We were nervous the 1st night since they had never been boarded before, but Emmeline provided lots of updates that helped reassure me they were in great hands. We booked a 2nd stay as we were going out of town for a wedding, and the girls really seem to be loving it there. She kept them fed on time, lots of pets/cuddles and play time with regular walks. Margerita was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring towards our pet. She always updated us with pictures and videos whenever I asked her. “I had Sylvia board my deaf and blind 5 month old corgi for 9 days and she was amazing. He is still not fully vaccinated so he had to be kept inside. Which can be tough with a puppy. She gave me a daily updates and was very prompt with any questions I had. Our plane on our way back was delayed and we couldn't pick our puppy up until late and she was very flexible in allowing us to get him later than usual. Our puppy was happy and healthy upon pick up. I can see he received lots of love and attention. Her home was clean and accommodated our puppy very well. She even washed our re-usable pee pads when we picked him up. I would recommend Sylvia in a heart beat to anyone. Thank you so much Sylvia! This was my first time using Rover and our puppies first time away from home and you really made us feel that he was well taken care of.”
