorough in our initial meet and even recapped with me at the end of the week. Her daily recaps shared so much info about my puppies day and I loved hearing about everything they did together and how much she enjoyed her time with my puppy. Jamie is a stellar caregiver, accommodating of my schedule, loving towards my puppy, and great with communication.”
