“We were pretty nervous about having someone in our home to take care of our pets, and have always relied on boarding with out vet, in the past. Shanelle is the first person who we have ever had housesit with our pets. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats. We have had her stay 2 or 3 times, and one time for over a week. She is wonderful! She is the sweetest, kindest person, and really seems to care about our home and our pets. Her fiance helps her from time to time and he is also very nice and reliable. Besides doing everything that was expected, she also made sure our newly planted grass was watered every day, and took our 9 month old puppy to her own home for a playdate with her own dogs. Our house was clean and in perfect order when we got home. We can't thank Shanelle enough for such a great experience, and we highly recommend her! We will have her stay again, for sure!”

About: I have been taking care of animals since I was a very little girl. I love all types of animals and my children and I would do anything to provide for any animal. I am a busy mom with a full time job, that being said us moms have super powers so I can make pretty much anything fit into my schedule. The workweek I would be available for early mornings and evenings but the weekends are open and flexible. I have a big backyard and a lovable shitzu and lab to keep your animal company. I enjoy taking walks and getting exercise and playing inside or outside.

As an Animal Science student, I have hands-on experience working with animals, giving me a deeper understanding of animal behavior, health, and proper care. I can follow feeding schedules, administer basic medications, and provide plenty of exercise, playtime, and affection. I also keep owners updated with photos and messages so you always know your pet is in good hands. I’m not working this summer, so I have a very open and flexible schedule to dedicate to pet care. I’m available Monday through Sunday for walks, drop-ins, sitting, and boarding, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings. This allows me to give your pet plenty of attention, exercise, and consistent care throughout the day. I’m also flexible with last minute bookings and can easily adjust to your pet’s routine. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. While I don’t have a fenced yard, I make sure all outdoor time is supervised and dogs are always on a leash to ensure their safety. I pay close attention to each pet’s behavior and needs, and I always follow your specific instructions, including feeding schedules, medications, and routines. I provide a clean, calm, and structured environment where your pet can feel safe and relaxed. I’m experienced with dogs of different temperaments and energy levels, and I take the time to make sure they are comfortable and well cared for. Whether I’m in my home or yours, I treat every pet like my own and prioritize trust, consistency, and safety at all times.

I have an unfenced yard and therefore go on frequent walks for exercise. I can easily crate your dog if needed, and I have a large house for them to relax during downtime and cuddles.

About: I have owned pets all my life from dogs and cats to ferrets and lizards. I am currently studying animal science in pursue of a degree in veterinary medicine. I have trained puppies and volunteered at shelters so I have been exposed to lots of different dog breeds. Last summer I worked side by side with a Vet and gained lots of experience with many animals. My schedule is very flexible considering I am a college student and only work when I am home on breaks. I am working at a vet clinic and getting experience in that field. I am also available on weekends and capable of working with you to put the needs of your pet first. My dogs have a fenced in yard so during this time of year they spend a lot of time outside and playing fetch. We have crate trained them as puppies so I can accommodate to any means necessary.

I’m really good at going with the flow and can easily change my schedule to fit what a pet needs. I always do exactly what my clients ask me to do, whether it’s about feeding their pet on time, giving them medicine, or teaching them good behavior. I know how important it is to keep things consistent for pets, so I try to make their routine as comfortable and familiar as possible.

About: I’ve never known a time during my life when I didn’t have a pet. My family had several dogs and I even owned some exotic pets. My current doggo is Kali, a five year old Bernedoodle. As somebody who is highly empathetic by nature, I connect really easily with animals. For this reason, family and friends always trusted me to take care of their loved fur friends. I work well with young to old pets, and am accustomed to very gentle training and care with lots of love. This is my full time gig. I’m autistic, so being around animals is both therapeutic and what I enjoy as I find it to be much less stress inducing than work that requires socialization. I also have a special connection with animals as I’m a very empathetic person and read energies well. I have a yard and a friendly, trained bernedoodle that works very well with other dogs. She’s been in training and daycare since she was a puppy. Your pets are more than welcome to have a playmate if they’re friendly as well. I also have a large crate if your pet needs kenneled. I give pets constant attention and honestly spoil them, so to me they are just another family member.
