About: I have been a dog owner my entire life and have always loved being around animals. I currently have two dogs who live with my parents, and while I don’t have any pets in my current apartment, I regularly care for them whenever my parents are traveling. I am also the go-to person for my friends and family when they need someone they trust to watch their dogs while they are away. I have experience caring for dogs ranging from 6 months old to 14 years old and understand that every pet has their own personality, routine, and needs. I am a very active person, so I love taking dogs on walks, playing outside, and visiting the dog park to help them stay happy and engaged. Since my own dogs don’t live with me right now, I would love the opportunity to give another pup plenty of love, attention, and snuggles while their owners are away. About: Hi! I grew up with cats and dogs, and had small animals during college (much to my dorm RA's chagrin LOL) - a hamster, gerbil, snake, and a rat. Currently my daughter and I have four wonderful cats, including an orange female that keeps us on our toes 😁, and a Betta fish. With friends and family, I am surrounded by dogs - from Chihuahua to Greyhound - and I love them all! I often pet sit and walk a variety of pawsome pups 🐾 ❤️. I'm comfortable with any type of pet (feline, canine, reptile, bird, small mammals, etc.) and would be honored to care for yours. Let's face it, pets can be better than people, and they deserve to be treated with the unconditional love they show us!! 😊 I am self-employed, and have ultimate flexibility to care for your pets on your schedule, day or night! I am available for one-off arrangements, when you are traveling, or on-going regular care. I'm especially happy to spend as much time as needed with your fur babies, to ensure they are well-loved and enriched while you are away! In my own home, I can care for caged animals, such as small mammals, reptiles, birds, or fish. They would be kept in a closed room that is off limits to our cats. About: I have been the happy sibling to Marley, a precious pug who lived to be 19 years of age. His hibernation-like lifestyle may have contributed to his long, happy life, but I think my care was definitely a factor too. During the pandemic, I finally got a copilot of my own. Earl Grey is a small chi-weenie rescue who has been such a light in my life. Dogs really bring me such joy and I would love to offer care to pups in my free time. I am a respectful, responsible, and hard-working individual. I have been pet-sitting for my friends and family for years, and would be more than happy to continue this work. I am very comfortable with all dogs. I'm also familiar with several training strategies so will not disrupt your dog's training. I do warn you though I may try to teach them to high five. 🙃 I’m currently working park time while I prepare for my phD studies next year. I’ll have plenty of time to walk and play with your pups. While my current housing does not permit me to do boarding. I’m happy to commute to a client’s home to take care of their pet. I do take my dog to dog parks for socializing quite often and gladly offer this for all pup owners too.
