I’ve owned four Medium-XL rescue pups so far as well as a bearded dragon! I’m comfortable with any size or breed as I’ve helped care for chihuahuas up to Mastiffs. About: I previously worked at a Pet Care Center and have worked with the dogs that were lodging with the facility. I also am a wedding pet attendant since 2021. I am familiar with dogs needs and wants. Each dog is so unique and each have such a personality of their own which I can adapt to. I have previously had a Great Pyrenees who lived until 13 years old, I now have an adopted Labradoodle who I have had for two years and she is now 6 years old. I love to get outside with my dog and also love to cuddle up on the couch. Typically you find us outside at a park, cuddling, and working on our commands for yummy treats, I will treat your dog as if it were my own, giving it the love and compassion it needs while you are away. I know that loyalty is important when it comes to your pets! I work full-time and also some weekends; however, I am also available during the weekends for drop-ins and to stop by to walk your pup. I always have the pets best interest in mind, even if it doesn’t fit into the original itinerary. I always feel you need to meet the dog where they are and work with them to improve their skills.

About: I have had dogs in my house my whole life, and for the past few years, I have been dog-sitting for numerous families for long periods of time. I am equipped to walk, let out, feed, administer medications, play, and take care of any other needs your dog may have. I work as a caregiver on Saturdays and Sundays for 6 hours each day, but otherwise, I can spend the rest of my time with your pup. I make it a priority to get any instructions my clients may have regarding their pup and make sure to follow them. I also make sure that I am always in earshot when in the home with the dog so that if anything happens, I can quickly act.

About: Growing up I had a sweet little fur baby named Bruno. He was a pug and my whole life. My family and I loved him so much after rescuing him he lived to be almost 16 years of age! Since then, I spent many weekends dog or cat sitting as well as working at a doggy daycare, called Paws for a brief period of time where I was able to hone in my skills. Daily/weekly pet care comes from observing the comfort and behaviors of each pet. There are a big dog park just around the corner of my apartment as well as a hiking route I love to take dogs to run around with. It's a perfect place to go for a few hours so that your fur babys can have the most fun! Safety and trust are the most important part of having an animal in my home. I want to make sure your fur baby is given everything they need so they can enjoy their time with me. Animals lives are short, and they deserve the best with the time they have.

She treated our puppies like they were her own. Every drop-in was right on time, and she always sent updates with pictures, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. What really sets Marissa apart is how she handled an unexpected emergency. During the hottest week of the summer, our air conditioner stopped working with only 24 hours left in our trip. As soon as she noticed the house was getting too warm, she contacted us immediately. She went above and beyond, helping us troubleshoot the issue from a distance and refusing to leave our dogs alone until she knew they were safe. She even helped get the downstairs temperature back to 76 degrees. When she realized the upstairs was still much too hot for the dogs to be crated overnight, she didn't hesitate to offer to spend the night with them—without us even asking. That level of care, compassion, and dedication is something you simply can't teach. Knowing she was there with our dogs allowed us to relax, even though we were so far from home. She did an amazing job caring for both of our pups—our 150-pound lap dog and our demanding little pitty! They absolutely adored her, and it's obvious she genuinely loves the animals she cares for. If you're looking for someone who is dependable, caring, communicative, and willing to go above and beyond, Marissa is the one. We will absolutely be using her again, even for short day trips. About: I have always had dogs my whole life growing up. Recently our two dogs have gone through a board and train program and I have learned alot from that! I’m currently working a full time job. I am available in the afternoons usually and could do pop in visit during the day depending on the time. I am usually available after 5pm for sure but can work out times during the day that would work! I have a fenced in yard on my property. I can take your dog for a walk ; let them out for potty breaks however you usually do. I can Crate your dog as I have experience with that as well.

I’m available M-F 8-4 and for overnight stays.
