About: I’ve loved and been around animals since childhood. Growing up, my family had both cats and dogs. As an adult, I now have 2 cats of my own. I’m very passionate about human-animal connection. I am currently a graduate student taking night classes two days a week. This is something I’m hoping to fill my spare time with :) I view and treat animals with the same respect as I do people. About: I’ve been a dog lover my entire life and owner for the past 12 years. I know how important it is to find someone you can truly trust with them. I don’t currently have a dog of my own and I’m excited to open my home to give your dog the love, attention, and companionship they need. Since I work from home, your dog will have plenty of company throughout the day and won’t be left alone for long stretches. My goal is to make every stay feel comfortable, safe, and just like a home away from home! I work from home, so my daily routine is pretty and works really well with having a dog around. I take regular breaks throughout the day for walks, playtime, potty breaks, and some attention. About: I’ve loved and cared for animals for most of my life. I got my first dog around age 11 and have had multiple dogs over the years, along with a ferret, hamster, and fish. I’ve also helped care for family members’ dogs and cats whenever they needed someone they could trust. About: Hello!! I've always had animals in my house (dogs, cats, guinea pigs...) and I also have experience dog, cat, and house sitting back in Austin. I have big golden retriever energy and can tire out the most hyper of animals but also love a cozy night in and can love on a quieter, shy dog/cat. Overall good experience with Caitlin. My primary factor is how my dog responds and interacts with a walker. My dog seemed to be comfortable with Caitlin during the meet and greet...when I got home from my day trip he was a happy pup! Communication on the lead up and for the walk was good.

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
